Absolutely worst experience. I walked in and asked for a French tip which the nail artist said she could do and she couldn't. so we agreed on a chrome color she showed me which I was up charged and not told. I was also cut multiple times on my cuticle. My nails were nothing like I wanted, my fingers were hurt and I was charged $80 When a full set $50. After speaking to the owner I was told she could take them off after being there already for 2 hours rather than refund the up charges I wasn't told about. read more

A hidden gem in Acworth! I'm scared to write a nice review bc then I'll have a hard time getting an appt. This salon is nice and quiet!! (No riff-raff) Every women's dream when getting your nails done. The ambience is perfect! It's nicely lit, clean, wide selection of services and polish colors... and the staff is beyond friendly. The best pedicures in Cobb County. I used to drive 40 minutes to this salon, until I moved to the area - makes me so happy! read more

I tend to gravitate towards this salon when I need to get my brows done. The lady that does them (and a few of my friends' brows), does a really great job! I usually tend to get really red after a waxing, but here, they put some sort of lotion on afterwards that dramatically cuts down on the redness. I went here Saturday to get a manicure and my friend got a mani & spa pedi. It's nice to pamper yourself every once in a while. I got tips with acrylics (because my real nails seem to be breaking quite too frequently for my liking). I almost cried when they cut my real nails down to put tips on them, but that's the price you pay for beauty right? I got my nails done and painted with an American manicure plus tip for $28 (I left a pretty good tip). My friend got mani w/ french manicure, pedi w/ french manicure and flowers on both big toes for $41 (not including tip). Not too shabby! I will definitely be going back. Also, if you go on Tuesday or Wednesday, there's a slight discount on their services. :) read more

I have been getting my nails done by Annie for over five years I have never been disappointed once. They do a lot more than just nails, pedicures manicures and more. If you want to try one more time MC nails will be the last place you ever get your nails done. You'll be happy I promise. read more

Very disappointed with this salon. I went here because my normal nail place was super busy. The woman who helped me was rushed to finish my nails because her friend was in town. They don't do SNS nails, so she put gel on and the nails were done sloppily. There were crusty spots she didn't take the time to file. It's been less than a week and they are already chipping off. Aside from this they were a bit expensive, $35 for a basic gel manicure is ridiculous. Not happy. read more

Not the usual salon I go to but since it was on the way home i figured I'd give it a try... no wait which was great!... the lady who did my nails did not wear a name tag but the only description was that she was way older. Never spoke. Seemed to be aggravated to do my nails from the beginning. Her whole demeanor was offputting. She was very rough when using the file and when grabbing my fingers she was very rough, mind you she kept digging her nails into my hands. She redid some nails her self w out me mentioning it and was literally huffing and puffing about it. She buffed my nail so hard one time that she chipped a side of it off, so she reapplied the powder(sns). Again while clearly showing her aggravation. Then she put a "glob" on the backside of my hand (only one hand) and asked me to put my hands in the UV light... I pointed at the glob to make sure she knew it was there...she nodded. Then a few mins later she asked me to get up and wash my hands...that goop was soap...i guess I'm used to the massage of hands and arms that they do at all other salons specifically for the price which seemed a bit high...$45 for sns...no lotions or scrubbing but I guess this is a different salon than my usual so I didn't argue... I was rushed for time now since it took her 2 hrs to do my nails( btw I had no previous nails or polish on so I didn't have to soak, so no idea why this took so long). There were 3 of us who arrived right at their closing time. My mother's friend that was with the group said she always comes here and how much she loves them. When we walked in and saw that they were closed they told us it was okay and that they would still take us. We needed 3 pedicures. My mother and her friend received great pedicures. When it came to me on the other hand TERRIBLE. I had a different man do my feet and he could not speak English at all so I had to tell the manager to tell him everything that I said or that was said to me. Since they were closed I could tell he was really rushing with my feet. He clipped my toe nails and didn't even shape them at all. Each toe nail was a different shape and looked horrible but I'd figure he'd get to it. The nail polish I choose came out chunky and looked liked it had been sitting on the shelf for awhile. When I told her I didn't like it because the nail polish looked old she told me when he finishes it it'll look better. I got on my phone and stopped paying attention and when my nails were done they looked sooooo bad ! My color looked horrible and chunky still, my nails weren't even painted all the way, one of my nails had been taken half off in the corner, the toe nails still had not been shaped so they were so many different shapes and he had put this God AWFUL sparkle clear coat on to "make the color last longer". I brought it to the managers attention and she made up every excuse in the book to why my toes looked like it. She even said she didn't see anything wrong with it...... My mother looked down at my feet in shock and saw how horrible they looked and even told her they looked bad. She eventually told me if I came back I could have them redone. I drove 30 mins out of my way to came back and she told me to have a seat and that she would get to me. About 4 people came in and it was obvious they were first priority. I then asked how long would I need to wait and she said until 1:30. Let me tell you that it was 12:11 exactly. I told her I had to be at work and could not wait that long and to just give me a refund. She then said she wouldn't be able too do that because she saw nothing wrong with them still. I told her I live 30 mins away and came back just so she could redo my toes. I was fuming. How dare she tell me to wait and hour and 20 mins and wait behind people that walked in AFTER me. She finally decided to take me next. She had the same man who did my feet last time start and I'm thinking how I did not want him because of how obvious it was that he couldn't do feet. She then told him to get up and she'd do it. She was then very rough with my feet and was treating me like I was over reacting about a horrible pedicure. I tried this nail shop for the first time after moving from California. I asked for a gel manicure and pedicure using the "perfect match" colors. My nails were not only drastically different colors but I was also thoroughly overcharged. When I brought this to, who I'm assuming is, the owner's attention she was very rude and says there is no such thing as "perfect match". It's safe to say she has never been to California. read more

They never made my nails straight and every time I went they cut my finger, and my friend goes there and she ask the lady that did my nails if she knew me and she shook her head and said rude thing about me, I don't remember her name. I decided to stop in MC Nails because it was close to home and I needed to get my nails done. The first time I went in I got tips put on and the woman did a pretty good job, so 2 weeks later I decided to go back to get a fill in. This time her husband did it and it was ok. I was not that pleased with the nail painting, but I didn't have time for him to re-do it so I went back 2 hours later and I politely told them that I was not happy with the painting. The woman took and look and didn't say anything, but gave me a look that spoke a thousand words. The daughter said I could come back the following day to have them re-done. As I turned to walk out the door I looked at the woman again, and she gave a look as though you just didn't want to go back. So I didn't. Now in all fairness, this JUST might be how she looks when she has nothing to say I DON'T KNOW, but what I do know is that she definitely didn't give me the feeling or impression that I wanted to continue giving her my business. read more
