There was nothing about the breading that was light - it was way too thick, too glutinous, and the fish was substantially overcooked to the point of being dry. The fish and chips were served with a cup of chicken soup which was mediocre at best - under seasoned. We did start dinner with an appetizer of fried shrimp seasoned with a bit of Old Bay. It actually tasted very good but again the shrimp were very sadly overcooked which made them tough and chewy. So the food is definitely not for me, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with a discerning taste. I also consider the food here very expensive relative to some other nearby restaurants that provide some truly great food at a much better price point.
