Went to Shooters on a Sunday evening. Leah, our waitress, was really great. Received great and attentive service from her. The food was exactly as we ordered and tasted great. The problem? The two 10 year olds throwing a ball back and forth IN the restaurant, close to our table. My husband got hit by the ball. The other problem? Another employee. The food was average but our issue was with the service. We had a party of 9, 5 adults 4 kids one being 2. We were in town to go to GWL. We were aware it was going to be a little wait because of our group, we are realistic. So we ordered two appetizer samplers and then our individual entree. It took over an hour just to receive our appetizers. Which was closely followed by our entree but we only received 1 of our samplers and not the second one. We also saw a party of 6 get their food before us even though we arrived before then as well as put our order in before them. I know this because we almost sat at the table they sat at but decided elsewhere. The waitress was super nice about everything even though she said they were here before us. Not sure why she mentioned that even though we knew for a fact that wasn't the case, and again we were understandable because of our party size and the place wasn't crazy busy but having 4 hungry kids for over an hour just to get a deep fried appetizers only to be missing one was very frustrating. We wanted to like this place and we were excited to go all day so it was a bummer. read more

These were probably my favorite wings I have ever ordered and maybe it was because we were starving but we just loved the wings. The sauce didn't just give the wings flavor but the chicken itself had flavor as well which a lot of other places lack! We ordered twenty spicy barbecue, twenty garlic Parmesan, and ten medium. We came here to try it out and it was fantastic! We started with fish tacos, didnt get a pic cause they were gone so fast! The fish inside was crunchy and perfectly cooked. Hubby had wings and said they're super juicy, I had chili cheese tots and they were super yummy. Hubby's calamari sammi was nicely cooked and had nice big pieces of calamari on it. My cheeseburger was sooooo juicy! The paddies were seasoned to perfection (hardly anyone seasons like this anymore) and so nice and burning hot! The entire meal was steaming hot and so enjoyable!
