I never felt like there was any attempt to upsell or get me to buy extra services/products. Eldar was very polite, friendly and was a great representative of Speed Plumbing. Customer service is the most important thing I look for when hiring any company. It helps when their pricing is the best. They responded immediately and discovered that the issue was caused by my upstairs neighbor's water heater. They replaced the water heater that same day, which stopped the leak right away. They also provided dehumidifiers to help prevent further damage. The following Monday, EZ Repair returned and completed all necessary repairs to the water-damaged area in my laundry room. The work was completed in one day and was done extremely well. I later asked them to inspect my own water heater. Although it is older, they were honest and explained that it was still working perfectly and did not need to be replaced. During that visit, they noticed I had a water purifier that I was unaware of. My water filter had not been changed in over six years. Sam replaced it, and I now have clean, great-tasting water. I called Jump to fix a control Transformer and was pleased to get a same day appointment…read more Adam showed up on time and proceeded to diagnosis the issue. His expertise noticed a couple of installation errors , one of them was related to the control transformer. He was able to fix and completely remove the failing transformer and utilize the furness control panel instead, nice clean solution as the manufacture intended. The other installation error was causing condensation to not exit correctly and was leaking water that was rusting the front wall pan. I was unaware of this and was looking at having to replace a 4 year old furness if the rusting was to proceed or had already damaged the integrity of the wall. Adam checked the wall out and concluded that the heating element integrity was still good and the wall had not been compromised to the point of furness replacement. Without Adam's knowledge and skills I would be in a bad spot in the near future from the poor installation. I'm very pleased and happy with the outcome, thanks to Adam and do recommend JumpHVAC.
