All times, I was very satisfied with the service, friendly encounter, and how the shoes fit. He's a true craftsman who really knows his trade and always has a solution or just about any issue you bring him, whether it involves shoes, leather, or a repair you thought might not even be possible.

He is good about making recommendations to not repair if he doesn't deem it worth the cost. It wasn't my favorite spot and I won't return, but maybe you'll have better luck.

I was busy the week of 12/3 so I reach out on 12/8 to see if I can pick them up and he tells me they still aren't ready because his cobbler has been busy. I ask him to please have them ready by 12/12 and when I pick them up today they aren't exactly what I asked for. I made it SUPER clear when I dropped them off that I did not want the vibram covering any of the sizing numbers and you can clearly see the entire first row is covered and it's not even a straight cut on the right shoe. I also asked him to sole the entire heel and he didn't even touch it. The heels are the exact same as when I dropped them off. So I waited almost a month to not even get what I paid for.
