He came to our home on time and did a thorough walk around our home and gave us a detailed bid. For reference we had most of our siding replaced, and the entire outside of our home painted, including front door, gutters, along with some other repairs. I found Jose and crew, to be professional at every turn, I liked that he had a detailed contract and several options for payments. His price was fair after receiving another bid. It is a lot of trust having work done in and around your home, Jose met and exceeded my high expectaions of doing an excellent, and detailed job. He takes pride in his work. Communication was seamless throughout the project, that is important to me, he even answered the phone when I was calling him while at the paint store getting a sample to try a color out. I highly recommend trying colors out on your house before finalizing your choice. Jose is generous with his knowledge, he showed me how to take apart light fixtures in order to clean the glass and spray paint them, They look brand new and saved us $ He even shared his recommended spray paint with me. This is our third time using Atilio and his team and this review is way too long in coming…read more Every time we've used them we've been extremely impressed by all of his crew members, the quality of the work, the timeliness and the very competitive pricing! This job was nearly the entire interior of a 3000sq/ft home which included some very high ceilings and some other challenging areas. In addition, they had to work around our dogs, two kids who are home and our desire to have them work a full day, but still have our time to ourselves. We are not the easiest to work with but Atilio did a great job communicating with my wife and keeping the job moving, despite us adding some elements in the middle of the job. His crew are very friendly and do whatever they can to make you happy, AND were on time or early EVERY DAY for three weeks. That's a big deal to us and a rarity in the contracting world! The paint quality was great, they cleaned up nightly and were very insistent that we were happy with the job and reiterated they'd come back if we find any issues. They did that with our past jobs with them and never gave us any grief if we had them back! Wouldn't use any other painters!

Booking was easy - send an email detailing the work requested and they send a bid (granted, they've done work for us before so that speeds things up.) This week's projects incl. power washing our deck & driveway, a total low-pressure clean up of our composite roof, rinsing the gutters and cleaning the windows and skylights on both stories. Everything looks great! Rodrigo showed up (appropriately masked) promptly on both days, was friendly & thorough, worked safely and with care for our landscaping and did a great clean-up (shovels full of moss from the driveway power washing!) after the work was done. Home maintenance projects are definitely one of those things where you get what you pay for. Go with a cheap fly-by-night operation and you'll get what you pay for. Or go with a quality shop like Home Team and get the job done right.

Zero stars. It was supposed to take four days and it went three weeks. Owner promised me that he…read morewould have a project manager as the job went on, but that guy never came and when I called him, he was too far away so these guys that were painting doing it all wrong. They even painted the wrong color on my trim the and after one coat they started to pack up and leave and I said what's going on and they said we're done and I said no you're not you're supposed to put two coats on. I have owned and had painted three other houses and this was the worst paint job I have ever seen in my life. My neighbors were appalled at the work. This was a $7000 job back in 2019. The owner didn't come and check on them. The project manager never came and checked on them. He finally sent out a guy who hand painted the entire house and who also was appalled at how this owner of this paint company was behaving. I told them I wanted a discount for not only the time I had to put in it, but because he broke his verbal agreement about having a project manager check often on the paint job. That is the only reason I hired this company, but he lied to me about that. I will never recommend this company. After the second guy came in handpainted the house. I approved it and he called the owner and the owner came out immediately, which he hadn't done before., Why because he wanted his money right now. I said I wanted money off and he said no and he's very tall and over me and threatened me and threatened to sue me and that I would have a letter from his lawyer the next morning. I said go ahead. I have pictures of everything. I've documented everything and I will sue you for not keeping your word and for three weeks of my time trying to deal with this company. They absolutely suck. A friend of mine who lives in Monroe where this company is told me that people in her neighborhood had hired them and their paint jobs were completely a mess. So do not hire this company. This owner is not a fair person and he is threatening and angry when you. Confront him. Never never ever use this company. When he came out that last time, I also tried to show him that they dripped paint all over my stamped concrete patio and he yelled at me no no no you can't start adding things on and I'm like what, your people did this and you need to correct it and he said no way it's too late. I hadn't even paid him yet.! Horrible company, horrible owner, workers just it on said they were done and it looked horrible. I have pictures of all the places they patched and it is the worst job I've ever seen. I can't see enough do not . I am still under my 10 year warranty and the patchwork is not looking good anymore so I'll be calling him soon to get his ass out here and fix it. I spent so many hours so much time trying to get this corrected that I feel he owes me money for my time this company.
