I cannot emphasize this enough. DO NOT consider using these folks for any car repair. They will gladly take your $150 deposit to hold your "window for them to show up", but they just dont show up, no call, no update nothing. This happened to me once, I got a long winded reply and thought i will give them another shot only for the exact same thing to happen. If they do it again to same person they already refunded rest assure it will happen to you, your time is to valuable to deal with this dishonest scam of a business . Disputed with my bank and now they are taking the money out even though all I did was call them. Can't get a human on the line to respond. Sounds like they are a scam business do not use. This is a horrible company! DO NOT BOOK with this mobile mechanic. I needed to replace my shifter cable and I bought the part through them. They told me what time they would be at my vehicle and I was waiting for a long time. I had to follow up with the owner multiple times. not very punctual. this was after I paid the $150 deposit. When they looked at my car and gave my diagnosis he requested ANOTHER $150 from me for "needing him to be there when I wanted him" . Which is ridiculous. Then they replaced the cable shifter only for me to find out that it breaks when I go to the grocery store. So they told me they will give me ANOTHER estimate after quoting me $850 for service. "Terrible business owner!!! This individual, who I believe is named Leo, engaged in dishonest practices by taking money from me following a deposit for a part. Despite assuring me of same-day service within two hours, he failed to fulfill the promise. Upon receiving my payment and ordering the part, he informed me that it wouldn't be delivered until the next day, despite my clear need for same-day completion. Subsequently, he ceased responding to my texts and calls until I reached out from another number. Expressing my dissatisfaction with his unprofessional behavior led to him displaying an attitude. After another round of unresponsiveness, I had my uncle contact him, as I had concerns about his tendency to disrespect women. Surprisingly, he relayed a completely different version of events to my uncle. Following this conversation, he texted me, stating he would provide a full refund and subsequently canceled my service. This happened after waiting from 9 am to 6 pm for his mechanics to arrive. Regrettably, he has not returned my calls, nor has he refunded me for the missed appointment and the part purchased with my deposit. In response to this situation, I am taking steps to contact the Better Business Bureau and consult with an attorney to pursue legal action against this individual. I caution other individuals, especially women, against using his services, as he has proven to be disrespectful and willing to engage in dishonest practices with customers' money. He even stated my review would not matter because he has the power to get all of the bad reviews taken down. He cancelled my service because I said I would write a bad review and he said well if you promise not to write a bad review I'll reinstate your service. Where do I begin? DO NOT RECOMMEND So my door latch was broken on my truck. I knew it was my latch that was broken. So I decided to call these people to see if they can come check it out and try and fix it so that way my door can actually close again. So I called and TJ answers the phone. Already asking for a 5 star review.... He's very nice he flat out says that the diagnostic for a full hour is 150$. That is an extremely high price but I was really desperate bc I needed someone to come out today. Now the time frame that he told me that the guy would come was pretty on point he did come pretty punctual. HOWEVER 1) he said that he was going to send a guy over that had done the same incident three times apparently this week ( what a weird coincidence I know) ..... But then it ends up being another worker that actually came. Then the guy looks at it for like 20 minutes and tells me my latch is broken the latch. Oh yes the thing I already told you I knew about. So then all the car part pieces for my door are on my car seat and he's like "do you want to go get the piece or do you want me to." So I was like well it'd be nice if you can since I can't really drive it safely right now and he said okay. Then he goes and run some "multiple" stores and after 45 minutes he tells me that he went to two shops one AutoZone and one O'Reilly's. If he actually did what he was supposed to do you could actually find that part at another location by just asking. WHICH BY THE WAY I actually went to an advance Auto parts and I ended up finding it myself after all this disaster. . The irony of it all. Then he went to a dealership which is even more expensive but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt that he was supposedly trying. But then when I called Ford dealership how is it that they found the part ?and he did not soooooo.....don't tell me that it was discontinued when I have it in my hand and the receipt as we speak from advance Auto. Then you can also tell that he was already with another client which is understandable you guys have other clients but at the same time the communication at this company is awful. PURE LAZINESS. Honestly if I wasn't reaching out to them on a regular basis I probably wouldn't have even known an update whatsoever. I would have been still left on the side of the curb. You would probably actually get better communication from a person with no arms and no mouth. Then TJ had the audacity to tell me oh can you give us a five-star review for the diagnostic at least".. 150 for a diagnostic for 20 minutes to tell me something that I already knew was broken you have got to be kidding. I just wish I actually looked a little bit harder because then I ended up finding the part and I ended up finding a mechanic that has a cheaper diagnostic than 150. And he diagnosed it and put the part in I FOUND in less time than these guys can think. So if anyone actually needs a good mechanic . Hit me up and I'll give you guys the number to a really awesome mechanic. I realised we all want working cars but be smart you guys. Don't be like me and go with this company. You need to go find the better ones if you need the guy that I went to let me know. And the parts are so much cheaper and easier to find than you realise and that's without even going to a salvage yard so do your research. DO NOT RECOMMEND DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more
