DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES. This guy was super rude and instead of explaining the issue, he was talking like I was a moron not understanding how basic thermodynamics works! He came in to check the cooking range because we were seeing steam coming out of the top glass burner when we turn on the oven below. He opened the top and told me that there was an exhaust pipe near that burner. He said thats by design. This sounded a little odd to me because GE designing the cooking range such that the hot steam would come out of a glass stove top when there is already an exhaust for it. When I tried showing him my surprise, he was like "that is basic thermodynamics!". With his tone and his words it was clearly sounding like I should be knowing what thermodynamics is. I asked him if there could be a problem with the exhaust being blocked or something. Without seeing, he told me no there is such possibility! When I asked him that maybe I should check with GE to see if they can confirm if this was designed in this way. He tells me that will be waste of your time. They will say yes and hang-up. Massively rude guy. Again, I would suggest that you DO NOT USE HIS SERVICES if you don't want to be treated like you are stupid. read more

I consider my self a good DIYr so when our high end dishwasher and fridge broke, I searched youtube to learn how to fix it on my own. I ordered the parts online and when I installed them I was lucky with the dishwasher but not with the fridge. I found Sigma on Yelp and they had the lowest diagnostic fee and was quick to respond. Vladimir diagnosed the issue correctly. I actually tried ordering the part in advance to attempt to install it on my own but it happened to be the wrong one. Emailed/texted Vladimir at 10pm and he responded right away. Wasn't expecting a response until the next day. In any case, the part he ordered arrived quicker than expected and we were able to install and fix the fridge earlier.
