This was my first time here & I picked up a to-go order. The restaurant was packed on a Thursday. The bar area looked like a lot of fun! The food was great! I had the ribeye with fried Mac & a salad with house made blue cheese dressing. All were perfect. The steak was perfectly cooked & juicy. We were looking forward to trying this new restaurant in hopes of it becoming a regular local place. Disappointed only begins to cover our experience. Miscommunication between the waitstaff and the hostess (who seemed more interested in simply standing at her podium than actually talking to customers) resulted in a lengthy wait for a booth. We would have been more understanding if the place wasn't a little more than half full (and we will come back to this point as well). You are hit by an impressive amount of TVs when you walk in but I'm not sure the last time I was in a "sports bar" and Fox News and Boomerang was on several screens. Each booth has its own TV which is nice but if you don't know to ask for a remote, then you are stuck watching what the person was before you. Typical menu for this type of place, which is not a negative. Our waitresses ability and attitude? Well that was a negative. Never returned for refills or updates on our order. Time it took for the order to appear was also extremely slow, which made no sense because it was after main dinner rush and it was not that busy. read more

terrible service. i used to eat here regularly a few years ago and i had stopped because of the bad service. i had forgotten that and stopped in for lunch today. the wonderful wait staff was more than happy to remind me of why i don't eat here any more. couldn't get a sandwich out in 45 minutes. had a long morning at work from 6 to 12:45. i was starving by the time i got out of my last virtual meeting and i ran out to get some comfort food. i went into the place at 1. stood in the doorway for 5-10 minutes waiting to be seated. there wasn't a line. the kid working the front was more intent on working the waitresses than seating the customers. took a while for the waitress to come over and get my order. that was the last time she came to the table. after thirty minutes i tried to get her attention but i think she was ignoring me. i suppose she was worried because she knew the food was late. i had more meetings starting at 2 and i couldn't wait any longer. i got up and told the kid at the front that i couldn't wait any longer and i wasn't paying for the food that i never got. the waitress finally comes out and started laying the blame on the kitchen. never offered me anything to make up for it or suggested that i take something to go. i don't want to be a karen, but this is absurd. i understand that mistakes happen but don't make it worse by ignoring the customer or by trying to blame someone else. just own the mistake and apologize. i don't think it's unreasonable to come in at lunch time and expect to eat and get out of the restaurant in less than sixty minutes. read more

Great Monday beer special. Bartender was nice and greeted us right away, girl at the hostess stand...eh not so much. She had no tables, I'd be annoyed too. On to the food...we ordered burgers, medium rare. There were charred on the outside which is never a good sign and so well done, we threw them out. Don't expect a brioche bun, they just used whatever crappy bun they had on hand. The onion rings were a joke, but the fries were good. Unfortunately, despite the fact they have other locations, this place is going to fall victim to the curse of every other restaurant that has been here. The food was good, but 2 tables were seated after us and they both got their drinks before we were even greeted by our server. Our server had a table behind us and next to us who appeared to get served promptly. I never got my ranch or hot sauce. My husband ended up splitting his drink with me because I couldn't get her attention for a refill. read more

Sidelines Grille and in particular this location is a must to visit if you're looking for great food. The servers are courteous and the food comes out quickly! The manager Kyle Callaro has gone out of his way to be friendly to me and my kids. Customer service seems to be a top priority at this location! Disappointed with entrees. Both entrees ordered were as bland as can be, with seemingly zero effort put forth, both in ingredient choice and assembly. The ownership group/individual could GREATLY benefit from investing in a few menu modifications to distinguish this establishment from others. Firstly, the salad components. The "mixed greens" indicated on the menu are not what you get on your plate. Get actual spring mix, or a higher quality lettuce & this will make an enormous difference... Ice Burg/cheap stuff won't cut it. Especially since the surrounding restaurants charge on average a dollar less for most menu items (and use better quality lettuce..). Secondly, the meat & bread was disappointing with lack of flavoring & toughness. Gave 2 vs 1 star only because the staff was on point. read more

Visited for the 2nd time today and left disappointed. My first visit I ordered wings. They were good overall. Large wings, good sauce and an average price. I came back today to watch a football game and have some more wings with my dad and my son. The service was fine although the wait was a bit long due to how busy they were. When the wings arrived, the waitress immediately apologized for how small the wings were and said they probably threw in a few extras to make up for it. 2 of the 16 looked normal and the rest looked like miniature pigeon wings. I went ahead and counted them up and there were no extras to make up for how small they were. When the waitress asked how everything was, I explained that there were no extras as suggested. She gave me no reply and asked if we'd like the check. I thought perhaps they would offer a discount since they were so much drastically smaller. I had originally anticipated taking a few home but now I was leaving hungry. When the check arrived, there was no offer for a discount. Almost a dollar a wing for a portion the size of an appetizer. I was disappointed to say the least. Then I overheard the waitress warn the next table that the wings were tiny today prior to them ordering. I wish I had received the same warning. The rest of my party enjoyed their food luckily. They do have a lot of TV's but the Sunday ticket is still in low-def at the moment which was tough to watch. I know the restaurant is new but one would think you'd be prepared for a 1pm Sunday football crowd. I sure hope they pull it together or they will suffer the same fate as all the other failed businesses in this location. read more

We have eaten there every Wednesday to play trivia nearly since the opening and every week we are amazed at the ignorance of the management here. It all is ending now because one of our party bit into a large nail, yes like you would find on a pallet. Rest assured the manager said "It's not us we don't use nails here". Went to this location for the first time last night. The service was great, the general atmosphere was great and the food was great. I ordered a burger cooked medium and it was cooked perfectly.
