It was a very nice experience. I just had a bandage removed from one of my toes and realized I needed a pedicure badly, so rather than do it myself, I found a nearby nails spa. Shiloh Nails and Spa did just what I needed, a good pedicure with no polish or paint. I was the only man there, but I felt very comfortable as I sipped my tea. This last one was the worse. she was running late and my pedicure paid the price. No cuticle work. one quick filing swipe. sideways application if base coat. sloppy painting if nails. she left me sitting there without ever coming back. I live really close to Shiloh but I have ways gone elsewhere. Today for my birthday my husband surprised my with a already booked mani/pedi. The place was clean and looked professional when I walked in. After picking my color I got taken to my pedi chair and I did sit there for at least 10 minutes waiting. My water was cold already by the time I got helped. The service may of felt a little rushed but I will say they did a really good job on painting both my toes and finger nails. I had 2 people working on my at the same time, both friendly. I did get a good light massage on my feet with a foot scrub. I will definitely be going back and hopefully they won't be as busy and I won't feel as rushed. read more

Be aware, Shiloh Nail's techs are a group of bullies. My friends and I came here before her engagement to get freshen up pedicures and manicure. As I am a fluent Vietnamese woman, I can attest that these nail techs definitely bad mouth their clients. Whether it be the clothes their clients wear, the client's body built type, the conditions of their nails, or their skin tone, they will find a way to outrageously disrespect their clients. My group and the group before us were bashed on by these nail techs. Be prepared for one of the male nail tech to treat your feet like a toy by playing with it and laugh at it with his wife - that happened to my friend. These nail techs also complain about having a job that they signed up for. While waiting for our other friend, it was my intentions to make my irritations known and make the nail techs feel uncomfortable for their unacceptable behavior by speaking my mind while talking to my friend. The young receptionist lady gave me attitude for speaking my mind about the low quality service, which I found hilarious. Shiloh Nails' owner, allowing your nail techs to bully your clients without their knowledge is not a cute look and far from being professionals. If you're going to charge a high rate for your services, make sure the gel manicure actually last longer than a week. If your nail techs expect a decent tip, simple - don't bad mouth your paying clients. read more

I am happy with my nails and they did a great job! I called in to make a manicure appointment and when I showed up they asked if it was for a manicure and pedicure. I only asked for a manicure but decided to take them up on the offer. After my hour long manicure they put me in the chair to soak my feet. They politely offered me a drink and I requested a Diet Coke. I sat there for 25 minted thinking I'd be next as they put other customers in front of me. I never received the coke and the water got cold. Someone finally came to do my nails after 35 minutes. They do a great job but what the heck is the deal with the wait? She even had me down for a reservation. If they wouldn't have offered the pedi or coke and under delivered, I would be leaving a 5 star review for the manicure I received. Made an appointment for 2/2 pedicure manicure and acrylic nail removal. I had requested manicure changed my mind to do maybe gel x or acrylic and was told the nail tech doing the removal didn't do any of those. I asked them if they could just do a gel mani and I was told they had no time or anyone to do it and that I showed up late and that they had upgraded my moms pedicure as if we were not going to pay for that extra service, the front desk girl spoke to me rudely. My mom asked for an upgrade on callus removal and she got a chemical burn all over the side of her foot. Didn't get a manicure only a removal and another tech had to go over the removal because she had left me with acrylic product still on my nail bed. Kevin always makes my nails look beautiful. He does a great job shaping, coffin nails can sometimes look a little intense but he doesn't build them too thick, and then gently tapers them so they look really streamlined instead of chunky. He's always up for the different ideas I have for colors and effects, and even if I don't initially pick the right color to get the effect I want, he always figures out how to get it right. Currently trying out different options for my wedding this year, and this set is a strong contender for how I'll want my nails to look on my big day. read more

I paid $90 for Dipping nails refill and gel pedicure. I came in with my index finger nail missing. And I had to came back the next day because I noticed they did a poor job on both services. They "fixed both, hands and feet" but still not a good quality. 2 days later the same nail on my index finger was missing again so I came back to get it fixed. 4 days later the same nail was gone, and the other 9 nails that were done at another salon 3 weeks prior, were still standing. Also, they did not clean my cuticles, they said that's a separate service. (Not true, when you are learning to be a nail technician, the first thing you have to do is prepare and clean your clients nails). But they focus more on quantity then on quality. This tells me everything I need to know. I definitely do not recommend this place and I will not be coming back. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

That would've been helpful since very appointment has a time slot so I just got the basic experience. They changed people a lot during my pedicure and it seemed as though they really just didn't want to service me. My nails were terrible and I literally got them changed the next day. I arrived a few minutes after they opened; and was greeted by a young woman on her cell phone; she seemed annoyed that she was working; but I didn't let the first impression ruin the experience. I had a lovely pedicure, where my feet were wrapped in a baggie filled with hot wax; scrubbed with a salt scrub and a fabulous massage, topped off with polish. I was then told to go to a room where I'd have a facial. I walked in the room; they had a computer on the table (it was taken apart), and then they moved it, and I was told to change and lay down on the table. They didn't put fresh linens down, but hey, it was a facial, not a massage, my skin wasn't going to be touching it. There were cameras EVERYWHERE, I felt like big brother was watching; like what the heck do they need a camera on EVERY single work station for? Are these people being forced to work here? I mean we don't pay them, we pay the receptionist when we leave. So, I'm in this facial room and I notice the BIG screen television type screen with ALL the views of the entire salon. Literally, every work station, the drink station, the bathroom door, every single space in the place has a camera pointed at it; I tried to see if there was one in this facial room because; after all, I did take my top off to put their gown on. The facial was okay, I felt the woman who was performing the service was distracted a lot, likely by the big screen in there with all those cameras recording every move of every person there. It was a way to kill time, a friend treated me, but based on so many cameras, and the fact that not one person made eye contact there, it felt somewhat sketchy. I book appointments online and indicate No preference for my technician and everyone had been been competent skill wise. They also offer drinks including wine.
