Time was an issue for us so we didn't do the rest of the repairs but they are valid. We would consider returning for service of our Mazda.

We only had a rental car available through insurance for a short time, so we quickly had to figure out what we were going to do vehicle-wise with an extremely limited budget due to the unexpected nature of our situation. We came to this Mazda location to see if they could help us. When we arrived, we were left to just sort of wander around aimlessly for about 20 minutes before any employees approached us. Eventually we were approached by an individual named Jesus who I believe is a salesperson. He asked what we were looking for and we explained our situation to him, at which point he went to grab some keys so we could test drive a vehicle. We waited outside in the sun for about 15 minutes before Jesus returned with the with the keys to a vehicle that he then informed us had no gas, then left to go get the keys to a different vehicle. After about another 15 minutes Jesus returned with the keys and sent us on our way on a test drive. The vehicle was very nice but also was quite low on fuel so we were slightly concerned. After a short test drive, we returned, and Jesus finally took us inside. He then wandered around for about 10 minutes informing us that he couldn't find his laptop. He eventually found it and asked us what sort of deal we were looking for. With our situation being a unique one, we didn't want to play any negotiation games, so we told him outright exactly what we could put down and the absolute maximum monthly payment we could handle. He nodded and smiled at this and said he would go and run it by his manager. After about 15 minutes, Jesus returned with his manager who I believe was named Alex. Alex showed us a breakdown of the lease they could offer us. Essentially, if we put down the money that we had available, our payment would be over double what we could afford, or we could put down over four times the amount we had available for a down payment and get the monthly payment we were looking for. Despairing at this point, we told Alex that this was way above our budget, but we appreciated him taking the time. He then decided for some reason to rub salt in the wound saying "yeah that's just not what a car payment looks like these days. That's a phone payment or an internet payment." The monthly payment we were looking for was around $300 which to me sounds like quite the "internet payment," but maybe I'm mistaken. I'm not sure why Alex found it necessary to denigrate us for being in a compromised financial position, but it left us feeling quite hopeless and insulted. I would highly discourage anybody who is hoping to be treated with dignity and respect from shopping for a vehicle at this dealership. On a positive note, we drove to the Subaru dealership afterwards and were treated wonderfully. They got us in a brand-new vehicle with exactly the deal we were looking for, so there was a happy ending.

Kymberly is the type to just take care of business-- efficient and experienced.. Even before we signed our documents- she signed us up for a mini technology appt.. (very helpful).. My decision making led me here.. as trust with a service advisor has been built in for the last eight years.. Looking forward to more car washes..

You guys LIED about my husband William Faulkners' GAP coverage with the 2020 GMC he bought and…read morewithheld information after having him come in to sign 3 SEPARATE TIMES and TOOK OUT gap coverage after he VERBALLY confirmed over 20 times to your horrible finance guy "Re-signing this does not change my gap coverage, correct?" And this man kept lying through his teeth saying "Not at all - You are covered with gap. This just changes your leinholder". So after signing ALL 3 separate copies stating we have Gap and then you guys either took it out after signing while we have all the proof of all copies, dates, names etc., or just LIED and MISLEAD to score a deal. We also have proof William has been PAYING YOU GUYS FOR GAP COVERAGE this whole time (exactly 1 year ago today!) So I will NEVER recommend this place, you guys are scammers and rip off anyone to get your lame commission. The attorney general is getting involved, we will see yall in court (regardless of your new management and new dealers) not surprised of the high turnover rate, and can't wait til you guys are shut down so you can't rip any other hardworking family's off Management & finance guy (I'll edit and post all the names) didn't want to help or resolve anything after scamming us, getting angry at US. Didn't care about the documentation and signatures we have for gap coverage. But bended over backwards to try and sell us our vehicle when we had a gut feeling to walk out! Took money off and our monthly cost down, just for it to go back up because we signed for GAP 3 seperate times! Worst. Dealership. Ever. DONT EVER LEASE OR BUY A VEHICLE HERE. Also, they have a lot of 'Morman' dealers and Morman banks they work with? As a believer in God; You will reap what you sow. If you do make the horrific decision to lease/buy a car from here; RECORD EVERYTHING. Because apparently their cameras don't work! Avoid this place like the plague. Yall have the day & life you deserve! I'll pray for you to have true integrity, honesty, and for any other people/families that unfortunately have a vehicle from you guys!
