The price was high for the amount of food received. The food tasted great, however, I felt as though it wasn't worth the price.

We've been there 4-5 times. Food and service is consistent. I've had the fish sandwich once, which I enjoyed. The rest of my visits consisted of the burger on pita with tzatziki and a side of fries. Good! Nice clean place, with an attentive staff. read more

Love this little place. Always loved the idea of a pita burger, and these guys delivered on it. Just tastes fresh, and I love the pepper jam. My son loves their burgers too. Their mini meals are good for lunch. The fries are great quality just a little plain but they have hot sauce and ketchup to fix that. read more

The food is very fresh and enjoyable. We had chicken pitas and a grilled Mediterranean veggie entree. The hummus was good. I just wish that I had been given a few more pita triangles to enjoy it with. The restaurant is very bright and clean. The service was on point. Our cups was refilled promptly and the wait staff was very friendly and professional. The prices are very reasonable. We definitely will eat here again. read more

This was just okay. We had the Gyro pita sandwiches and thought they were decent but the tzatziki sauce was really strange. It was too thick and didn't have enough cucumber taste. read more

Absolutely fantastic! Great food, great portions and made hot and fresh. This was my second visit and excellent both times. I ordered the Fish sandwich with tater tots and a Greek salad. Enough to share if you really wanted to. read more

Recently moved here from NC and was so happy to see a showmars! The food was excellent, healthy, fast and service was even better. Manager came to check on us and employee even cleared our table. Love this place! read more

Tried this place out March 2021, during COVID. Fantastic customer service and easy contactless pick up! My mother had the bacon cheese burger with fries and added mushrooms. She also order a Mountain Dew which they brought out immediately to the car while we waited for our order. She said it was delicious and she is a tough critic. I had the veggie pita with extra sauce and a side of Tzatziki and it was good. Also tried the hummus and pita and that was great! We will be coming back! You can't find good customer service with good food at too many places! read more

This place is very good! It's Southern meets Greek! Great atmosphere too. The lighting isn't bad and the booths are comfy. The staff is very nice and courteous! You walk in and order your food, seat yourself, but then they have a young lady to bring your food and anything you may need. read more

Better than expected! Was pleasantly surprised by the yumminess of the fish sandwich. Fish was fried perfect and they gave me both a regular tartar and their siracha tartar sauce. The roll it was on was light and perfect. Fries were excellent, old fashioned cringle style. This may sound silly, but the tap cola was amazing! Sweet and the refills kept coming. They bring your meal to you at the table and they clean up for you. They checked on us frequently and brought us whatever we needed. We took desert to go. The brownie was rich and the baklava sweet and flaky. Great place! read more

Yummy! Showmars was in my hometown in NC. I loved their food back then and same as now. Showmars has those old fashion greasy burgers, that you use to find at diners. They then give that American classic a Greek twist. I will always recommend the Old Fashion Chili Cheeseburger on Pita bread. My husband got the Gyro and Fish Sandwich and was raving about it for 48 hours afterwards. My picky eater got the Filet Platter and cleaned her plate. Their sweet tea is wonderful. It was so nice to get a taste of home when I can't be there. Thank you! read more

We tried the Lexington location and were very impressed with the helpful staff and delicious food. The gyros is authentic, the salads are very fresh, and the flounder is so good. There is also a mini menu for children or those who prefer a lighter meal. Highly recommend this place!! read more

Very disappointed. $50 gone. Ordered: Gyro - very bland and dry - didn't get the extra onions. Tzatziki cake-y not tart. Wheat pita on this was bland. White bean chicken chili got substituted into watery chicken and rice soup. Very bland, at $8 a definite rip-off. Cactus Chili cup was actually quite tasty at $4 it was also pricey for the serving size. All American Pita Burger was good with ketchup and mustard added. Macaroni and cheese was super rich cheesy with mini-shells. $14 Flounder and shrimp with crinkle fries was a definite rip-off. 45 cent dressings are straight from a bottle. Nothing fancy about the sauces. Fries were dry and bland. Flounder very small and dry and the shrimp are too. Yes, they do give you salt and pepper, but if I am going to season, I'm going to cook it too. Santorini Chicken Pita was dry. It had plenty of bland chicken breast, but not an equal proportion of peppers and onions (More would have been better). I ordered extra purple onions and I saw a single purple onion. I will not be going back because the catfish and veggie options available at competitors is much tastier and a better value. I was really disappointed because the Greek variety would have been good if it had been real. read more

As I was traveling back home from South Carolina, I stopped in because I was really hungry. I was greeted promptly by the staff and sat right away. As I was looking over the menu, the manager Diana, I believe was her name, stopped by and checked in. She was super nice and sweet and she gave some suggestions on what to order. She recommended the gyro platter and it was the best meal I've had at a sit down restaurant since the pandemic hit. The service and food were excellent. I don't know when I'll be back down in Lexington, but if I am, I'll definitely be going back here!!! read more
