Today was the second time I have come here. I ordered Teriyaki wings and beer at the bar. The wings were amazing the first time I had them. Today, they were horrible. I had only one wing and threw away the rest. They were chewy and tasted like they had been cooked multiple times. Service is just okay though I never have high expectations when I come here. That being said, this place needs people so the employees need to go above and beyond to make it a successful business. I am definitely going back since this place is 5 minutes away but I would love to see some more energy and better quality food to be a regular. read more

I went yesterday for lunch - and it's the first time I've been since they implemented the new menu. We decided to split the giant pretzel (which was amazing!!) and I ordered the breakfast burger with a side of steamed broccoli. The whole experience took about 40 to 45 minutes which was awesome because I only get an hour for lunch. Our waitress was Alexis and she was very prompt and paid attention to when we needed something. Will definitely be back and keep it in mind for lunch during the week. read more

Came in tonight and got sat immediately. After 15 minutes no one had came to ask us for drinks or spoken to our party of 3. My wife told the hostess station that we had been forgotten. The hostess, manager and waitress then got in an argument about who had messed. We left and went to another establishment in Woodstock to eat. read more

I really love this place for casual dining. The service is great, the food is terrific and you don't pay a fortune. The owner really knows who his patrons are and caters to them in more than one way. I especially love the rueben sandwich. read more

New sports bar in the location that was previously "Hello Again." The new management really put a lot of work into sprucing up the interior of this place. There is almost nowhere you can look without your eyes encountering a TV. The menu is MUCH more expansive than Hello Again was, and boasts stuff like seared ahi tuna. Very upscale for a sports bar. I decided to try the basic buffalo wings, and they were excellent. Crispy and good sauce. The fries were just OK. Our server was great and the manager came around to check on us. He said they plan to expand the beer selection greatly. At the time of my visit, it was pretty much Sweetwater 420, bud, Coors, etc. Overall, this is a giant upgrade from Hello Again and a very welcome addition to the neighborhood, with the potential for being one of the best places around for watching games. read more

A coworker and I were so excited for this restaurant to open near our job. We decided to order pasta - I got the Louisiana Penne Pasta ... which was delicious. The environment was very clean and welcoming. Our waitress so so so helpful. There are ALOT of tvs and great daily specials. I will be coming back soon. read more

Worst reuben ever. NO 1000 island dressing, 1/2 teaspoon tiny sauerkraut, small amount of dry meat and had to pay EXTRA for stale fries. Won't be ordering from here again. read more

Sidelines grille is my go-to place to go if I want a burger or wings. Their wings are always perfect and their burgers are also great! They also have a great selection of desserts. If you go there and you get some cake, I recommend the coconut cake. It's so good it has the perfect amount of coconut. Sidelines is also family-friendly. read more

I called to place a takeout order and the girl who answered the phone was pretty unpleasant. After placing my order, I was told my order would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived, I noticed that the girl who assisted me on the phone was the bartender. When I asked about my order at the bar, she was still very unpleasant and told me my order would be ready soon. 20 minutes later, after waiting by the wall and no one asking me if I needed any assistance, I finally asked the food runner if he had seen my order. He apologized for the wait and after about another 5 minutes, I got my food. The bartender never apologized about my wait or made eye contact with me after I swiped my credit card. Went in at 11:00 PM. TheHostess said only "fried foods available" (Couldn't make a salad?) It was too late to go elsewhere.....My brain told me to leave...My stomach said "give them a try".... People at other tables already seated were getting their grilled foods and salads as we sat there waiting. Ordered Fried Fish and French Fries. (Frozen?) Fish was mushy inside and overcooked on outside. $14 for one piece of mushy tasteless gross fish and a few fries, a small cole slaw and mac/cheese. Fried pickles were so-so...dripping with grease. I'm thinking the fryer has old, unchanged oil in it. Slight smell. In any event, I never ever return food or complain....utterly pointless at 11:30 when you are starving and they already said nothing available but FRIED. Waitress forgot to bring Tartar sauce though I asked her twice. Employee walking by finally got it for me. ONE only, though I requested extra so I could drown that disgusting fish I it and exit the place as fast as possible since by now everything was being cleaned and stacked around us, making us feel rushed. We DID have 30 more minutes according to your sign. Oh well. Waitress was friendly but not trained well. She was mostly nicest when assuming I wouldn't want change on a $31 bill after I handed her $40 in cash. She even called me sweetheart.....which probably impresses most 50 year old male tippers when handing you the bill. I wasn't impressed though. Your service wasn't worth 30%. All I got for $36.00 inc tip was greasy fried pickles that were barely breaded, a gross piece of fish with 3 small sides, and a beer. At least the beer was cold, I'll give them that much. Beer is really hard to mess up, but some places manage to. Final impression???? Probably won't be back. read more

I ate here today and enjoyed it very much. Nice environment. Attentive staff. I came between 4-6pm and they were giving complementary wings as customer appreciation. I ordered the prime rib panini which was recommended by the waiter, per my request, and it did not disappoint. Though I could only finish half due to getting full on the wings! Sidelines Grille receives 3 stars just from our previous visits. This visit did not fare as well from previous visits. Thankfully it was a cold Friday night when we went last, that cut down on all the smokers that were outside on the patio. The menu is extensive with options for all including cocktails and beer. The servers have been very nice and helpful every visit. Unfortunately the last two times the kitchen has not been able to handle the business. The appetizer of mozzarella sticks took a good twenty minutes to arrive but they did not disappoint when they did. The main courses Burger cooked to perfection, chicken sandwich grilled perfect with cheese and bacon. The quesadilla did not live up to the hype with the lack of chicken, veggies that could have been sautéed a little longer. It could have been saved with the tortilla being grilled for more than 10 seconds. Don't pass on the sweets after dinner there are some great cakes to choose from. read more

I would give this place zero stars if i could. I have NEVER been treated so terribly by sevice staff. We have a "server" who acted like we were bothering her the whole time. Worked a double on September 1st, called the restaurant at 11:40 pm was told full menu stopped serving at 12:30. I arrived at the location at 12, 30 minutes before the time and was told they were no longer serving full menu. Tried this place again last night, still very loud, lots of adults yelling and drinking and acting like teenagers. Impossible to even talk to the person you are with. The table next to us had 9 children with them and the adults had no control over them. the food was OK and the service was pretty good but there was a funny smell in the place too. This was my first time here & I picked up a to-go order. The restaurant was packed on a Thursday. The bar area looked like a lot of fun! The food was great! I had the ribeye with fried Mac & a salad with house made blue cheese dressing. All were perfect. The steak was perfectly cooked & juicy. The fried Mac came with marinara sauce and had a little bit of a kick. I could have eat them all day! The salad was crisp & the dressing was delicious. Definitely will be back often! read more
