But this gas station came through. The learning curve was steep as we needed to figure out the payment system and select the fuel grade, but we got it sorted in less than 10 minutes. Four gallons of gas later, we were on our way. No issues with the product itself and we didn't need to talk to anyone.

We managed to come to an agreement that's along in the stairs and attendant there to inspect the back and verify no loose debris or attachments were available. I could have my vehicle service there. And most recently they're promoting military free car wash, which is an additional benefit. I'm so happy that I was able to work with this small business and come to an agreement that was mutually beneficial to everybody. As a thank you on my behalf, I give the following personal information of knowledge. I highly recommend to get rid of that. No pick up truck sign, and replace it with : negligent damage to our equipment will result in you paying costs losses and damages. This way, the public knows to be more cognizant of their vehicles and respect your private property. If it's not too late, you can still file a claim against that last persons vehicle insurance for damaging your equipment. The comprehensive policy covers damage to property owned by others so I would consult an attorney as quick as possible so that you can regain your losses. Thank you for being the best car wash in San Diego. I can assure you that I will promote your business and take care of you as best as I can.

Attendant calls the manager. Manger pulls up in a Mercedes with her dog in the car Martha the manager. Martha runs her finger on it and says oh that's from the inside I said how do you determine if it's from the inside? She said because it's smooth. I said feel the inside it's smooth too so how do you explain that? She said well I'm going to have to look at the cameras. No damage report done or anything and said can not review until Monday. The lack of empathy and customer service this woman has is so sad. It's heart breaking. I called the number business line when we left to ask for an email because the attendant provided Martha personal number and guess what? The phone number is no longer in service and they do not have another business number on file. Don't worry Martha we will be back. If anyone knows the establishments emails are a true business number let me know.

I usually just pay at the pump. But the few times I have gone in, it's been fine...... Well..anyways. I wanted to write about my experience with a wonderfully helpful employee named Ciris. I stopped at a few places trying to buy my lottery tickets but no one knew how to print multiple lines and two draws. When I walked into Shell, I asked Ciris if she knew how and she said "No". I sighed and said "ok, thanks anyway" and she said "wait, let's figure it out." Which she did. It was just so nice to have that kind of customer service. She was very nice, had patience and didn't just say "sorry, try somewhere else". Ciris is the kind of employee that customers remember and that businesses want because she actually cares about trying to help a customer. Well done Ciris! I will see you again. And Thank you!

I refused to buy it. 4/14/26 came in the late afternoon for a dollar coffee and two pastry for $3.00, total should be $4.00. she try to sell me the water bottle for $1.00 if you buy coffee. I told her I already have water bottles in the car. The total price comes out to six dollars and some change. She said I needed the app to get the coffee for a dollar, never heard of this before. I must've been to 50 different ampm arco gas station (including out of town) and never had anyone mention an "app". The new price comes out to $4.11. I said I owe you 11 pennies, she said when will you pay me, I said right now. I'm an honest person I will come back and pay you that's just how I am. After she saw I took some pics, she try to offer me the water bottle. She said the .11 cents is for the water bottles. Doesn't make sense, the total should've been $5 and some change but I did not give her permission to charge me for the water bottles.

What I will say is that there is a lot of homeless population around the store and they sit outside which is its going to happen but they leave trash or theirs just trash all over.
