Great experience. Came here based on the reviews and the fact that they had a $10 off coupon for a week's stay in the lot and I will definitely be going back. They follow you right to your car and get your bags and load them into the shuttle when you arrive then they pick you up at the airport and return you right to your vehicle. It was a little tricky to find but I am not all that familiar with the area being a recent transplant. Very friendly drivers and check-out people and a lot cheaper than using a shuttle bus or taxi. read more

DON'T BELIEVE THE YELP DISCOUNT. Discount was one of the major reasons we had chosen this place. Employee at the front seemed uninterested and unwilling to help. I had let them know that the YELP page still states that there still is a 25% discount deal, and the only thing he said was he "wasn't seeing it" I don't understand how a business that wants to be taken seriously wouldn't remove an advertised price or at the least honor said price. Used this for my most recent Disney Trip. Lot is big, seems safe enough. Pricing with online coupon is also fair (a little cheaper than some of the other BIG lots). Pick up though was a bit slower, I counted 2-3 other shuttle buses drive by for the other lots like Master Park and WallyPark before ShuttlePark finally showed (I called only to be told on its way). I indeed got picked up and service is friendly but after a nice long flight the last thing you want is to wait another 10 minutes for the parking shuttle bus when you just want to go home. Overall its just fine, but I may go back to using WallyPark and pay an extra few bucks for covered parking and faster (or at least more) shuttlebuses. read more

The last few trips the shuttle has taken 10-15mins for pickup from the airport(it's cold in February and nobody wants to wait outside when the trip is supposed to take 5mins). This is something we could live with considering Covid. On our latest trip(what will be our last with them) I realized our reservation time was off by 12hrs which was my fault and fully admitted when we pulled up to the checkout gate. The gentleman working the front gate at 11pm on 2/24/22 acknowledged the expired reservation and stated I would need to pay for an extra day. I agreed assuming I would get charged for my corporate rate. To my surprise it was nearly double that and when I inquired on why he began to get defensive. I was frustrated at this point since we had already waited 10-15mins in the cold for a ride and really just wanted to get home. I asked one more time about why we couldn't apply my corporate rate and this time he got aggressive and asked about what my company was. I told him even though it didn't matter since he wasn't going to apply my corporate rate and he insisted that I was still getting a better price even at double the cost. I asked him to run my card and give it back so we can get home(I have my wife and kids w/ me) he then tells me I don't need to get upset and throws the card into the vehicle instead of handing it to me. This will be the last time using there services and I recommend that folks pay the extra couple of dollars to go elsewhere. read more

I've parked at this lot for many years, but lately the "shuttle" part of the business has been less than desirable. They don't regularly run shuttles to the airport and only send one when we call from the island for a pick-up. It used to be that pickup was less than 10 minutes, but lately they have taken 15+ minutes to arrive (while I watch Master Park and Wally Park with multiple shuttles passing by). However, this week was the worst as the ShuttlePark shuttle was so full that we had to wait for that one to go back to the lot then return to the aiport, taking over 35 minutes! No apologies from the driver or lot attendant, just a shrug and a "Well, it's always busy between 8-12pm" explanation. At the very least they could have given us a discount for future parking, but I think I'll explore more reliable options. Might be more expensive, but I'm willing to pay more to save waiting time. read more

Arriving and getting to the airport for departure was no problem. The shuttle bus driver follows you to where you park and helps you load your things into the bus. Then comes the airport pick up. I get down and use the airport phone to call them for pick up. After waiting around 10 mins I see the shuttle bus driver and he's in the left lane (the through lane) looking at the left side of the parking garage (which is fenced off and is for people going to their parked cars.) He just keeps driving by. So I call them again this time on my cellphone and the guy answering is saying that I'm supposed to wave at them so they know where I'm at. Mind you, when I called I told them exactly where I was standing- I had 4 suit cases, two car seats, backpacks, a stroller and two little kids, my husband and I- all standing at the curb with no one around us. There were not any other vans in that area either. So I'm annoyed now and told them to make sure the driver is looking at the RIGHT side, you know where people are supposed to be waiting. Another 6 minutes go by and still no sign of the bus that's "just pulling around" so I call again. The guy answering the phone is being your typical a-hole saying that he's just pulling around and that he would be in shortly and that I just need to wait until as long as it takes. Well my husband spots him, in the right lane, and just goes into the road to flag the guy down since apparently that's what it takes to get their attention. Of course by the time he finally pulled around there were more vans on the area. He even hit one of the other airport shuttle vans trying to pull in. In the time it took him to come get us I saw the MasterPark Lot B shuttle bus go 4 times. This is my first time ever using airport parking and I will not be using ShuttlePark 2 again. I'll go with MasterPark since it looks like they actually are sending buses more often and actually know how to operate them. read more

After returning from a long flight back from the UK I have never been treated so rudely by Ron, the man in the booth that so many others have identified has being rude, uninterested, and unwilling to help. Ron could not look up a confirmation number, and basically held us hostage behind his gate, taking his sweet time to calculate the cost of 4 hours overstaying my 2 week pre-purchased parking. What should have been a 1 minute transaction tainted the end of my vacation. Ron has no business being in customer service and I hope ShuttlePark 2 wakes up and finds a new individual, or replace him with an automated gate. read more

This used to be a good place to park, with a good point club. Recently they deleted everyone's points, and made us jump though a bunch of hoops to restore. They also changed the way points are earned and redeemed but didn't bother really explaining the new "system". Apparently, we now are supposed to make our own membership card and present it to earn or redeem points. This whole thing is an obvious scam to avoid redeeming points. As soon as I use my points, I will never park here again. Also, their airport pickups are really slow now. I would give 0 stars if I could, DON'T PARK HERE! read more

We got a coupon from Groupon and decided to give this place a try as the parking price was exceptional for the amount of time we would be gone. Got there and parked with no issues, the shuttle came and got us right away and we made it to the airport in really good time! On our way back, we called to get pickup and they said the shuttle was only a few mins out. When we got to the pickup area, the shuttle was pulling up to pick up a few others and we had no wait whatsoever. Every employee we encountered was nice and provided great customer service. This was my first time using the service and it worked seamlessly for me! I waited for about 3 minutes when I dropped off my car and about 5 getting picked up. Reading other reviews, I see some had trouble with pick up as they weren't sure where to go. I'd recommend saving the confirmation email and following the instructions carefully as they direct you precisely. Shuttle Park 2 is a 2 minute shuttle away from the departure gates, which is a huge plus! Cost with the online coupon is $9 a day, plus 25% off for yelp check ins! Once you arrive you park yourself in their nice huge lot and keep your keys, and a shuttle follows you to wherever you park so you leave immediately! No waiting, even if it's two of us :) the shuttles are very clean, friendly staff, and free water bottles! I will never use another service but them! read more

Waited almost 30 minutes to be picked up at airport along with several other passengers. Called several times and was told a van was minutes away. Service used to be great but has really deteriorated in the last year very disappointing since we have been members for several years. Will definitely try another service next time. read more

Beware here, if you make a reservation online for ShuttlePark2 they charge you a $10 fee just to make this reservation. You supply your email address and plug in your Credit Card and they charge you but they don't email you a receipt. When you get to the booth to pay your parking upon exit from the lot; they have no record of your $10 reservation charge (and could careless). They require you to present this receipt to apply the $10 reservation charge to your parking AND the coupon for the special daily or weekly price. To me this is a scam. I had to email the Manager and they gave me a credit for the $10 charge but only because I chased it down. Ridiculous! Just use Park N Fly or MasterPark and pay the little extra and get Valet service with no hassles or scams! read more

Loved the service. I checked in on a Thurs. at 4 am. and left from airport Sun. at 9 pm. Each time the shuttle driver arrived very quickly; and we were not the only people on the bus! So if you're in a hurry, there's no reason to park any closer to the airport. Coupons are available on the web, so this place was also a great value. I paid 7.50 a day. I used Google Maps to find the location and, since it was dark and the street had a "residential appearance," I wasn't sure I was in the right place. Just keep going! Great parking lot! I've parked here a few times now and always receive excellent service. The drivers are quick and helpful, and I've never had to wait outside my car upon arrival for a shuttle to pull around to pick me up. God knows I don't like to wait around in the rain! The lot is nice and brightly lit at night, which I greatly appreciated on my last trip as I flew into Seatac at 3am. Felt totally safe traveling alone. This was a great place to park. I did reserve a spot beforehand but when I went there, it wasn't needed. I like that I didn't have to turn my keys into anybody. The shuttle was very quick to pick me up and it was about a 5-10 minute drive to the airport. The only thing I didn't like was the prepay of $10 because I'm not sure if I was deducted that amount and I forgot to ask about that when I paid. They do honor either the Yelp discount or the online discount but not both. I will be using their services again read more

For years, I used either Master Park or Doug Fox until my (former) company directed me to use ShuttlePark 2. Ever since then, I have parked nowhere else. While their lot is just a tad further than others, it's still a quick 5-10 minute ride to the airport, depending upon the number of pick-ups and traffic lights. Their service is friendly and the lot is safe. You park your own car and the parking spaces are spacious, unlike some lots that will cram you in like sardines. I've always found pick-up at the airport to be quicker than what I experienced with Master Park in the past. I really have no complaints. Get a coupon on their website and it is very reasonable. read more

This place is great. Super convenient, they are quick and friendly, the van follows you when you park, helps you grab your bags, may pick up a couple other people if they are in at about the same time, and then gets you to SeaTac within only a few minutes of parking. Oh and they get you bottles of water and hand you a card with your parking spot on it so you don't have to try to remember at the end of your trip. Last time I parked I found a deal on their website which made it super cheap! Only slight downside is you have to wait a little longer, or call them and alert them to your presence when you get into SeaTac to get a shuttle back, but no longer than you would wait for any other park and fly in the area. read more

We decided to find a park and shuttle lot for a short trip out of town. I was so sick and tired of smelly cabs, so I hit Yelp to see which lots had the best reviews. I am SO glad I chose ShuttlePark 2! They are a class operation all the way! We quickly parked our car and a minute later, there was the shuttle ready to take us to SeaTac. We also got picked up quickly at the airport on the way back. The drivers both ways were fantastic. They even offer you bottled water on the ride to and from the airport. The cashier at the booth was incredibly sweet, friendly, and helpful. PLUS this was a great deal with the 25% off Yelp coupon.
