They both are very knowledgeable! Annissa gives you her phone number you can text or call to check on your vehicle. They needed to keep it overnight once and with a storm coming (possibly hail) I asked that it be keep inside. When I can to pick it up there it was in the front row in the shop. Truthfully, I don't think they did ever take it outside. Their service area is so large. This is the only dealer we will take our 2 cars. read more

Caught this dealership hooking my battery up to a charger rather than replacing it like I paid for. They tried to say there was a parasitic drain on the battery from the truck, but they never removed the factory battery from when the truck was new from the factory. This establishment is a predatory business. I would not be surprised if they are involved in a much larger form of fraud. They should be investigated by the better business bureau maybe even law enforcement should take a look into what the employees are involved with outside of work hours. Took my van here because of a recall, and some other minor repairs. On 6/10/26. service advisor James assured me I would be able to pick it up Friday the 12th, while parts were on order. This is a work truck and my only source of income. I call 3 times on Friday to get updates. The first 2 calls were "someone will call you back". one at 11:37am, and one at 1:29pm. the final call at 2:25pm, I was told I could pick it up in 45 minutes. I arrive at 3:08pm, and the advisor I was dealing with was told (by Horace) that I called 15 minutes ago, and would have to wait. I showed the advisor when I called, and he did not seem to care. While waiting outside, I over-heard Horace telling someone that I had called 6 times and arrived early. Then, I dealt with Annissa (She was VERY nice and helpful). I was charged $302.55, even though I provided my extended warranty information that is supposed to cover everything. No one bothered to even contact the warrantee provider. Instead, they present me a estimate for $2624.62 worth of repairs. Also, for some reason, they ripped out my dashcam power cord, and damaged the socket, and the van shifts worse than it did. When I called to talk to someone in management, I was told they are all in a meeting. Needless to say, I will NOT be going back to fowler and will probably have to take them to court for the $300. If you are in the Denver area - shoot, if you are anywhere in Colorado - then Fowler Chevrolet should be the first dealership you reach out to if you are looking to purchase a new Chevy. And if their sales team and management are any indication of the overall quality of the dealership, then I'm betting this is also a great place to service your vehicle. Before I explain why Fowler is the best dealership I've ever worked with, let me take a few steps back and say that I've NOT had many positive experiences with car dealerships over the years. My last three vehicles have all been Chevrolets, so between purchasing and servicing I've worked with a number of Chevy dealerships in recent years. While I've met several individuals at those dealerships who were pleasant to work with, the overall experience at each of those dealerships left a bad taste in my mouth. Last year GM agreed to give me an MSRP swap on my 2021 Chevy Bolt because of the huge delay with the battery recall. I spent several months searching for a dealership to host my swap in both Colorado Springs (where I live) and Denver. I dealt with some really awful dealerships, some very disinterested dealerships, and some dealerships that expressed initial interest but eventually failed to return my phone calls. And then there was the downright shady Foundation Chevrolet (stay far far away from this awful dealership), who agreed to host my MSRP swap early on and placed an order for a Bolt, but then over a month later when they realized they couldn't slap their $5K markup onto the swap canceled my order out of the blue and set me back almost six weeks as I had to start over from scratch. I contacted almost every Chevy dealership in the Colorado Springs and Denver areas over the following month and wasn't able to find a single one willing to host. Finally with the help of GM and a district manager I was put in touch with Fowler Chevrolet (I had somehow overlooked them in my search). Their extremely outgoing general manager Nick Guzman agreed to host the swap, and put me in touch with their Internet Sales Manager Doc Holliday. Within 15 minutes of getting on the phone with Doc - who was incredibly helpful and easy to work with - I had a new Bolt order secured, and a promise from Doc that they would not cancel the order on me or sell it to anyone else. The best part was that Fowler had already placed an order for a Bolt in the exact color and trim I wanted that was set to go into production the following month, and they were awesome enough to give me that order (which I'm pretty sure was extra work for them since they would have to swap out allocations with GM) so I didn't have to wait over six months for a new order. Bolts are in such high demand right now that they easily could have kept that order for themselves and marked it up $5K like their competitors down the street at Foundation Chevy would have done. Fowler is clearly more interested in building up a loyal customer base than making a quick buck. True to his word, Doc got me the Bolt I wanted, and contacted me the moment it arrived at the dealership. Doc and Adam Ciotola, their sales turned finance guy, came outside to greet me and my wife the moment we pulled up at the dealership. While Doc took care of documenting my old Bolt for GM, Adam showed us the new Bolt and all the cool features that we didn't have in our old one. It was refreshing to talk with a Chevy sales rep who actually knew about electric vehicles (which definitely wasn't the case at any of the previous Chevy dealerships we had worked with), and Adam was every bit as nice and helpful as Doc was. He also knew I had driven up from Colorado Springs and had made sure that my new Bolt was fully charged for our drive home (which hadn't been the case when I bought my previous Bolt at a dealership over 200 miles from my home). We had to stay at the dealership for a couple of hours because the process of completing an MSRP swap is more complicated than buying a car. Doc and Adam were well prepared though, and made the process as smooth and as easy as possible. In the extra time my wife had while waiting at the dealership, we noticed that other customers on the sales floor were dealt with professionally and congenially, and we liked how clean and well-kept everything was inside the dealership (quite a contrast from the rather dated exterior of the building). While I can't speak for everyone at the dealership, I can say that the three people I worked with there (Nick, Doc, and Adam) were all wonderful and made our experience as pleasant as it could possibly be. I would definitely buy a Chevy from these guys again, and very well may just make the drive all the way back up there when I'm in the market for another Chevy EV. The paint faded on one of the vehicles and they will not stand behind their so called "paint protection". I doubts they ever put anything on the vehicle at all. This review is directed toward the service department, and I would rate them zero stars if I could. I had an amazing experience with the sales team when I bought my vehicle here, so I didn't hesitate to schedule a service appointment at this location when all of my sunroof buttons stopped working because I assumed the service department was as easy to work with as the sales team. Yikes, was I wrong. I dropped my car off on a Monday and was told it would be done in a couple days. My service advisor, Marcus, gave me his phone number and told me to call or text any time with questions about my vehicle. When I still hadn't heard from the dealership on Wednesday, I sent my advisor a text. No response, so I called the service desk and learned that my car hadn't even been looked at yet. When I asked why, they said they are dealing with workers on strike (fine, but you couldn't have told me that when I dropped my car off so I had a realistic expectation of when my car would be finished?). I asked if I could have my vehicle back until it was actually going to be looked at and they said no, it physically needs to be in the queue in order to hold my place in line. I texted my advisor for an update on Thursday and again, never got a response. I finally ended up going in on Friday afternoon (they STILL had not even looked at my car!!!) and just picking up my car to take it somewhere else that guaranteed they would actually diagnose my car on the day I brought it in (thank you, Stevinson Chevy!). I work two jobs (one in Denver and one in Broomfield, so I commute a lot) and this dealership doesn't offer loaner vehicles, so I had to rely on my dad to chauffer me around for the entire week, and it was incredibly inconvenient-- ESPECIALLY since my car literally sat at the lot for the entire week without even getting diagnosed. If your car is acting up, DO NOT take it here unless you can afford to sit at home with no vehicle for two weeks. This experience totally ruined my view of Fowler, and I won't be back for any reason in the future. read more

I have taken my last several cars to Century Chevrolet for repairs. Yesterday afternoon I took my GMC Acadia in to see about setting up an appointment to look at the steering system as a warning message appeared that morning. I was told I could set up an appointment to have it looked at but I would need to leave my car with them for 2-3 days just for someone to be able to look at it and tell me what was wrong, cost, etc. When I questioned why it would need to sit for such an extended time with no one working on it, the response I received was, "we have new management and if you don't like it there is another dealer on 104th Ave you can call." Later, when I discussed the events with my husband he called to speak to the manager, who confirmed that if we weren't willing to let my car sit on the it lot until they felt like looking at it, we could go elsewhere. I called McCaddons in Boulder the next morning; they were very polite and their customer service was well beyond Century Chevrolet. They appropriately made me an appointment to have the problem assessed and repaired, not to sit in their lot for several days until they feel like getting around to looking at it. Bad mechanic's, bad customer service. Find a different place for maintenance. After changing from Century to Fowler, this place has all the way downhill. Went in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation, I was told it would be about 45 minutes. I waited in the waiting room for over a full 2 hours, ask any mechanic, that is way too long for an oil change and tire rotation. I gave them another chance and this time they lost my wheel lock key. One of their mechanic's forgot to put it back in my truck. It was about 2 months later that I discovered the wheel lock key was missing. Called Fowler about it, when it, they brought out a box with a bunch of random wheel lock keys. Guessing this happens a lot. I was told my only option was to follow the mail in option to have it replaced with the manufacture. Called the manufacture when I got home to find out I didn't need to mail in a check and the dealership (Fowler) could have called in and paid to have it replaced. Don't take your vehicle to a place where you get it back in worse condition than when you took it in. read more

Service department experience: Came in to service a new to me car, requested oil change, trans fluid change, differential service (fluid), and to fix my hand break. NOTE: I never asked them to just look at it I wanted it fixed because it's a problem and barely works. I dropped the car off before 8 and heard nothing until 3. I called around noon to check the progress with no answer from my service advisor Megan (hold for 10min). I then called just before 3 with no answer again. Went back to work a missed a call shortly after tried to call back and got nothing. Megan instead choose to text me and sent the spec sheet to view online. It looked fine they had the charges for all the fluids and an inspection of the breaks for 0$ as it would only take a quick look they already know what's wrong and how to fix it there's no real inspection necessary. She then quoted me for $130 to have it fixed in a text message. So she finally calls and I decide I'll just have it done next time so I can take the car home today and not trouble anyone. I can get past the fact that it took all day to do those fluid changes. However when I got back to the dealership she charged me $150 just to have it looked at with no work done. Which is over the quote to have the work actually done!! So I'm obviously angry and she decides to cut that in half to "make me feel better" then charged $74.95 and I had a coupon and on my receipt for the work says -$40 however I was charged $373.79 for everything and it should have been 333.79 even with paying for a non existent inspection. When the total that I was given before in these photos is $235.10 there's a huge difference here and even if those aren't the correct prices that she initially sent me there was still a drastic difference with the "break inspection" This was the most disgusting experience at a service department for me and I've been a customer there for almost two years! read more

Avoid this dealership at all costs. Through purchasing cars for my business and my personal use, I've spent an estimated $200,000 at this dealership during the past 5 years. Since the dealership was purchased, the service couldn't be worse. I've taken vehicles to them on three occasions during the last 12 months with the vehicles still under warranty. Each experience was the same-- terrible. Here is how the dealership operates now: I made an appointment each time to get my vehicle serviced. I arrived at the appointed time and the dealership took my vehicle in telling me, it would be looked at within the next several days-- note it wasn't going to be looked at when they made the appointment. After a week's time, I called to find out the status and they told me the vehicle is in the queue but had not been looked at. My calls and the excuses continued for weeks on end with nobody looking at the vehicle while they held the vehicle on their lot. One of my vehicles sat there for nearly two months before I received it back, finally repaired under warranty. During that period I would call about once a week to find out the status. The dealership gave me numerous excuses as to why the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. Each time they said it was in line and would be fixed shortly. I eventually called and spoke with management, with the GM, with the sales manager... with the people who sold me the new vehicles, with numerous people over and over again to no avail. This wasn't a 1X occurrence. It happened 3X with various different new vehicles I purchased from them. What is so insulting is they make the appointment to get the automobile on the lot but then do nothing with it or to it for weeks if not months. Imaging paying months of car payments with the vehicle out of commission but still under warranty. Chevy needs to seriously consider revoking this dealership from their authorized dealer network. Buyer beware if you purchase from this dealership, you will need to find some other dealership to help you should the vehicle ever have a problem. read more

Fowler Service guy told us " maybe amp is toasted".. when my husband went back there with the complain that after this job was done radio was not working...so he knew what he did wrong in the truck..but they denied any wrong doing. We Took the truck to Car toys and they confirmed that cables were wrongly placed and that caused the amp to be burned, unfortunately they cannot write a report for me. LOOKS like the guys over do not know what they are doing and management just denied any responsibilities of wrong doing. THEIR mistake will cost us $1100, in car toys. This review is for service and specifically pointed toward their (or one of their) automotive supervisors, Jesse. I've worked on vehicles for around a decade. Mostly hobby mechanic, my own vehicles, plenty of friends in the automotive industry, etc. I'm not an old seasoned professional - but I know cars and I typically hate dealerships. Jesse was the opposite of the service I've come to expect from a dealership. I initially came in for a turbo underboost, car's still under warranty, engine code wouldn't stay active so they had to spend some time driving it around to duplicate the code and have GM honor the warranty. He kept me updated the whole time, we talked about some other issues I'd been experiencing. Turbo was finally fixed under warranty because he went above and beyond - and when I picked up my car he even gave me a pointer on which lube to use for my squeaky clutch pedal, which he didn't have to do mid-day with a full garage. Long story the guy's great, knowledgeable, straightforward. Big asset to this place and if the rest of the staff follow suit then I'd give them a chance. I still hate car salesmen with a passion... but this dude made the dealership service experience smooth as it can be. Also Mel the rental supervisor is a total sweetheart. Kudos. read more

This review is for service only. I don't think anyone walks into a car repair shop with an upbeat attitude. We all expect to go in paying an arm and a leg. Thankfully, Century Chevrolet is upfront about their costs and relatively affordable. After comparing the cost of an oil change at several shops, CC was significantly cheaper. When I went it they also informed me my water pump was leaking and it needed to be replaced. And no, they weren't trying to scam me. My heater hadn't been working for a while and it turns out that was the reason why. Oops! The water pump was covered under warranty so I didn't have to pay out of pocket, which was an added bonus. On top of having reasonable prices and a knowledgeable staff, they have a very convenient system for you to make an appointment. While you have the option to call, you can also go directly to their website and schedule your own appointment! You'll see a comprehensive schedule of their availability and can select the appointment time that works best for you. After dropping off your car you can take the free shuttle service they offer anywhere within 10 miles. Rather than waiting at the shop until your car is ready, you can go about your day. I took the shuttle service to and from the Broomfield park and ride bus station and easily made my way to Boulder for work. While fixing your car may not be the most enjoyable part of your day, you can make it easier on yourself by going to Century Chevrolet. read more

I brought my truck in to fowler for an oil change today and now I'm regretting it. When I pulled up, no one greeted me. I had to walk up to one of four guys who were just sitting at their desk to ask which one of them were going to be my service advisor for my scheduled oil change. I asked if a tire rotation and fluid top off were included in the oil change and I was told by Marcus that they were included. I waited 1.5hrs to get my truck back, not bad compared to some places. When I got it back I checked my tires and noticed my valve stem covers were all in the same order number. I have numbers on my valve covers for this exact reason. I just assumed it was the end of the day right before close so I'd come back tomorrow. When I got home I popped the hood and noticed none of my fluids were topped off. I'll be checking my oil and air filter tomorrow as I'm skeptical the actual oil change was even completed. I would recommend people RUN and far away from this place. read more

This was after I spent several hours in the showroom, test driving, and signing paperwork. Legally, this vehicle was for sale. It was listed on the website, there was a price negotiation, and THEY SOLD IT TO ME. It was obviously for sale. Khalid (Finance) was advised by the GM that this vehicle could not be delivered due to the recall. Regardless, they still had me sign paperwork and go through the entire deal. The GM (Jay) agreed to sell the vehicle to another dealership (wholesale) and I could buy it from them. I had placed negative reviews of Century Chevrolet online and was later advised that the GM would not go through with this agreement until I removed the negative reviews from the internet! I absolutely do not appreciate the ultimatum, but wanted this vehicle, so I removed the reviews. I am now the owner of the truck that I fought 2 months for and am placing my experience back online. Stay away! You will be at this dealership for hours on end, could possibly sign paperwork for a vehicle you will never get to drive home, and possibly be given ultimatums.
