Signaturez was a random stop for me while in town and it was a pretty decent atmosphere. Unfortunately, even for a Sunday night it was pretty busy. The parking lot was full, so we had to use street parking. There is security, so you felt somewhat safe. Upon entry it was pretty full, but we were able to find seats at the bar pretty quickly. I had 2 lemon drops which were pretty good and strong. I didn't realize that food service ended at a certain time so I didn't get a chance to try any. I met up with a few friends yesterday at Signaturz for an after work hang out. It was enjoyable. The service from Stephanie warm and friendly. We had ordered food for happy hour was was quite good, The money was typical barfair. I had the fish, sliders and french fries. One of my friends had the fried calamari which she enjoyed a lot and another friend has the fried whiting and fries, Everything was served hot and fresh. The drinks were made really well. This place is a great little after work spot. The bartenders are usually pretty quick & attentive. They have several nicely sized televisions for sports watching, & perfectly filled lighting with accented colors. I've never had their food bexsause I am vegan & they severely lack vegan options. Could definitely use at least 1 vegan dish or a fryer that isn't crossing meat with sides like French fries. The drinks dont dissapoint depending on who's making them but generally are pretty good. It can get pretty packed depending on when you go & they do have a DJ on site some days. It is conveniently located & has a solid amount of parking spots. When the place is filled it can get pretty hard to maneuver around the place. Be sure to go at a reasonable time if you'd like seating. read more

I am a frequent customer at signatures. The food is always good hot and fresh. I can't wait for the weekend so I can have Mac and cheese dis and shrimp. Now I wasn't a string bean eater until I came here,they're seasoned to perfection. So my sister came home for the 1/13/24 weekend. We were able to get food from there. We spent $140.00 on take out 4 fish and shrimp, macaroni cheese, string beans. One shrimp, macaroni, and collard greens. Long story short I was so disappointed and embarrassed hurt that the food wasn't good, After raving and talking about how good the food was to my sister and coworkers. I don't want to say everything that was wrong, but just know I was really disappointed. I really wanted to put 5 stars however the money I spent wouldn't let me do it. read more

The food, the drinks, the service, and atmosphere are all good! I have been to Signaturz Sports Bar many times and the food and the vibes are consistent. You most try the salmon hash on the Sunday Brunch menu! It's delicious! I also like the mac&cheese, cabbage, grilled salmon, fried shrimp, and zucchini slicks. My favorite drinks are the Sangria and the rim punch. There's something on the menu for everyone. Went there for brunch and the kitchen closes from 4-5pm and people were leaving because they could not get any food. We placed our food order exactly when the kitchen reopened and it still took an hour for the food to come out and it was not even packed in the facility. And people that came in after us received their food before us. Waited all that time and my food order was not even right. Our server wasn't helpful at all about anything he just stood there twirling his hair with one hand and handling food with the other. Management needs to give these young servers some lessons in customer service and on the handle certain situations that arise with customers. read more

However tried making reservations and the person my college spoke to said they don't make reservations, however we show up and tables with "Reserved" on it. So first of all, I'm not the review type but I'm only leaving this because my good friends works there on Wed nights & they're sometimes affected by these issues. I'm a label signed singer/songwriter/producer & have worked in entertainment industry for over 12 years. The service here is absolutely atrocious! I've produced events in real high end venues where customers are spending 5-100K a night. Seriously. This is just a neighborhood hole in the wall spot in Union, NJ. Please explain why does the service staff act like they're being inconvenienced or doing you a favor by taking your order? lol Like come on! They will also literally sit there doing NOTHING & not look up to acknowledge someone standing at the bar waiting to place an order. Listen, I'm a super chill person & conduct myself in a nonchalant manner. Also, my tab is usually on the "high" end because I like to bless the production crew with drinks, etc. so I know it's not me. Security also acts like they own the place & dictate the flow of bar & kitchen orders. I hope ownership reads this because the moral and service at this place is waaaay off. This establishment only caters to regulars....I went there for the first time tonight and in the beginning it was okay. I arrived around 7pm and it was a live atmosphere which was good, I was accompanied with three of my friends. We were having a excellent time until we were ask to move from our table because we were not spending enough money for food and drinks!!! WHAT!!! The waiter that was serving myself and friend ALL night came to our table with security and told us we had to leave because someone was buying a bottle of liquor as if we didn't buy food on top of multiple drinks and shots of alcohol from 7pm-11:30pm. How embarrassing coming to the table with security as if we stole something or didn't pay for our food and beverages!!! When speaking to the man who they gave our table too, he was very nice. I saw him and his friends in there prior sitting in another location and I ask how was he able to take the table?? He stated that his sister got up from where they were sitting and someone took his spot!!!! WHAT! The waiter came and told nothing but LIES with security(embarrassing) stating we had to move because we were there for 90 minutes and we didn't buy a bottle of liquor!!!! This place is TRASH! Talking about buying bottles when they have holes in the ceiling and no papers towels in the bathroom with signs saying don't flush"paper towels" on the toilet!!!! I went there to see my friend play a set. Not only did the man who asked to sit in for him after canceling due to a commitment, one of the co owners claimed people walked out. If anything, one or 2 people walked out and complained. Most of those who stayed enjoyed. The food was below average and the service was slow. Absolutely horrible! Arrived Fairly early. It was a nice sunny day and I'm sure they expected the large crowd on such a nice day since hookah is only allowed outside. Furniture outdoors was all overturned and filled wit pollen. Decided to get a chair out my trunk and sit anyways awaiting others. Someone finally came and wiped down outdoor furniture. My party arrived. It was 10plus of us. Hookah was amazing. Staff not so much. Food order was placed several times and came about two and a half hours later. Sliders was nothing but bread and fish. Drinks never came. Someone from our group had to go to the bar area to retrieve it each and every time. Parking is a nightmare if u don't get there early enough. Mgr came to apologize several times and said they had a new system that was installed day of. Just overall horrible. Some of the food never came at all. Overcrowded.
