When we politely mentioned the excessive wait, management and the owner/chef became defensive rather than acknowledging the situation or offering an apology. I even mentioned that we are a military family and that my father-in-law served, but the owner seemed completely indifferent to our concerns. The food itself was average, and the loud karaoke setup directly beside our table made it difficult to have a conversation. We understand that restaurants can get busy and delays happen, but basic service, communication, and professionalism matter. After this experience, we will definitely not be returning and cannot recommend this restaurant to others.
