I really wanted to like this place because I saw all the other amazing reviews but my shoes didn't even last me for one wear after I got them fixed! When I came in the gentleman that helped me was extremely friendly and I was very happy with the prices that I was given for my fixes (two shoes for a total of $13). Both my shoes just needed to be glued back to the soles. They were fixed within 24 hours and when I came back to pick them up they had both also been polished which was a great impression. Unfortunately upon using my shoes again they both opened back up to the original condition and even further one of my wedge sandal completely came off mid-walk!!!! Though I was very happy with the customer service and price, I am beyond disappointed by the results and sadly I don't think I'll be coming back. read more

My beloved Michael Kors purse ripped and the shoulder strap wasn't able to attach anymore. I was highly disappointed and contacted Michael Kors, which they told me to ship the purse to see if the repair would be under warranty or not. I brought a photo of the corner reinforcement done by the original. I was surprised that they were able to repair the corners and they look almost exactly like the original factory patches. One pair was my girlfriend's T strap creepers and mine were 4 inch platform buckle boots. He fixed her strap in 24 hours and my boots in a week since they required adding elastic for my big calves. Do you have a favorite pair of shoes that you haven't worn in a while because they're so messed up? Yeah so did I. So I brought them here because Shoe Wiz is the Shizz (see what I did there?). I brought in a pair of scuffed up Chelsea boots and a pair of suede bucks, both pairs dirty and faded to the point of embarrassment. I will be the first to admit I am the worst at caring for my shoes but thank God for Shoe Wiz. I wear all my shoes down to the sole. When I picked them up this morning it was just like getting them for the first time. Shoe Wiz brought these babies back to their former glory! I cant wait to wear them! I had purchased a pair of Vans leather slip ons for an upcoming trip. After wearing them I realized that there was a popping noise every time I took step on the left shoe. I thought the foam insert was not glued down all the way. I took it in & Sam determined it was past the foam insert, more in the sole & was actually manufacturing defect. I was leaving for the trip the next day, so didn't have time return the shoes (I had finally broke these in). Sam said he could fix it and have it ready later in the day. He called earlier than expected & had the shoe ready. The popping sound was gone & the shoe felt great! I really appreciate that Sam was willing & able to fix the shoe the same day. He was very nice & even helped me find a quick solution to make a bag into a crossbody bag with a $5 strap he had. I will be back. read more

The guy that helped me is the best! The shop closes at 7pm but I get off work at 6pm. I got there at 6:30pm with 3 pairs of dress shoes, which all had scuffs and needed to be reconditioned. This man was able to fix and clean all 3 shoes in 20 mins before he closed! My shoes look brand new now. He's also very nice and friendly. I forgot his name I think it was Jack or something, but he does an amazing job. I needed the shoes by Friday and I wasn't expecting same day service but he worked his magic and made it happen!
