Ambiance was beautiful as expected. But let's get down to the nitty gritty. Paying for parking is sort of expected as it's a waterfront location. We waited 30 mins to be seated, an hour wait for food that was room temp. I ordered sliders, Chips & dip & chicken wings. I ordered blue cheese and ranch that didn't arrive until the end of the meal, server forgot my utensils as well. The drinks were tart. ANOTHER YEAR We celebrated us tonight -- and it was everything. Shooters on the Flats. Day 2 of being open -- packed, beautiful, and buzzing with energy. We got seated in the lounge and I won't lie, things started a little rough. Got forgotten about. A few things went wrong. And yes, I was upset. But here's the thing -- when you admit you're wrong, I love you even more. Every single person came through with a real apology, held their smile, and you just couldn't stay mad. That energy is rare and it means everything. Shoutout to Chef Ryan/Ray Chef came out personally, explained everything with professionalism and grace. He took real care of us. Finally made it for the revamp- and it didn't disappoint. If it was up to me it would've gotten 4.5 stars if i could. So I'll round up to 5 for this review solely because my partner was obsessed. Oysters were fresh and tasty. Chips and dip with the added caviar, no complaints there! I go the chicken sandwich (made it spicy) honestly they just had a chili oil crunch on it, really wasn't spicy at all in my opinion. Piece of chicken was huge on the sandwich, fries that came with were just fries nothing noteworthy. The vibe of the place is definitely what makes it. Lovely view, inside is very well done as well. Beautiful renovations and the vibes are great but will not go back unless for drinks. The chicken sandwich was thick as hell which already freaks me out and then everything was incredibly under seasoned. The fries actually were pretty good once doused in salt but that's about it. They did pile em up too which is nice. Full plate nearly. With the 10lbs of sauce the spicy chicken sandwich still barely had any taste. They also sat us at the low couches and coffee table even with a reservation so pair that with a massive saucy sandwich and you're looking for a disaster. I heard about poor service but ours honestly was totally fine. The frozen espresso martini was absolutely delicious but that's about it. Food may look insane in photos but does not translate. It's not closed!!! It opened with million dollar renovations that are amazing. It was a gorgeous day in Cleveland and just had a wonderful experience choosing the freshly renovated Shooters in the Cleveland flats. Started out trying to go to the East Bank but couldn't find parking. Ended up choosing shooters and getting there early enough that parking wasn't an issue in their lot. But you can always go across the street to the aquarium lot Great experience. They have a limited brunch menu, but $40 for a bottle for the mimosas, and $20 meals for this kind of waterfront view & venue. The servers are adorable and do a wonderful job. There wasn't anything else we would want him. It was great. And shooters is just beautiful. The renovations are amazing. The bar that looks at the water is incredible and then they have an outside full-sun bar. Highly recommended, especially if you can get early parking. read more

I'm extremely disappointed with the communication and customer service. I submitted a reservation request for a party of 12 more than two weeks before our planned dinner and never received any confirmation or follow-up. As the date got closer, I began calling to check on the status of the reservation. Despite multiple calls over the course of a week, I was either told there was no manager available or that they were too busy to look into it. I was repeatedly promised a callback, but no one ever followed up. Then, just two days before our event, I received a text message stating that they would not be able to accommodate our group. By that point, I was left scrambling to find another restaurant that could seat 12 people on short notice and had to contact everyone in our group to change plans. I understand that not every reservation request can be accommodated, but what is unacceptable is the complete lack of communication and responsiveness. If they knew they couldn't accommodate us, they should have communicated that much sooner. This situation created unnecessary stress and inconvenience that could have easily been avoided with better management and customer service. read more

I had placed a reservation for 4, called ahead multiple times to confirm my reservation, and arrived on time for the reservation, but they refused to sit us for an hour past our reservation time. The young man I spoke to marked my reservation as a no show and charged my card, despite being on the premises for my reservation. Gianna openly was talking about us "being late" and said we could wait despite our reservation and being on time. When we finally were sat we had long waits for our drinks, that were comped by Mike who said he'd take care of the situation, but still allowed my card to be charged for a no show, for a reservation when I was present. Pay attention when using your card to pay for parking. They are charging over the posted price which is probably 1 of the reasons they aren't taking cash. I plan to report them to my bank. No one was at the counter to greet patrons as they entered, just a sign saying self seating. The food was good, no complaints. The service was somewhat slow for the place to be nearly empty but the staff was friendly. Our waiter rarely returned to the table but it was expected because it was slow. 7-20-24 evening Horrible, horrible service! NEVER AGAIN!! had to place our order at the bar. We sat at the bar for at least 15 minutes before someone looked at us to take our order. It was not even busy. Once we finally got our orders placed they bring each plate 15 minutes apart and my wife and I never even got our meal. We got it literally an hour after everyone else already ate. The manager told that they were not going to charge us but we look at our credit card statement and sure enough we were charged full price didn't even knock of a drink or too. Our group of 12 had a 1:00 lunch reservation on Father's Day. We were not seated until 3:00 PM, TWO hours after our initial reservation. The waitress placed 2 separate orders for 6 people each, instead of 1 order for all twelve diners. At 4:00 pm, - 3 HOURS after our initial 1:00 pm reservation, the first order for 6 arrived at our table. As of 4:30 pm - a full 3 1/2 HOURS after our initial reservation, the food had not arrived for the second 6 diners. After waiting for 3 1/2 hours, and being totally frustrated by the wait, the second group of six diners left the restaurant. We will not ever return for such poor service. :-( read more

Overall experience was bad and would not recommend this place. Our server Holly was nice and very polite. Holly, the view and the sauces were the only impressionable take aways. FOOD: My fish had the skin still attached, making it difficult to get at the fish meat and lots of bones left in. Food was alright, we had the chicken and walleye. The sauce on both were tasty and the seasonal veggies were the star of the meal. THE STAFF: We watched ALL of the staff walk by garbage on the patio and dining area multiple times displaying no work ethic to just simply keep their work area clean. That stuff ends up in lake and water ways...and just not good look for restaurants with napkins and random garbage in walk ways and under tables. (I totally go to Twin Peaks and titty type bars!!) One of the employees was dressed inappropriately for this type of restaurant, the clientele and cost of menu items. She was the only employee wearing short shorts, tight fitted, t-shirt tied into a knot revealing her pudgy stomach and body jewelry. Noticed other employees using headphones and cell for clearly personal use in the dining area. I was a server and that was never allowed. Zero stars. Absolutely terrible service up to and including the owner. We had a party of 12 which we tried to call ahead and the set a reservation for but they denied to take our reservation. The. When we got to the restaurant and put our names in, they told us it would "only be a couple minutes" but failed to come get us when the table was set. They also had plenty of open space in the restaurant, so no need for a wait at all. But the real issue came in when only three of the 12 meals came out in a fair amount of time. The second round of only 2 meals came out 25 minutes later from the first set. Still leaving a majority of the table without food. Then after addressing the issue with staff they said they will go assure the rest of the food was to come out. And that was still pieces at a time. Ultimately, the last item, coconut shrimp and onion rings, (two items that take three minutes in the deep fryer) came out an hour and forty minutes after the first set of food, not just after when we placed the order Once all good was out, it was agreed upon that the Alfredo pasta, raviolis and chicken sandwiches were poorly cooked. The shrimp on the salad was under cooked. Mash potatoes were industrial powder bagged potatoes. Meanwhile the manager, general manager and owner all walked back and fourth from our table and was aware of the issue but failed to address it or attempt to help their kitchen staff or waiting staff. A failure of leadership and poor moral character. Once it came time for the bill, the entire table was disappointed and disgusted with said meal that took three hours. The my first offered to cover the drinks.... But soon realized that wasn't enough. Then said the food that came out pat was free. I'll be honest, I wasn't satisfied with that either and asked to speak with the general manager while the owner literally sat in the table next to us the entire time. They then offered to comp the meals that came out last. When I asked politely to speak with the owner, they called security and had them surround me as if I was being violent or a disturbance in any way which I was not. While speaking with several servers and security members, they stated that they very often receive complaints of service and terrible timing. While speaking with the owner himself, he admitted that this is typical service and that he is okay with the service that his business puts out and the way his managers treat customers. It is a shame since our server was polite and had to be brought down by the owner due to his lack of customer service. Ultimately a member of our party agreed to just pay the 1/2 discounted bill so we could walk out. After being treated a rudely, surrounded by security and severed disgusting food, that was more than generous. I'm not one to complain but I couldn't pass on this opportunity to make sure this establishment is said to be what they are. And a spit in our face out the door the manager offered a discount coupon for our next visit which we turned over to another poor customer that was stuck waiting for food from a disrespectful establishment. Food was good, and it was nice sitting outside on the water with the tropical drinks... BUT THEN!!!! Our server, Janice, was very slow. Yes, she was nice, but we came here on a Sunday afternoon when the place was only about half full. It took us 20 minutes to get our drinks, 30 minutes to get our food, and 15 minutes after we got our food for me to get my side of ranch that I asked for when I initially ordered. We were here a total of an hour and a half, which seemed longer than necessary with the pace of buisness that day. We had people that came in (after we did) get their food and pay their bill LONG after we finished eating, and we've been waiting on the check about 25 min as I am typing this review. The cherry on top of the crap show sundae was that we never got our water refilled in 80 degree weather with 75% humidity. I was ready to have two alcoholic beverages as I sat down and looked at the menu, but with how slow she was and how the first drinks showed up melted/watered down, I didn't want to bother with it.
