We have been using Spidexx Pest Control's services for the last few months. The team is prompt, responsive, does a good job of keeping not just different spiders but a lot many other insects away from our home. Our backyard and front lawns have very large green spaces with lots of plants, trees and different types of foliage. We also get herds of deer at different times each day in our backyard and in the front lawns. Spidexx has been coming in every few days to help with keeping the 360 degrees outdoor space pest controlled and yet keeping it friendly for the deers so they don't get harmed or threatened. The service prices are quite steep, one makes that choice I guess, for maintaining a stress and pest free green space especially if it's an area size not self doable on this regular basis Thanks Spidexx team! read more

Got a cold call from a door-to-door guy trying to sell us their services very late on a Tuesday night. Upon opening the door at 8pm ! I told the young gentleman wearing a Spidex polo shirt that we aren't interested in whatever he is selling and that is very late to knock on people's doors. He ignored me completely and just started rambling of his scripted sales spiel. I had to very bluntly tell him to leave our premises before he finally left. This is very unprofessional behavior and pretty rude. I will not consider this company for any future pest control services. Teach your sales team some simple manners! read more

They should up on our door one night and spent a good 15 to 20 minu telling us how great they are and how professional they with better service than other companies which they listed.. after all that he said oops left my cards in my truck I will be right back. He never did come back. so I called twice now and left two messages and I still have not had any return calls. What a waste of time when I have very little time at night amd have to talk to somebody who touted that they are the best and most professional. Started off very well, but the quality of service has degraded considerably. We've been with them for a year now and the general trend has been someone shows up, is at the house for about 5 minutes and leaves. We just get a text asking how it went. Consistently has not resolved either ant or spider issues, have had to request they come back out and still having issues to the point of going to a new provider. Great service, very accommodating. Tried Aptive pest services, that was a disaster. First of all, their product absolutely did not work. I tried them for 4 months and the spider situation got worse. then to cancel their no-good service, they charged me $199.00 termination fee. What a rip off. Michael was quick and seemed very knowledgeable, he has over 20 years of experience and it showed. I had an experience where a sales rep knocked on my door and said they were offering their service at a discount rate because they are doing treatments in the neighborhood! I have had problems with small ants, wasps and boxelder bugs so I was excited to have a treatment! After giving the sales rep my information he said a tech would be out tomorrow to apply a treatment. Long story short once this company has your agreement for their services which in a years time it costs over $700. you can NOT cancel!! I was charged for a one time treatment of $107 even though I called the company and said I needed to think about their service because I didn't think I could afford it!! That's how you do business? I'm not going to lie, there was a misunderstanding with the service agreement. But this review isn't about the actual service of the company, that was beyond reproach, the technicians were very friendly and respectful. There was a misunderstanding about billing, when I actually took the time to talk to one of their representatives they were extremely understanding and we both hopefully came out with positive experiences.
