Regardless of monetary value, he administered the same amount of care and service to each piece. He tactfully presented the prescribed repair needed and offered choices. He presented care options which went beyond the mechanical needs, and even addressed the aesthetic. His prices were reasonable. Randy's communication is excellent. It was a pleasure to interact and converse with him. This was an excellent experience, and I'm so grateful to see my pendulums swinging and hear my clocks ticking, dinging and gong-ing again!!

The owner saved me lots of money by recommending I try to recharge my solar batteries for a few days before replacing them as they are very expensive. He was right! Saved me over $200 replacing those batteries. This place has great prices, aand they will do quick work like sizing or simple battery replacement while you wait. I will be taking some of my mechanical and automatic watches here for service in the future. I highly recommend this place!

Just under $7K, and the work was very poor. I learned a great lesson ... NEVER call Kavoukian. Amazingly, he led me to believe I could trust him. I truly know I was robbed. Maybe he does good work on contemporary clocks of little value, however, don't call him for the clocks dating back into the 1800's.

I had agreed to by one of the Floor Clocks from the shop and left a deposit. Both clocks were delivered to me, but there are serious concerns about the authenticity of the one I purchased. It is most likely a fake. It is assembled from parts of various clocks, some of which may not date to the same time period as the main clock mechanism. I have notified Mr. Pantoja that I would like to return it. A week later, when Mr. Pantoja came to pick up the clock, he was extremely rude, refused to give me a full refund of my deposit, and said, "He doesn't want to ever see me again." Moreover, my repaired clock is missing the adjustment to correct the pendulum swing, which causes it to either speed up or slow down the time it displays.

Knew what was wrong right away (mainspring and needed service) Did the work on the timeline promised (2 weeks; actually got it done early) and for the price quoted. My Rolex is running better than it ever has. Its an early 80s Sub and i've sent it to Rolex twice since its been in my possession for the last 12 years or so for a service/repair and it's never kept time as well as it has these past two weeks since I got it back from Shant's. I will be back and can't recommend this place enough. Thank you, Shant!

Watch came back after almost 2 months on 1/30/26 with case tool markings and scratches. E/mailed Kevork upset, he responded immediately and apologized for returning the watch with these flaws unnoticed. To his credit, Kevork responds almost immediately to e-mails and is excellent with timely communication. He e-mailed a pre-paid return packing slip, apologized for sending back my watch in such condition, and promised to work on it so it comes back as good as new. Watch was received the second time by Time Tec on 2/5/26. It came back today, 3/9/26 after a little over a month turn around time. Kevork delivered as he promised, the pictures speak for themselves. I would rather he did it right the first time, but I'm really grateful my experience with Kevork and Time Tec ended on a positive note.
