I made an appointment for one in the afternoon and I was told I was set for that time. So I come in, and right off the bat they are extremely unprofessional. The lady at the front desk had no idea what was going on. A mechanic came out and I asked how long the wait would be, because all their garages looked full. He said around 45 minutes. I was okay with that because I was about 20 minutes early any way. Not too bad Well I wait, then leave with a friend a little while later. I left my number with them and expected it to take maybe an hour to an hour and a half. 2 o'clock comes and goes. Then 3, then 4 and I get fed up and call them. The lady at the front desk didn't know what they were doing with my car, but in the background I could hear thy guys saying they were pulling my car into the garage right now. The lady came back to me and said it would be ready in about 45 minutes. I'm livid at this point. I dropped my car off hours ago and they're just now taking it into the garage!? Then twenty minutes later I get a call from a guy and he tells me he hasn't and won't align my car because a part is bent. Fantastic. A part I've replaced before and don't mind having to do again. But leaving me without my car all afternoon, and not getting an alignment done is ridiculous. So when I came to pick up my car from them almost five hours later, I asked, why was my car not taken in at one when I made the appointment for? His response? We don't schedule appointments. Sure you don't. They will never get my business.

When we discussed the price, they explained that they generally do not negotiate much on price, but they offered to install brand-new tires and have their mechanic inspect the brakes. They told me that if the brakes needed repair, they would take care of it. I returned a few days later to have the new tires installed and the brakes evaluated. New, good-quality tires were installed, and after their mechanic inspected the brakes, they determined that the front rotors and pads needed to be replaced. That matched my own assessment, and they took care of the repair. Overall, this was a very pleasant and professional buying experience. Promises were made, and promises were kept. I was treated courteously throughout the entire process, and I would absolutely feel comfortable recommending Reno Auto Exchange to my family or friends.

After they Ransacked through the car looking for contraband they had D & S Tow it to their place. The tow was 390 dollars the fuel surcharge was 129 dollars. And 53 dollars for storing my vehicle for one day . What a fuel surcharge is, is a mystery to me. Because my gas gauge was still at the same level . So grand total, to get my car back was 572 dollars. Please Don't DRINK and then DRIVE . The Service was great, so if I needed to have my car towed , I would call them .
