Enjoyed a staycation here this past weekend. Staff was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was very nice and the bartender made us some great margaritas. We enjoyed watching UFC and hockey on their big screen in the lobby. People watching was fun as Fan Fusion was going on at civic center.

No weekend parking fee of $36 posted.

I have to follow-up my review about parking problems, with a great review of the pool. Been using resort pass to get a little pool time. I love everything about the pool and pool bar. The music is great, great food and Heather is the best! She's friendly and makes the rounds to make sure guests have drinks and food. I will definitely be back. If you get a chance, check it out.

We have stayed here several times for different locations but this last time we went it was for a office Christmas party for work. And it was great the decorations were great and of course the service the valet for parking was amazing they took care of us every time. The food was great everything about the stay was exactly as we expected, customer service was top-notch including the front desk I wish I could remember her name she was awesome and so nice.

Sheraton Downtown Phoenix Beautiful 99' Lap Pool

I was not completely surprised to see that this hotel only averages 3 stars. I was hinged between 3 and 5 stars for the following reasons. Initially, I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service at checkin, as their hospitality seemed quite excellent. The agent was eager to assure our every need and request was met - including a late check out we had requested. 5 STARS They have a magnificent 99 foot lap pool on the fourth floor, which I had all to my self three days in a row in the mornings. Perfect temperature and extremely relaxing. They have a wonderful pool bar adjacent (just outside the pool gate) with a friendly attentive bartender who also doubles as a Pool Attendant assuring there are plenty of towels, lounge chairs, menus and tables are clean and at the ready for guests throughout the day. So far, I loved this place... 5 STARS The rooms are quite nice, well equipped, however, lacking some full service hotel amenities, specifically a microwave. Huge flat screen TV is very nice, bathroom is on the smaller side, but does it's job. Rooms have nice views of downtown Phoenix. 4 STARS There are no restaurants, snack bars or shops open after 9:30 PM. There are also no snack vending machines anywhere on the property, so finding anything to eating or snack on after 9:30 PM is an impossibility unless you leave the property or were fortunate enough to have planned for that ahead. Sheratons are typically Full Service Hotels, which should include food, or snacks at minimum, round the clock, if not room service. There is also no guest laundry facility available, however, they do offer a laundry service at a cost if you are to be staying long enough. 3 STARS They have a huge and beautifully equipped fitness center with everything you could ask for, with a terrific filtered cold water dispenser. I filled my empty water bottles repeatedly during my stay to avoid buying more plastic. A very nice feature if you know where to look. 5 STARS I would happily stay here on future dates just for the pool, and with the knowledge to bring extra food for late night munchies. Overall: 4 STARS

Beautiful brand new rooms, huge TV, nice view, helpful staff and a fair price, I will be back here again

Hotel Lobby Christmas Tree and the HUGE TV screen to watch games! They also have many additional TVs for viewing pleasure around the bar!

Absolutely fabulous location!!! Beautiful hotel lobby and at Christmas it was stunning. We had excellent food and outstanding service. Starbucks coffee is available all day! The hotel has a wonderful gift shop with a variety of exceptional items! I actually did some Christmas shopping there! The hotel has an area where you can purchase tasty sandwiches, salads, etc. to munch on in your room along with an area with Arizona speciality food items-salsa, chips. We stayed on the 31st floor in a fantastic suite with a spectacular city view!! The rooms ate gorgeous and decorated beautifully! We have a wedding to attend this month and we plan to stay at the Sheraton! 5 stars for sure!!!

This hotel is very close to the convention center in the heart of downtown Phoenix. An electronic check in was performed to get keyless access to my room. Luckily I stopped by the front desk because it didn't work very well and I requested a physical card for the room. The good news is the fitness center is great, 24 hour access and never crowded. The technogym machines look relatively new and there are apparatus for body weight work, kettlebells, and a group stretch, fitness workout room for video training. The lobby bar was the only place to get a meal since many hotels have shut down additional restaurants and club lounges. The room was clean, quiet, and modern. A large 70 plus flat-screen was a nice plus. Housekeeping is by reservation if needed. I liked the open gift shop in the lobby and don't see this feature at major hotels anymore. I would consider staying here again if they open the main restaurant and club lounge in the near future.

What I'd like to see is more of an effort to think of people's experiences while visiting. It tends to be overcrowded and over booked. If an event is going on there is a long line that usually the wait is over an hour in the hot sun. I have been there now 3 times for events and each time it has been miserable due to long lines (food, entry, restrooms, and drinks). RSVP and reservations in my opinion should be first of the line or at least a separate line.. I would say they aren't accessible here. There are stairs everywhere and not enough ramps. Bathrooms especially aren't accessible to get to but they do offer accessible bathroom stalls. What I love about the pemberton when you go and there is not an event going on it's really nice. You have a lot of space and a variety of food to choose from. They have amazing themes that go along with their food and art. They have a restaurant with 2 stories two bars. Another thing I love is their pool! Such a fun time and a great way to have a cocktail!

If it's your first visit, the AZ Hot Fried Chicken Sandwich is an absolute must. It's perfectly crispy with just the right amount of heat and packed with flavor in every bite. One of my favorite traditions is stopping by after work on Thursdays to take advantage of the $5 IPA special. It's the perfect way to unwind, catch up with friends, and enjoy some of Arizona's finest locally crafted beer. Whether you're there for the food, the beer, or the lively patio atmosphere, Arizona Wilderness never disappoints. If you're in the neighborhood--or even if you're not--it's well worth the visit. Made the long drive from Gilbert to see what the hype was about and let me say....that soft serve was WORTH IT! I got the swirl and it was soooooo refreshing and delicious. I have seen people comment that they were too strong (I don't see the problem or maybe some people don't really like tequila) but mine was perfect! Not strong at all. The only reason I didn't give this updated review a 5-I ordered the banh mi sando and the sandwich was so dry. Chicken was dry. The cilantro wasn't chopped I had to pick out long stems. Also I got the AZ frosè and the rosemary syrup was just way too pungent to enjoy the whole beverage. I wished it had been more balanced. Especially when the French fries are heavily seasoned with rosemary--a bit too much.

Carry On actually called me to confirm our "tickets," which I thought was really cute. The whole experience kind of started a couple of days before our actual "departure time." They also reminded us to park in the Renaissance Square parking garage under Wren & Wolf, and they were able to validate our parking for three hours. We had to go to Wren & Wolf first to pick up our Carry On tickets. We got there early, and they let us relax in their couch area while we waited for our departure time. The walk from the Renaissance Square parking garage to Wren & Wolf was easy. You just follow the signs, and the whole walk is inside the building, which was perfect because it was so hot outside. While we were waiting, we could order drinks and chill, just like being in an airport lounge. When it was time for departure, we walked outside the building, and Carry On was right around the corner. You won't miss it because you'll see the Carry On Air flight schedule above the gate door. Right on time, we were greeted by a friendly flight attendant. Once we walked into the cabin, it really felt like we were inside a first-class flight lounge. Our flight attendant served us drinks right after we sat down, and we also ordered more cocktails and snacks from their menu. The captain spoke to us over the speaker, just like on a real flight. As we took off, we could even feel the seats moving. Looking out the "window," we saw buildings, clouds surrounding us, and even experienced turbulence I'm not going to tell you too much because I don't want to ruin the experience. I'll let you try it for yourself. I think it's definitely worth giving it a try. At least for us, we loved it.

What an unexpectedly fun night!…read more I honestly had no idea what I was walking into when a friend told me I had to check out Bikini Lounge because they know I'm drawn to all things eclectic. They were absolutely right. From the moment the friendly bouncer smiled and said, "Step right on in," I was hooked. Yoooow!! The first DJ was incredible. He was spinning all kinds of trip-hop, indie, electronic, and remix-style tracks that had everybody partyin'. It wasn't your typical dance music, but every song seemed to connect with somebody in the room. The crowd was incredibly diverse, and it was so much fun watching people of every age and style dancing and nobody cared. The second DJ, a younger woman, shifted the vibe a bit and leaned more toward a younger crowd. It wasn't quite my style, so I took that opportunity to grab a seat at the bar and do what I apparently do best... chat with complete strangers. I'm a talker, and thankfully they seemed just as happy to strike up a conversation. This isn't some fancy cocktail lounge, and that's exactly the point. It's authentic. There were people dancing at the bar, grooving in their booths, bouncing in their seats, and filling the dance floor with great energy. I came by myself, and within minutes a cool group of strangers invited me to squeeze into their booth like we'd all come together. That's the kind of place this is. At one point they even offered me a glass of beer from their pitcher. I politely declined (look at me making responsible life choices... sometimes), but then I realized almost everyone had pitchers! So I sauntered over to the bar. I did have to wait a bit; apparently chivalry doesn't extend to letting a woman cut the line, but once I reached the bartender, the service was fast and friendly. Every trip back to the bar was the same. No complaints there. As the night went on, the energy just kept building. Before I knew it, I was on the dance floor sweating, smiling, and dancing with complete strangers. After a while, I had to retreat to the patio just to catch my breath before heading back in for more. My ankles are still sore... and the glutes? Fuhgetabouttit! The best part of the night wasn't the music or even the drinks. It was the people. Every generation was represented. Every fashion style imaginable. Every personality. And somehow it all worked. There was this genuine sense of joy and community that you just don't find everywhere. If you're looking for polished and upscale, this probably isn't your spot. But if you want great music, a welcoming crowd, zero pretension, and one of those nights where you leave happier than you arrived... give Bikini Lounge a shot. I went in not knowing what to expect. I left wondering why I'd waited so long to go.
