I've been looking for a new nail salon to try out and I wanted to get a gel manicure and pedicure for an upcoming baby shower and Easter!! So I did some research and saw what great reviews Shiloh Nails has. I went to get my nails done here last week on Wednesday. I made an appointment online which was nice. I arrived 10 min before my appt and it was pretty quiet in there. I was not greeted by front desk or anyone who worked there , which was weird, but read the sign and it said to go sign in on the iPad. A hello or welcome in would have been nice though. As new customer I didn't know about the sign in policy. I waited almost 10-15min past my appt time until the front desk woman brought me back to my chair and started the water for me. The nail tech came eventually and sat down but did not look at me , say hi, acknowledge, smile, nothing until a few minutes in to working on my feet, I got a curt hello. I chose a solid gel color for my toes. Shortly after, another tech came to do my "manicure". She did it at the same time as my toes were being done. Normally I don't mind that, but it was uncomfortable because she sat on my right side and then when she needed my left hand, I had to turn my back and reach over to bring it to her on the right side. So I couldn't really sit back and relax or enjoy the massage chair. I just felt physically uncomfortable the whole time. I didn't get hand massage or really much done to my nails before the polish at all The techs weren't super friendly or nice either. It just all felt awkward. Total time in the chair was about 40mins for everything. I had an idea for my fingernails and chose a different solid color for each of my fingernails. Kinda like a bunch of Easter eggs. I didn't realize until I paid that I was charged extra to do a different color on each nail. I've done that in the past at other spots and never been charged. I understand if there is a design , that would cost extra but it was all solid color. I wasn't, and wouldn't, normally say anything because I don't like to cause issues or complain. It is what it is. Total what I paid, with tip, was $120 for a gel pedicure and manicure. But what prompted this review was an accumulation of all of the above AND was that on Sunday , 4 days later, the gel nail polish on 4 of my fingernails started to chip and peel. I've gotten gel nail polish many many times in the past and done it myself at home and it has always stayed on for 2 weeks MINIMUM! Im a stay at home mom with limited funds and very rarely get to do things like this for myself. I'm super bummed because I wanted nice nails for Easter and the fact that I paid $50 for nails that are chipping and look crappy 4 days later. And just overall had a disappointing experience. Like I said I'm not one to complain to write bad reviews hardly ever, and Their reviews are clearly pretty good and I hope that it was just a one off experience.
No surprise at all. Still fabulous here. I really appreciate how it is consistently clean, tranquil, smells great, and the closest thing I'm getting to a vacation. Highly recommend the diamond pedicure. Might as well spend a couple extra dollars and really treat yourself with an experience.
Shiloh Nails & Spa is my go-to salon, and Vi is my go-to Girl! Love Vi, owner Tracy, manager Cindy, the lovely ladies at the front desk, and so many other members of the friendly staff. It's a large salon and they are always busy! Definitely make an appointment by phone or through the Fresha app, and be clear if you want add-on services so they can allot enough time! Tracy has owned the salon for 10 years, so that says something, and she recently invested in all new pedicure chairs, among other things. The chairs are very comfortable, the services and color choices are plentiful, and everything feels clean. I always get the standard pedicure and gel manicure, keeping it exciting occasionally with chrome or nail art on my fingernails. I haven't ventured into the world of acrylics or cat eye, but love seeing other people get playful with their nails. If you're reading this and looking for a new salon to try, definitely check out Shiloh Nails & Spa!
Tracy called after my last visit and made things right! I came back and instantly sat down and watched the precision Emma had. She listened to what I wanted and made it come to life on my nails! I keep coming back because they genuinely care about their customers and if someone isn't happy they make it right! Here are my nails after being fixed by Emma! I am very happy with how they turned out!
This was my first time here to get a pedicure. And I selected Tang. He's great! I love how genuine he is and he makes great conversations. He did a great job on my pedicure. I would definitely go back to him. It looks like the place gets a lot of business! I also appreciate complementary drinks! Thanks Tang! You definitely made my experience enjoyable.
Ever since I came here for a Yelp Elite event, I haven't went anywhere else and I live in Santa Rosa. Beautiful and elegant nail salon with plenty of pedicure seating and manicure spaces. They offer drinks on a regular basis, but yesterday I came in for their 9 year anniversary and they had egg rolls, fruit and other delicious appetizers. I love this place cause they offer a wide variety of pedicure options. I usually get the deluxe pedicure which has oils, exfoliating creams & more. To top it off they give you a nice, long massage. Other places I've gone to, their massages are less than 2 minutes. Tracey, the owner, is very sweet and inviting. When she's not working on a manicure, she's walking around asking how is everyone doing. Love that she engages with us. Oh did I mention you can make an appointment on line and choose your manicurist?! So easily convenient! This is why I travel from SR.
Kevin has done my nails three times, and each appointment has exceeded my expectations. My nails are always flawless and beautifully finished. The salon itself is exceptional--clean, efficient, and elegant. Every detail is well maintained, which creates a consistently high-quality experience. Kevin is truly outstanding at his craft, and I can't imagine finding anyone better. Highly recommend both Kevin and this salon.
Okay I finally gave this place a try and I gotta say I LOVE it! I love the EASE of the app (Fresha) they use when booking a future appointment -it truly walks you through the entire "what are you looking for" aspect of your upcoming appointment so you know EXACTLY how much you're "probably" gonna pay -which is nice after coming from another nail salon in town where I felt it was "what's the SAME thing gonna be THIS time" Russian roulette approach. I have ONLY ever picked "any professional" when it comes to choosing who I want my nails done by and I've never been disappointed by the service, the professionalism or the overall result. Also it's NO BIG DEAL to reschedule -just do it in a timely manner (up to two hours before the appointment) and they won't bat an eye. As a busy mom to even BUSIER kids this has been INCREDIBLY WONDERFUL. The feeling of being "judged" when having to reschedule OFTEN is never fun.... And it's nice to have a place that doesn't do it! Keep it up Tracy!! You're creating a HUGE success!
I really want to love this place. It's clear the technicians work so hard and are very good at their jobs, but they are scheduled to the minute so it feels like they are very rushed. Also, If you don't show up at least 10 minutes early they RUSH you to your seat and don't even let you look at all the colors to fit you into the packed schedule. Because of this both times I have been here I've had subpar manicures/pedicures. I don't want to fault the wonderful ladies who work so hard, this is a management issue. I got my nails done 4 days ago, my toes have already chipped and my nails look like they've grown out for two weeks. They were so rushed they didn't paint my nails to the edge, just filled in the middle and called it good. I would not recommend this place. Go to a small shop where they take their time and care about the final product.

I've used to go to Tracy for years at an old nail salon she worked at and loved her then, love her even more now that she's a business owner and still an amazing artist. She's so kind and sweet, comes and mingles with customers and makes you feel very welcome as the other staff do as well. The day before my wedding, my bridesmaids and I came in to get our nails and toes done and Tracy put up photos of my husband and I all over the shop. It was so very sweet! She genuinely cares about you. I thought it was so thoughtful. Kevin is my preferred artist, he's very attentive to detail and is very sweet, soft spoken, and he does an amazing job every time. i had an awesome first experience at shiloh nails! i recently had a bad experience with a different place, shiloh nails fixed me right up and made my nails look STUNNING! tracy worked on my nails. she was amazing and was gentle with my hands. i had also treated my mom to a pedicure here. lynn did a a wonderful job working on mom's pedicure! had my mom saying, "the best pedicure ive ever had!" i had been on a search for a nail place with kind employees, that is clean and has reasonable prices.. shiloh nails & spa has definitely met my standards :) i will DEFINITELY be returning!! read more

I went to Shiloh nails with me and 5 other girls to get mani/pedis before my wedding. They were extremely flexible in helping me book for 6 people and even easily accommodated us when I had to change the reservation time a day beforehand. They give you free mimosas/wine while you get your nails done which was a nice touch. I went in with just a picture of what I wanted and they did a fantastic job matching! For being the bride and for referring people, they even gave me a gift certificate to come back again. Thanks so much for making my wedding nails so perfect!! read more

I recently discovered Shiloh Nail Spa and after my first visit I knew this would be my go-to place for my nails! I love nail art and it can be hard to find someone who takes the time and has the expertise to do it property along with keeping up with the latest trends. Tracy at Shiloh is absolutely amazing! She's been able to replicate the designs Ive shown her including adding her own flair to the look. Highly recommend booking your next nail appointment here. read more

Just got home from an awesome experience at Shiloh Nails & Spa. After many months without a manicure, I decided to go long with acrylic tips and some super fun nail art recommended by Tracy, who is an absolute pro. The entire staff was so friendly and the salon is a great place to relax and get pampered. Can't wait to explore and experiment with fun nail art next time! read more

My fiancé Linda came in to get her nails done for the first time here through a recommendation. She was seen by Tracy and she noticed that Tracy was really nice. Linda came in not knowing what she exactly wanted so she let Tracy freestyle on her nails and she said it came out cute. She got the acrylics with gel polish and design. Ok, I know I'm picky--but in all fairness, when I pay to get my nails done, I want them to look perfect. Otherwise I fixate and can't stop staring at the mistakes. The first time I went to Shiloh Nails & Spa my friend and I got very rushed pedicures. They didn't do a great job, my nails were uneven and not files straight (my biggest pet peeve). I decided to go again to give them another try since they seemed so rushed the first time. Honestly, I wish I hadn't gone back. They were so rushed, at one point the woman who was going to give me a dip manicure apparently thought the woman doing my pedicure was taking too long, she rushed her and even took the polish out of her hands to do a faster job, the results were uneven and left spots unpainted. When I sat down for her to do my manicure she immediately started clipping my nails very short and square shaped (I had longer rounded nails), which I absolutely did not want but it was too late. Instead of clipping my cuticles or soaking my nails, she took the nail dremel and started filing them off that way!!! It hurt and left my cuticles looking HAGGARD. She then proceeded to do the thickest dip job I've ever seen. When I told her it seemed to thick she filed it down a little and then walked away. When I told the woman at the desk how unhappy I was, she said she could take off $5. Kind of floored I walked out but when I got to my car I was so upset at how my nails looked I went back. She called the manager over and they said they could fit me in 5 hours later if I wanted to come back, although it was an inconvenience, I did, and the woman who fixed my manicure was very nice and rounded them out as much as she could and tried to take some layers off--i still didn't like how they looked, but i appreciated her effort. In the end I tipped three different women for a botched pedicure and manicure. I think they have a lot of potential, I appreciate how clean and sterilized everything was, and they did a great job at making me feel safe during Covid, but after two failed visits I won't be returning. read more

this was my first time at shiloh nails and it was amazing! i got a builder gel fill with designs. the price came out to be pretty affordable compared to other nail salons ive been to. the atmoshpere was lively and there was music and tv playing in the background. it seemed like they were booked out. overall i had a great experience! tracy did my nails and the type of design i like, they dont get the chance to do often. regardless of that, she practiced before putting anything on my nails as to not mess them up! they turned out amazing and i couldnt be happier! read more

Tracy gets to know you as a person and takes time in creating the nails you want to have, or if you don't know what you want she will create something for you! Tracy finished the remodel and the salon is beautiful! Gorgeous is everywhere. In the past almost 4 years I've been going here, two receptionists have been hired and they are so sweet. Very capable staff at all positions and all are intent about making you happy with their work. I won't go anywhere else. Clean, beautiful, up to date with trends and techniques. read more

Finally got my first manicure since Covid and decided to go back to my favorite pedicure place (I rarely get manicures). I had a difficult request and they had never done anything like it BUT that didn't stop Tracy from pulling out colors and practicing the pattern while I got my nails prepped. Sure enough it was even better than the photo I showed them!! Tracy and the girls are literal artists and take such good care of you! I already have my next appointment booked! read more

Two visits, happy both times! First visit: I had a full set with chrome polish, done by Yvonne. My nails looked amazing for three weeks! Second visit: I had a fill done with chrome polish, done by Tracy. My nails look amazing, the white with chrome gives an opalescent look! Perfect for summer! (Picture does not capture the color/chrome properly, look amazing in person) The salon is clean, updated, with extremely friendly staff! The receptionist is very helpful and when you pay she clearly explains all of the charges as she is adding everything up. I recommend making an appointment, they get busy. Busy but did not rush my appointment, my nails were done properly! Go, Relax, Invest in yourself! read more

I can honestly say I'm a nail snob. I've been lucky enough to have my nails done by Bling Your Nails for almost 10 years. Unfortunately, she isn't able to travel at the moment, so I stupidly made the decision to go elsewhere for my nail fix. I drove up from Fremont to have a luxury pedicure and acrylic nails done at Shilohs. The salon and staff are nice. The pedicure was amazing but the acrylic nails were the worst I've ever gotten. After 3 days 5 have already broken off. My nail tech was nice but she struggled to do the chrome finish and did them paper thin. This place in no way specializes in acrylic or nail art. I think if your looking for a simple manicure or short acrylics this place is fine. But for those Of us who like extra special nails that are works of art this place is a massive disappointment. read more

Love this place! I have been in 3 times and each time Tracy has done a great job with my nails! I travel about an hour to go get my nails done every few weeks and will continue to do so. She does a great job, and is very nice. Their prices are great and I get compliments on my nails constantly. So glad I found this nail spot! read more
