We were told they had never received a complaint about their chicken before. That may very well be true, and perhaps ours was the first undercooked chicken they served. However, that does not change the fact that we were charged full price for meals we could not eat. What disappointed us most was not simply the undercooked chicken, but the complete lack of customer service in addressing the problem. Mistakes can happen in any restaurant; how those mistakes are handled is what leaves a lasting impression. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling dismissed and undervalued as customers.
