Called in for a 2 for 1 needed a pedi and SHORT full set it went from $34 pedi to $60 nothing in my water a half scrub. Got Gel French Tip with acrylic on both big toes the left side is fine the right could've gotten a better job on the acrylic. It's crooked. Anyways On to the full set aside of her rushing and half adding my sizing and filing I showed her the picture MULTIPLE times. Kept asking for a price and Nothing when I got to check out she says $140 I said WHAT? The short set says $24? She said no it's $27 now I said okay and? She said full set I asked for is $75!! How did we go from $24 to $75 she then stated she used colored acrylic (THAT I NEVER ASKED FOR AND IS NOT PICTURED IN THE INSPO) and that it's extra for Gel and for French tip and some extra extra for the DEEP French and for the design. I payed and said I'd be back after work. As soon as I walked in they laughed. The male in front said so what do you want to do I said at most this is a $50 set. He said no. This used to be my favorite place to go to a few years ago. The last few times I went the wait was long and that's with an appointment. This time my appointment was at 5pm. I got there a little early and they sat me around 5. I had my feet in the water an entire hour. No one said anything to me or attended me. No one let me know if I was next or it there would be a longer wait. I had to finally just get up and dry my feet and walk out. I tried to give this place a chance but this is unacceptable. First off... TITI!!! TITI IS AMAZING!!! Her husband Andi... well he's just as amazing!!! Then there's Denise who is always beautifully bright and amazing!!! Then there's Cindy who is patient and awesome!!! I have been coming here for years, and I absolutely love this place!!! I may only get my pedicure done by Titi but that's because she knows what to do with me... everyone here always makes me feel at home!! Family went to get service only to leave knowing they would never go to a place where customers are not respected. My gf recorded them and translated verbiage to know they were making fun of customers and speaking inappropriately of the individuals who help pay for their salary. When gf I formed them "Andy and wife" that She had recorded them and would report to business bureau they didnt even try to deny accusations. All they asked was recording done at that moment or the whole time: which she responded the whole time. They didnt even say sorry..what kind of business can charge for a service while speaking trash about customers and customers unaware On the same not when you look at the certificates they have less posted then the number of employees working on the floor. Will also be reporting to Public Health to ensure future customers are treated with respect and most importantly with sanitary standards. read more

The days of people being racist/rude to me and me being silent are over. Walked into this nail shop at 10 am place was just opening, a girl came from the back I told her I just had a fill and needed a new nail, and a top coat....guess she didnt like that so she went back to the back never told me who I was waiting for or said much at all. An older non African American woman entered requesting a fill and the same lady took her straight to a seat and said "I'll do it for you know" still no one said a word. I walk out then decide to go back just for kicks and giggles. I asked what was the issue and was asked "what did I want: lol....ok so now I'm directed to a well spoken man to complete my service, after a few words a piece together this is the " angry black people handler " asked for a top coat didnt do what I asked and said..ok it's only $5...so ok I'm a black broke rowdy customer.....certain communities are incapable of letting things go and not judging others for past experiences. This is not my problem and I will post pictures and this review to every outlet possible. Guess I'm gonna have to do my own nails or find a more open minded establishment to give my money to. It was terrible, the lady told me that their was a special of 45 dollars for a pedicure, and she told me if I wanted hard gel, it would only be 5 dollars more. Then when I went to pay I was charge 65 dollars.... They do false advertisement on their prices and take advantage of people, I asked the lady politely why I was charge so much then she was super rude to me and told me that I was lying when I asked her twice about the pricing prior to getting my nails done... she even showed me the paper that it was a 45 dollars special...and I didn't even leave tip. A lady did my nails, she seemed a sweet once we first started but then I asked her to cut my nails shorter and she rolled her eyes and sighed at me. I told her I wanted sparkles faded into white, more white then sparkles. I even showed her a picture but she made my nail all sparkles and when I told her that's not what I wanted she sighed again and rolled her eyes AGAIN at me. After a while of her shaking her leg and tApping her finger she said I guess you'll get pink then. Super rude and charged me $50! Typically I stay away from traditional nail salons because of the language barrier, however considering the fact that I was pressed for time and it was near by I stopped in. I was pleasantly surprised to have my nails done by a guy named Andy who answered all of my questions in full detail. I requested a gel manicure and an eyebrow wax I was see right away. I appreciate the fact that he explained the process of what he was doing, made recommendations for my nails, and when I had questions he had no problem answering. His sister did my wax (didn't catch her name) but she was very pleasant. The array of nail color offered here is amazing. Really cool nail art too. read more

They have been doing a great job on my nails and I work in the food industry so I am tough on my nails with all the hand washing, gloves, banging them etc. They stay looking great till my next visit. read more

Do not go to this salon!!! First of all, it's super dirty and gross. Second of all, workers are rude. I went in for eyebrows and a pedicure. After waiting for a while, a lady told me to "go on there". I have no idea where "there" is and she seemed irritated that I didn't know the layout of their salon! So I find the brow room. Looks like the sheets haven't been changed in years. Actually black with dirt/grease. She spent a grand total of 2 minutes doing my eyebrows. Felt like she was ripping my skin off. Then she told me to get in a pedicure chair. Sat with my feet in water for a good 15 minutes. I would probably still be sitting there waiting if I hadn't just dried my feet and walked out. today I went to get a full set and a pedicure, and my daughter (6 years old) got a pedicure and a manicure. I was charged $181. I've never paid so much in my life for that. not only that, the girl messed up when she was painting my nails. someone else had to take off everything she did by filing it away, rebuffing and filing, and repainting. we were there for three and a half hours. they said they would do a design on my daughter's nails-she got two stickers on them. I was very disappointed when I left. although the nails look nice (that's why I give A 2), it wasn't $181 nice! read more

I had gone to this location to get my nails done before on several occasions and had always left happy! But I received some HORRIBLE SERVICE on a Saturday, I went in and requested a full set and pedicure. The older lady who did my pedicure left my nails SO SLOPPY, she applied the clear topcoat on too fast over the main color and the color was running down my toenail, I kept having to ask her to fix it until they looked halfway decent. After the pedicure they had me waiting in the front area as I'm still waiting for my full set, the gentleman then tells me "Oh you're pedicure is dried, you can go if you'd like" and I tell him I'm waiting for my full set! He sits me with a nail tech who had a lot of attitude, as I was checking on the shape of the nail she asks me in a rude way "Does it look like I know what I'm doing?" I was over this place at this point. Then as I go to pay the same nail tech who did my full set was charging me and I tipped only her and not the pedicure lady because my toes still looked horrible and she had the audacity to ask me if I wasn't going to tip the lady who did my pedicure. On my left hand, three of the five nails popped off. Ugh! Pros: the guy that is on his phone does good 3D nail art. Cons: owner lady is rude & talks about you while sitting there. She will try to get over on you with bs fees. Once I wanted three different colors, with nail art it was in the $30s price range. Because of the three colors. So I decided to just do one color only and no art. Why did the price only go down one dollar? I used to like to go there, but after her shysty-ness I stopped. Then after a year goes by I went again and she was talking in Vietnamese to another lady while looking at me and laughing. Never go here they do a horrible job with fills and nails. When i went in i asked for a fill like you would expect whenever you go into any nail shop u ask for a fill they give you a full fill. Well apparently this shop does half fills and full fills which makes no sense because they did not specify so i didnt realize it till the next day literally my nails looked like i did not even get a fill.
