Best pedicure and fill in I have had! They take their time cutting cuticles and get nails pretty even and straight. They will try to upsell pedicure but that's not unexpected. My husband upgraded pedicure and only difference was putting the same liquids used in basic pedicure in white fancy bowls and an addition of orange peel and lotion. This is not a complaint just letting you know not much of an upgrade when basic pedicure was just enough. Will continue to be my go to place for everything nails! Worst manicure ever. They should shut this place down. My manicure left me with a deep cut that bled for a long time, jagged edges on my nails, and contrary to what they claim, they do not use clean files with every customer. It was my first time in. The location is ideal & I was hopeful that I would love it & could make it my new regular place. I politely requested a gel/ shellac pedicure. I selected a pale pink cat eye color. The technician went to work and I closed my eyes to relax. Shorty after the nail tech informed we that we were done! To my disappointment & dismay- The color wasn't the pale pink I expected- it was peach AND my toe nails were not the glassy cat eye I had specifically requested- they were GLITTER. I gently asked him why he didn't use the magnet? (I do cat eye colors regularly- this was very odd!). He told me very defensively and rudely;: "that's $10 more, I told you that! It's $10 more!" I calmly said "No....You didn't say that. You never mentioned that. This is the first time I'm hearing of a $10 fee ontop of the $20 gel fee just to use the magnet (for the cat eye effect). But it too late now. You didn't ask. You you're done. And I am stuck with glittery peach toe nails that I don't like & now I'm unhappy. I'm a nice person & I understand mistakes; we are human. But what I won't accept/tolerate is someone looking me in the eye and LYING. Do not tell me you told me something, you know you never said! Also, NO ONE charges $10 extra on top of the $20 gel fee just to use a magnet. This is absurd. So only because I was clearly unhappy, he argued some more said a bunch of things in Vietnamese and then filed off the peach glitter job and did it again. But now things are tense and awkward. It took what would have been a pleasant experience had he just mentioned the fee behorehand and checked with me. What I hoped would be a pleasant experience took a sour turn.This is very disappointing to me as I really wanted to love it there but with employees being dishonest/ rude with me for their lack of communication-won't be back ever. read more

Sabrina/ Pham was so delightful to be with for some time while I got a wonderful citrus pedicure and my nails painted to match! She was so attentive and kind. She offered me water and/or wine. I had brought my own water bottle so I had white wine and it was a great treat. She did an amazing job on my nails. They say they can do the type of nails you want, but they actually couldn't for me. I also saw them reusing hot towels without washing and drying them between customers. They simply rinse them out in their public sink and then put them back in their towel steamer. It makes me wonder what else they do not do to prevent cross contamination. read more

I tried to be as nice as possible and not hurt my nail techs feelings but I ended paying $55 nails that I'm not happy with at all. The shapes great, color came out right and she was polite but definitely didn't understand what I wanted. She kept showing me designs I didn't ask for and that weren't very appealing. I've gotten my nails done for over 10 years and I've never had someone just use the straight up stickers for the design. It's really obvious it's stickers is not flat on my nail and it just looks like something I could've done at home with a $10 CVS set. I don't have time to come back and sit through a whole new thing. My mom and I were excited to get our nails done. The guy (Jason)who did my feet and hands was rushing. Also never ask us if we wanted to drink something even thou it was complementary. I told him my toe nail color was smeared and he kept telling me I mess it up and I ask him nicely if he could fix it. And then my middle finger he cut to much my cuticle that is started to bleed he didn't apologize instead he use the cuticle oil on top of it and but the nail brush back on the bottle eww what if I had something in my blood that's was just so gross. Also when I started I sat in his station he didn't use a clean towel he flip it the other side. Also there were nail clips on the floor that was gross . I hate leaving bad reviews but holy cow this place. I arrived to my app (I made the day before) 10 minutes early for a gel mani & pedi. After 30 minutes of sitting and waiting I asked the receptionist if she knew how much longer. I was told 10 more minutes. After waiting another 20 minutes AND seeing someone get taken care of who came in almost 35 minutes after me, I figured I'd get up and leave. They then saw I was about to leave and promised just 2 more minutes. Fine. They take me back and by this point I was only able to do a pedicure. The person who did my feet talked the entire time about him & his wife fighting and physical altercations they would get in. Super uncomfortable. Looks like a 5 year old did my nails!!! I have POWDER acrylic nails I made that pretty clear twice. Instead of doing it right and taking the nails off and applying new ones (I asked for plane white powder because I just moved here and don't trust people with my nails and this place is why) Long just filled them in. Which I know you can't do with powder nails. I told him I use powder TWICE and all he said was " all powder is different" .. after absolutely ignoring me he came back over with GEL White polish to literally paint over top of my powder acrylic nails. I've been getting powder nails for 2 years every 2 weeks. So I know this was already going to end horrible. They are completely trashed. Very bumpy have black bubble spots and uneven. You can constantly see the shadows on my nails and from being so uneven you can see dark color from my previous nails. Not ok at all!!!! He then used the top coat saw how horrible he did and didn't correct a thing. Got my toes done as well girls were nice message was great but work again is subpar ... I got gel on my toes and it literally started lifting as soon as I left and also left a fuz from their towel on my toe and painted over it with the gel polish... just clean it off next time instead of leaving it... all in all I was robbed I was charged $115 to paint white gel over my POWDER NAILS and to have my toes painted!!!!! I left a tip for both of them my total was $135.00 that is completely unacceptable. I'm posting pics as proof. If someone says they get POWDER USE POWDER. read more

I made an appointment with my siblings, and mother we waited about 30min to get our nails done. the manger, was telling his employees to hurry up about 5 times in front of me. the guy that was doing my nails he was very nice gentleman. but my nails don't look the best, it wasn't his fault it was the manger's. the girl that was doing my mother's nails she was very rude. completely ignoring my mother and what she wanted done with her nails. very unprofessional this was a waste of my money and would never come back here. read more
