This place is truly such a gem! It was walking distance from our hotel (we stayed at The Gordon), and we were looking for a fun, relaxed brewery to grab an afternoon pick-me-up before heading to the airport. From the moment we walked in, we loved the classic brewery vibe--laid-back, welcoming, and super clean. The food, drinks, and service were all genuinely fantastic. I was honestly shocked that it was so empty on a Sunday afternoon because this spot deserves to be packed. It's the perfect place to enjoy a drink, hang out, and grab some really delicious food. The nachos were SO GOOD--we nearly polished off the entire plate without even trying. The Philly cheesesteak sandwich and the potato soup were both incredibly comforting, flavorful, and exactly what we were craving. One of the sweetest touches was when we asked the owner if she had any cards, and she actually loaned us a deck of UNO to play while we hung out. Such a small gesture, but it made the experience feel so personal and homey. Overall, I had such a wonderful time here and would absolutely come back next time I'm in town. So we went back (again) and this time decided to branch out from our normal BLT. We tried the nachos with pork. They were excellent! It seems like everyone does their nachos slightly different. What was a miserable rainy day, was made brighter by our stop at Silver Falls! We tried the peppadew spread, pretzels, and Italian Sub. Had we not been eating at an odd time, we would have loved to try about half the menu! I had the Imperial Stout, which is my favorite type. This was a REALLY good one. Not too heavy. Service was great considering how busy they were. Ambiance was standard fair. Bar and bench seating with a few booths. We were just passing through Eugene, and if we're ever back in tower, we'd love to come back to Silver Falls! read more

Following an active morning and with snow starting, we headed to the downtown shopping area to explore. We stopped here for a flight and warm up a little. This is their taproom location, it's very modern and nice with wood and metal fixtures. The bar area is cozy with lower ceilings; restrooms shared with the other businesses. To go selections are at the back. They have beautiful flowerbeds and outdoor seating as well. The bartender was super friendly, and made our flights. One of my friends was disappointed there was no half pour option or single fight choices, only full flights or full pours, so didn't try anything. I had a flight of mostly IPAs, they were all solid. Overall it seemed like a popular lunch spot, but we didn't have any food here. It's an okay brewery choice in the area. read more

Can't believe I haven't reviewed Silver Falls yet. So unlike me.. we've been here several times (and a few as the previous business). We enjoy this place, lots of beer options and good food. We opted to sit near the back wall which kind of tucks you away from the bustle. We had a group of six so sat at a communal table which was just fine. I can't recall what I've tried in the past (though I am certain the hot honey pizza was one of them) but this last time I got the Italian Sub and started with the Pretzels. Both delish! Pretzels are honestly some of the very best I've had, soft but with a good crust, flavorful and not too much salt. The sandwich was big but not TOO BIG. The only downside I have with it is the huge slices of mozzarella. They were a bit overwhelming by the time you got to the second half of the sandwich haha. Husband tried a flight of beers and the process is easy and a good way to check some beers off your list. Our server was personable, quick and had a great attitude considering it seemed like she was the only one out there! read more

I found this place on a blog post about hidden gems in Eugene, and thought I would check it out! I'm pleased to say it really impressed me! The interior is a good size, with the bar counter and additional seating in the upper area. There was a spacious main dining area as well with lots of natural lighting. Parking was easy, as there is a public lot across the street that is free for 3 hours. Limited outdoor seating is available on a sunny day, since it is not covered or heated. We didn't try any beer this time around, as we had a busy day. However we did try the Hot Honey pizza and the Peppadew Chicken sandwich. I wish I had taken a photo of the sandwich, because it was so much better than expected. Our waitress was very attentive and she shared with us that they try to make as many items in house as possible. House-made focaccia for the sandwiches, dressings, spreads, etc. The extra attention makes all the difference :) Will definitely be back, and am eager to try several other menu items. read more

We've eaten here a few times and overall, it's a solid spot with some really good beer and a pleasing, relaxed atmosphere. On previous visits, we've had great service--one of the servers in particular has always been especially kind and accommodating. That said, our most recent visit left us a little less impressed. Our server this time was a bit curt and came across as more directive than hospitable, which felt odd as paying patrons. For example, we asked to have the jalapeños left off our nachos, and instead of simply accommodating the request, we were told she'd have to check with the kitchen. In the end, they brought the nacho toppings in separate bowls, which was fine, but it felt a bit odd--especially since we didn't end up eating the jalapeños or onions anyway. Another awkward moment came when I gave a small piece of chicken from the nachos to my pup. The server came out and scolded us for using the dish, saying they'd just "bring you another one again." It wasn't a huge deal, but again felt a bit like a scolding. It wasn't a terrible experience by any means--we still enjoy the beer and the general vibe--but it did feel like service dynamic was a little off this time. My margherita pizza was simple and delicious and my friend had a good review for her sandwich. I don't drink so I can't comment on the beer but I did try their house made berry lemonade, which was tasty though a tad too sweet for me. On a weekday at lunchtime the place wasn't busy, so we enjoyed a leasurely lunch catching up and didn't feel rushed out of there which was nice. Great food, service, and beer! It's usually very difficult for me to give out five stars, but in this case it was easy. We didn't need a big dinner, so we ordered sandwiches. HIGHLY recommend the BLAT (it's a BLT + Avocado). Delicious fresh bread (that I think they make in-house) and absolutely delightful to eat. I paired this with a DIPA and it was a great finish to our day without getting over-stuffed. My wife had the Peppadew Chicken sandwich which she said was perfect (and she's very fussy about food). Visited this cozy spot for the first time since it. Hanged hands and was very impressed. Everything is made from scratch. No burgers and fries for this brew pub. Instead they serve creative sandwiches, soups and salads. I had a salad with winter squash that was so good. The Italian sub was very good and the chicken sandwich looked delicious. Thought we would try the 5th street location, not thinking it could be worse than the Silverton location, we were wrong! The server we got was pretty rude and obviously didn't want to be there. We only had the one round of beers, which were okay except for the lack of any head on both our beers. I guess they were flat or it was the bottom of the keg. We only drank half, not wanting to deal with the wrath of the server for complaining. We did order some nachos for a snack, but the cheese sauce was tepid at best. Great fresh food and drinks. This restaurant is located near 5th street public market, which has free parking in their downtown shopping area. We chose to sit outside as the weather was really nice. Everything we tasted was fresh. Their menu is a little on the smaller side but there's still nice choices. Others at my table got sandwiches with a Cesar salad and a pasta salad. Prepare to take a to go box! We all shared each others food. Like all breweries they had a selection of craft beers and seltzers. I chose the pomegranate seltzer but was also able to get a tasting of their pineapple one as well. Both were delicious. We will definitely be back. I forgot to mention, I left my phone on the bench where I was sitting and the staff kept it for me for over an hour before I realized I had forgotten it there. read more

I love this place, the food is scratch-made and healthy. The beer is delicious and the staff is delightful. Good service is hard to come by in this town, but the staff here work very hard at hospitality and creating a welcoming environment. I was pushed to write this review after seeing firsthand how horrible some customers can be, and what these workers have to put up with. Not only that, they write reviews that are completely false because they are dead inside. Stay at home or go to McDonalds nobody wants you in their establishment.
