AMAZING! Service, owners, coffee and Acid bowls. We had the Shuga daddy bowl and put honey drizzle in place of Nutella. SO GOOD!

best bagel I've had since the last time I was in NYC. Phenomenal…read more Picked this place at random because I was nearby and happened to be very pleasantly surprised. The bagels were high quality, great texture and flavor. It was just so yummy I ended up finishing my bagel and then going back in to get another. The service was awesome. They were so personable, friendly, and helpful. Able to offer suggestions which helps my indecision a great deal. My partner actually became suddenly nauseous and threw up outside in a trash then one of staff was nice enough to come give us a complementary water bottle. Went above and beyond.

I typically read the reviews but didn't this time. I saw the place online, drove 14 miles from SRB,…read moreand thought "no way they could disappoint ". As a local and I want to support local businesses when their quality matches (or exceeds) my expectations - no charities! When you walk in, you truly get the sense that you are visiting an authentic bagel place. Big fluffy bagels on the wall. Plenty of smear options. Friendly, attentive staff. Good number of customers inside. I purchased two of the same sandwich for a total of $30 - everything bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese. They both looked identical to the photos I posted (this one was mine). Here's my review... The bagels were hard as if they were "day old" (we purchased at 10am). The eggs appear to be premade. The portion of bacon and cheese was strikingly minimal. A sandwich that cost this much should have the contents flowing out of the bagel as in their examples when you walk in (my opinion). I treasure the money I earn and nothing upsets me more than paying too much for something this bad. I've never paid this much for a similar style bagel at an airport - and it's always better than this. I literally finished the bagel and said to my wife afterward... "that was the most difficult bagel sandwich I've ever eaten". I don't waste food. I don't share these details to be mean or malicious to the owners of this establishment. They just need to do better. As a consumer, I have to make the choices that are best for me and my family. And, when I had a more fulfilling Jersey Mikes sandwich yesterday for $10, it makes it easy to never come back. Please work on your product. Destin needs a good authentic bagel place. You could be it - your only competition is Panera.

Sandwiches in Pensacola FL - 1 of 2…read more Pensacola International Airport (PNS) is but one short concourse located on the second level of the airport. Whether going to a gate or deplaning, there aren't too many food options. In this situation, I was deplaning and the snacks served on two Southwest segments did not amount to a meal. I was hungry. I spotted this Epstein Brothers Bagels on the way out of the concourse, right before going down the escalators to street level. It's a name I know. I'm not really a fan, except of the store in Fort Lauderdale's downtown and financial area at Broward Blvd. and Federal Highway. That's because that store has the entertaining "everything and the kitchen sink" dynamic of South Florida. I ordered a chicken sandwich on a ciabatta roll and a small plastic bottle of orange juice. It wasn't as high as some airport's prices, but definitely higher than what I recall Epstein Brothers on terra ferma charging. The small sandwich was served warm, its ingredients were good, and a bottle of orange juice is a bottle of orange juice. The store wasn't particularly crowded at mid-day, so I was attended to quickly. The service was forgettable, so that means there were no issues. The store is clean and gets a lot of borrowed illumination from the well-lit concourse. The small meal did what it needed to do and because the chain is no longer featuring those delicious sun-dried tomato bagels, it's 3 stars.

I got the sesame bagel with cream cheese and a house coffee. Friendly service ! Fast, easy,…read moreconvenient.
