We were forced into Walgreens when Rite Aid closed and the service has been awful the entire time…read more I understand they probably doubled their pharmacy load, but Rite Aid used to have 2-4 employees working in the pharmacy and every time I am waiting at Walgreens, there are at least eight employees, so the workload should be covered. They will tell you a date your pills will be available, and if there is an issue, they are clueless and do not look into it or let you know until you reach out after the time has passed. Yet if your prescription is ready, be prepared for a phone call, text, and email daily until you pick it up. We went to pick up a refrigerated prescription which was in a bin at room temperature and the pharmacist said it was fine when the prescription specifically says to keep refrigerated. Also, the entire pharmacy closes at lunch time from 1:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. You cannot drop anything off or ask a question. Not sure why, with so many people on staff, they cannot do a lunch break rotation like every other company in the world.

The man I spoke with was so incredibly rude and not helpful at all. He was rushing me, interrupting me as I was trying to answer the questions HE asked. He was acting like I was an inconvenience, and as someone who isn't feeling well, it isn't exactly something you want to be dealing with. There are plenty of other pharmacies in the area, so definitely take your business to them
