Vangi & Danielle take great care of all in attendance at da baar!!! The food here is better than good. Cuban & Ruben are very very good!! The salmon bowl is excellent!! Breakfast sandwiches and hash bowls are great as well. Drinks flow and are plentiful. Too bad the they can't have more servers available to accommodate the restaurant traffic flow. I live here in RR and if I were the mgr I'd be keeping all 4000 residents here eating instead of sending them outside our great community. read more

As a resident I would expect HIGER PROFESSIONAL STAFF. I had a really bad experience and brought it up to the manager. One of the waitress yells across the room and says hello or has a full blown conversation. I asked her to please be quiet and it was rude to yell across the room. The waitress smirked at me and continued to do it. She does not belong in a quiet restaurant like this she belongs in the casino. The manager only did listened to me and told me she would talk to the waitress that was so loud and abnxious . That's it! I also pointed out that there are condiments that are on the floor by a trash can. The manager said oh that's ok there is nothing in the trash can. But, I just saw a customer throw a dirty napkin in there. Also I am pretty sure The health department would not agree with trash cans on the floor next to your mayo, ketchup, salt and pepper. The manager seemed unbothered and was more worried about how her dog passed away. I am very sorry for her loss but at the same time she is responsible for the restaurant. She as acting management can cause some serious silliness within the restaurant. read more

I love rhodes ranch golf course and the ranch house grille. It's definitely not perfect but for what it is I think it's amazing! There is some things I will address but I still gave them 5 stars because I don't think it's something they can easily change as a business and running a business is tough guys! The food itself has been GREAT every time we have eaten here. They actually shock me each time because the food comes out better looking than what I would imagine. The food quality and flavor profiles are really well done. Who ever put together the recipes and menu did a really good job. If you get tacos they are fresh corn tortillas which I very much appreciate. Any of the "fried" sides/food like onion rings, tots, etc are lightly battered and fried to PERFECTION. Not a single burnt piece and golden. For dining at a "grille" at a golf course this place exceeds my expectations and I absolutely love the view. Some of the negatives would be lack of workers. Service it self from the waitresses/waiters are GREAT - the problem lies in the fact that maybe they need to hire one or two more people. The waitress who is also the bartender was busting her ass (and doing a really good job btw!) handling every single table outside, inside, and the entire bar chairs were full. So yes - the service was a tad slow but thats not the waitresses fault. She was still super accommodating and nice. In this economy I also cant really blame the restaurant because on the weekday they don't know how busy they might be. So thats why I still gave them 5 stars :) read more

Another review stuck in drafts! This is based from a few visits back in March 2020, right before Covid exploded and everything shut down. Surprisingly, this was a great place within the Rhodes Ranch golf course. My friend was living in the neighborhood at the time so we had access to the club house restaurant but I'm not sure if you can come if you're not living here or part of the golf course (there is a pretty heavy duty security check point into the neighborhood where they ask for IDs). It's pretty affordable priced and they had some great happy hour specials. We also came by for lunch. The service was a little slow but we weren't in a hurry and we enjoyed the food. It was pretty big portions too with generous wine pours. We'd come back if we were staying in the neighborhood again since it's convenient. read more

I was attending a golf event here recently and we had our check-in inside of the Ranch House Grill. The event started off with a variety of free breakfast burritos. Chorizo, Bacon, and Ham, were the options for the burritos. I chose the bacon one because I love be some bacon, lol. I want to say I am thankful for them providing free food for the event and I hate to nitpick but hey... its all about being honest. I don't know if the burner wasn't working in the container the burritos were placed in but when I bit into by burrito the burrito was coldish... not my cup of tea to eat coldish eggs/bacon. Maybe I grabbed one that was sitting there for a while? I don't know.... My son said he his Chorizo burrito was warm/hotish and tasted great. So I might have grabbed one sitting there for a long time. After the golf event was over we decided to stay and eat lunch there with some friends. I ordered the steak quesadilla and when it came out, it looked super appetizing. Right when I bit into the quesadilla I immediately bit into gristle and could barely chew the steak. I was hit and miss throughout the quesadilla but kept getting those gristly pieces. Not too much flavor here also with the cheese and the dips which came with it. Unfortunately I have only eaten here this ONE time, and this is where Im at with the restaurant at this point. I will be coming back, I believe if I order something else, I won't be disappointed. We love this place! They have a great Taco and Tequila Tuesday with $2 tacos and $5 margaritas! The view alone is worth the 5 star rating! The menu is simple and food is pretty good! So far we've tried the following: Tacos all are good! Onion rings! Cesar salad witH grilled chicken Rueben sandwich Prawn and Avocado tostada(my personal favorite)! Hibiscus, Mango margaritas are good but a bit too sweet for my taste. $3/5 draft beer too. Service is usually very good unless it is busy then it's a little slower but not bad. One of my favorite happy hour places! We live in the area so perfect for quick bite and best of all, just walking distance from home. You get the amazing view of the golf course as well and sunsets are just breathtaking! Staff are nice and quite attentive. We always sit by the bar if it's not too busy. Our favorites are the nachos, tacos, avocado tostada and wings. Servings are shareable as well. I'm a sucker for their margaritas which is soooo good! My go-to has always been the prickly pear. I have yet to try their desserts though. This place is spacious so perfect for big-together. On a nice day, it's relaxing to sit outside by the patio and enjoy the view. Overall, I would recommend this to new neighbors. And most likely, we will continue to bring over our out-of-town friends. read more

Well where do I start. We love the atmosphere and the patio view is amazing however the service is really going down hill. We went to Ranch Grill last night to enjoy a meal on the patio and to watch some live music (amazing singer by the way) what I witnessed was unacceptable by all means. As a resident and someone who has been in customer service my whole life I can't believe what I witnessed. First of all not enough staff to accommodate a music venue they certainly should have had more people working the patio. And the waitress who was taking all the orders was overwhelmed. She was doing the best she could she had waiting on us before and is wonderful I felt bad for her because the waitress that was inside helping deliver orders but had no idea what she was doing. A table had some issues with there food being delivered to wrong tables and not even receiving there orders. The cook came out to see what was going on and I overheard him tell the waitress that was helping deliver the orders to bad I guess they won't get there food. Very Rude some sort of altercation occurred as the gentleman who was having major issues with his food order, was leaving the waitress who was helping deliver orders, got in his face and yelled. I'm glad you're leaving. He intern got in her face and told her how rude she was she continue to yell and scream at the gentleman. At this time some Men got up and started yelling and screaming at the gentleman as he was leaving. Staff from inside had to come out and grab the waitress to pull her inside to try and subdue the situation. Our waitress (Jasmine) was so apologetic and certainly not her fault. She was doing the best that she could do. I will say the waitress that was delivering orders truly was quite rude. I don't know who does the hiring, but I certainly would look at the situation under no circumstances should a waitress ever get into a patrons face. This all could've been avoided if she was a bit kinder and apologized for her behavior as she had no idea where the food was going in the first place, because there were no numbers on the table. I think a easy suggestion to have numbers on the table so when people do order you can say oh, this order goes to table 1 or table 2 very simple solution, this is not the first time we've had bad service the last time we ate on the patio we had bad service. Service very important in this town, and I would highly recommend the manager to certainly look into. His staffs behavior it was very unprofessional and embarrassing as a resident. read more

Food was delicious but the service was bad! Our waitress was Horrible! She didn't set the table, table had crumbs on it from previous guest, we had to ask for napkins and straws. I also felt some kind of way because everybody else in the restaurant table was set nicely. Then to top it off, when I was leaving I asked for a to go box and she gave me the smallest container in sight. I thought to myself , maybe that's all they have so I didn't complain and stuff all my food into the container. While placing it in the container, I looked over to the other people with to go boxes and they had much larger boxes with hardly no food to take. I'm very disappointed and won't be back. So we set down we had to ask for them to wipe off the table 10 minutes later, they came and took our order, which was perfect timing we still never had a table set up no napkins no straws we noticed everyone that sat down and got water they had water with a straw in their water and are water just came as is. had to get-up-and-get my own straw we've been here now 15 minutes and still haven't had a table table set up.. When Are food arrived so did our table set up.. Been here a half dozen times and never disappointed. The corned beef hash is fantastic with smashed potatoes. IMO the best in town. Coffee is deliciously smooth and the staff is always happy to bring me a shot of Jameson and Bally's to add to it. I ordered the sandbagger special safe to say it was super good! Although I am just a kid and my tastebuds change everyday I love the food! The service was amazing the server that I had was quite busy but that wasn't her fault as everyone is busy these days. Ambiance looks like a mashup of a sort of saloon and a fancy ihop without the booth seats. My food I just ordered the French Onion (That I have a picture of) Taste and looks amazing presentation really is on a half and half side. The mozzarella cheese is super stretchy and doesn't taste like one of those bio made ones soup was super good! I don't know if it just me or I do taste a hint of soy sauce on it. There is some ground meat too! And a bit of green onions sprinkled on top. Overall this place is super nice it has fancy food (thats a plus) and among other dishes from other sections of countries such as bento boxes etc. Will come back if I have the money to afford all this fancy and tasty food! read more

We were so thankful. She was so sweet to do so. We stayed for some drinks and hung out. She took care of us and even comped a drink. We didn't try the food. The food was horrible, I ordered "Ranch House wings" they were dry, old wings, cooked with ZERO seasoning, very bland and my dog didn't even want them; No Lie! The crab cakes were so-so, (weird tasting filling), my husband food Barbecue tips, twice baked potato came out black and dry and plain; this was our first and last time; Oh and did I mention we are African American and people were staring at us like has 2 heads!!!Needless to say, we will never frequent that place again! read more

I had the New York steak (charred well) with eggs and smashed potatoes for breakfast which was very good. I have never had smashed potatoes before. Baked, smashed and then deep-fried which really puts a nice crust on the potatoes. Season well. I live close by so have visited this place many times. Sometimes we get service but most of the time when we walk in and sit down, we are ignored and get no service. And usually it's not busy. Last night we got a flyer that RHG was hosting a band from 6pm to 9pm, we arrived at 8:20pm and after we sat down we saw people coming out of the kitchen serving food to golfers. When the waitress came to us we told her just wanted to order nachos and she said the kitchen was closed. It's so close and convenient, that's the only reason I've kept coming back. After last night I can count at least half a dozen times I haven't gotten service. We've always been friendly people to them, however I guess they just don't like the RR residents or something. I want to love this place because I love to be able to walk to get a quick bite or a nice glass of wine. However, as many times as my husband and I have been here we have yet to have a good food experience. The service is a bit slow, but not bad, and since the atmosphere is super casual, we don't mind the wait. But man, I wish I had the funds to take this place over and get some good solid food selections on the menu, and show them how to be price conscious while being ingredients quality conscious as well! We had brunch today and expected a crowd Of hungry people in a line for food. But instead we experienced a nice crowd that flowed in and out for a very relaxing experience. The kitchen staff was keeping the food fresh and hot and cold food cold! As it should be! The prime rib was slightly on the medium well side, which I like, but could have been more to the rare side as some others wanted. The saving part was it was flavorful and very tender. Our server was friendly, always with a smile and kept all her tables glasses filled with water and of course Mimosas on going! They had several flavors with prickly pear and mango our favs!!! With new management and new ideas this place is a Las Vegas winner! Golf, great drinks, good food, easy parking and a beautiful view!
