I didn't even bother to argue the price change because it needed to be fixed. When he left he didn't even bother to use his vacuum to clean the remaining lint from the floor. Days passed and noticed the dryer wasn't drying properly again . I took it upon myself to check the back hose and this huge clogged came out. The night before we called them to see what time they would show up, we couldn't get a hold of them, and when we would leave messages, they wouldn't call back. Finally, on 10/24/2024. I talked to Nicoloi, who said they couldn't locate the part, so that is why they hadn't called back. I told him to please refund us the amount as we had been waiting too long and would like to contact someone else to fix it since they didn't even have any parts! He said he would talk to the boss and let them know. On 11/11/2024, I talked to Nicoloi and he said they were processing the refund and it would take a week to send out. I called today and talked to Alex, who basically hung up on me and then let the phone go to the answering machine for the next couple of hours. Looks like it is time to take further action. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I believe the other reviews may be friends posing as ratings, because there is no way they are credible.
