Super unfortunate that the Benedict came hardboiled. At the end they offered to remake the eggs but only after 15 minutes into my meal...also asked a server for hot sauce and never got it. They did discount the meal I'll try again in 6 months to see if they have gotten better

The fried chicken sandwich was good. A little salty and a little sweet. The fries are good. The wait staff is on top of it. (My water was refilled without me even noticing it.) Atmosphere is nice. The prices are a little spendy. I thought the menu was a little too limited.

We were in town for some R&R and my husband booked us a room at Pier B. After a day of sightseeing in the snow we went into Silos for drinks and dinner. Best choice ever! Out bartenders Tony and April were awesome! We felt very welcomed and were given wonderful service. Really impressed with them. The food was also super tasty. Wish we were staying longer to try more dishes! Thank you!!!

Went to dinner after walking through Bentleyville which is conveniently right next to the restaurant! The food was very tasty. A lot of side options. Ample parking as it is located in the Pier B hotel. The walleye was our favorite dish. The seafood pasta was spicy, so watch out! Our server was very sweet and attentive.

HUGE carrot cake dessert. Bring a couple of friends and extra forks.

The restaurant is located inside the Silos "Resort" (P.S. This is a hotel, not a resort in the true sense. It takes much more than 2 pickleball courts to correctly be called a "resort."). That aside, the restaurant offers pleasant views and its contemporary design is well done and includes a combination of table and booth-style seating and a few TV's. My Silos Signature Burger (a double stack w/ onion jam, cheese and more) was nicely presented (see photo) and arrived in good time along with fries (fries were tasty but were barely warm). The burger was well done and I was never asked my temperature preference which I viewed as a significant oversight. My friend's Impossible Burger and side salad was "fine" as well...(see photo). While disappearing for about 20 minutes, server (Ilea) did a nice job upselling us to a dessert (a HUGE serving of carrot cake). Prices are fair for a hotel location (even in Duluth where hotel rates are generally viewed as "gouging") but the 3% addition to the bill for " team service" should appear on the menu. This addition may be helpful to the business by generating payroll dollars however it adds confusion to the experience of many diners. Three adjacent and confused diners reduced their servers gratuity by a good amount in order to make up for the 3% plus apparently applicable taxes. Lots of confusion out there and perceived attempts to hide "automatic add-ons" are not helpful. Service needs to be far better and consistent when patrons are charged an automatic gratuity regardless of the experience.

Best water front dining on the shores of The Duluth Harbor. Audrey was our fantastic server, The food here is gourmet and prepared to perfection. An extensive menu and something for everyone. Special birthday lunching with my daughter and son and law. Everyone was impressed, I would recommend the fresh squeezed orange juice along with a wide assortment of beverages. We had the following, California Club with the smoked Turkey and applewood bacon, We also had the Summer berry salad and the walleye tacos. Everything was delicious especially the complimentary birthday cheese cake. The price is reasonable and the service is great.

The burgers are served on English muffins. It seemed to be a home made or local bakery version of English muffin. Very tasty. The ratio of meat to bread was good :).

I started with the Tempura Fried Cauliflower appetizer, which ended up being my favorite dish of the night! You can choose between sambal aioli or crabapple BBQ sauce -- I had the aioli drizzled on top and the crabapple sauce on the side, and it was amazing. I'm not usually into autumn spice flavors, but the crabapple sauce was subtle, slightly smoky, and paired beautifully with the crispy cauliflower. For my entrée, I had the Coconut Curry Bowl. It was flavorful and hearty, though a bit strong and salty for my personal taste. They also offer a kids' menu with generous portions (I've included a photo for reference -- grilled chicken, fries, and veggies). Overall, great vibes, friendly service, and a wonderful cause. We loved supporting a non-profit restaurant dedicated to the arts and community development!

Everything was presented beautifully. The prices are quite high and the menu is very Scandinavian. If you're not a seafood fan, the choices are limited. The service was the biggest challenge. We had a reservation for 6 at 7:45. When we arrived, the host told us the party before us was still at the table an hour after getting their bill. We wound up waiting 25 minutes to be seated. No concessions were offered for the wait. We ordered drinks (a soda and a lemonade) and it took another 20 minutes to get them. When the drinks arrived at 8:35, we ordered. It took almost 40 minutes for the food to arrive. Again - we ordered four sandwiches and two appetizers. Because we were seated so late, the restaurant was clearing out - I can't imagine how long the wait is when it's busy. Our server was an infrequent guest at our party. I might come back just to have that lobster roll again, but nothing else was so outstanding that it would be worth the trip.

A special thank you to pitmaster Josh and Sean who rolled up their sleeves and talked Turkey.... Literally!!! The ambiance is perfect! Shaded outdoor space during the day was a huge plus! It was perfect! On to the food.... This is a traditional Southern Pride propane/wood smoked BBQ. I am personally not a fan of these smokers, but OMC did well. I found the St louis ribs to be the best cook of them all, with perfect tenderness. The brisket has solid seasoning with plenty pepper. The poblano corn was a fun side! Overall, a great little find in Duluth.

It was a bit hectic for the staff because they sat like 8 parties of 4 all at once - all with kids, so it was a lot for them to manage, but they pulled through and we were well taken care of. We went to the Lake Ave. location in Canal Park since it was walking distance. Walking into the establishment you are greeted with the aromas breakfasts being made and a hostess who was friendly. We opted to eat outside under the covered patio to enjoy the day. The menu has plenty of options to suit one's fancy - pancakes, waffles, pecan/cinnamon rolls for those with a sweet-tooth, and of course any number of savory plates for the rest of us. Making an eating decision can prove difficult. the Huevos Rancheros looked appealing as did the breakfast sandwich, and the brisket eggs Benedict. I opted for what was behind door number four and picked the country fried steak and eggs. Much to my delight, instead of the usually Sysco food distributor breaded chopped steak topped with a gravy from an institutional food can - They actually used a rib-eye for the steak, and homemade gravy. I also had the option of toast or a pancake. I always love me some decent rye toast, but today was a day to mix it up, and the pancake was nice, and not too big. I also liked that there was an option for blueberry syrup, or Maple syrup. The other item ordered was the Greek Omelet, my wife truly enjoyed it, and they also cooked her hash-browns to order which she appreciated (she likes them really, really crispy). I this will definitely be a must have place to eat every time we are in Duluth. I highly recommend this place.
