Scam! Scam! Scam! Run! These people sell their co-workers old cars as new to customers! I was told…read moreeverything works fine before I bought the car. 4 months later I needed new breaks, starter, and tons of other things. I had the warranty, useless! They claim to work with Reno Auto Works behind the dealership but they don't communicate or anything with each other! To top it off, I bought this suv because I needed AWD. When this last snow storm hit, I found out they sold me a front wheel drive only! They lie, cheat and the GM doesn't help. His response was come back and "we will sell you a better car!" I'm beyond upset with the whole experience and people need to know what a scam business these people are running..

My service advisor informed me, how my Jeep was doing and when to pick it up. Now, my Bikini Pearl Jeep had its oil changed, multi-point inspection, tire rotation and tire pressure checked. Went to check out a car that I really liked. I was already approved for a car loan through my…read morecredit union but they wanted to run my credit so I could finance with some bank that would presumably give them a kickback. What was worse was the outright scam on their price. An additional $995 for window etching on a used car which they refused to remove. Walked right out and found a better car elsewhere. Professional scam artists in my opinion.
