The guys at the counter were quick to get me services. I bumped into a guy I know and we started talking about stuff guys talk about. Before I knew it they were done! I don't think I was there even 20 minutes and that was because I was still chatting. What more can you ask for? fast service, nice people and customers that have been trusteeing them for years. Listening to the guys talk to customers they didn't tell them what to do, they presented options and choices, they were on the phone sourcing tires for a guy that wanted something unusual, they were advising my friend about a choice he suggested that was a bad idea (I agree it was not the wisest choice) and helped him make a better decision that would be more cost effective for him in the long run. The staff clearly cares about their customers and want to help them, not just sell them stuff.

Turned out to be a bad ignition coil on cylinder 2, and they got it fixed quickly and at a fair price. What stood out most was the honesty and professionalism. They recommended a carbon cleaning service for later on but made it clear there was no pressure at all. The owner even told me he'd rather spend extra time diagnosing the issue correctly than waste my money replacing unnecessary parts, which is hard to find nowadays. I'm not sure that they did anything else aside that, however, along with check dashboard lights and listen as they drove the vehicle down the road.
