Definitely the best Chinese restaurant in the area! I've been here about five times already, and it always hits the spot. The egg foo young, chow fun, crab rangoons, and hot and sour soup are all amazing. I highly recommend ordering those. I've been eating here for the past 13 or so years and this is really the best family owned Chinese restaurant in the area. I definitely get my money's worth every time I eat here, in fact, I always have leftovers. My favorites are definitely the crab rangoon, wonton combination soup and the combination fried rice. We just came to this restaurant for an impromptu New Years Eve dinner... It will now be our local favorite! Warm atmosphere and what seems to be a family owned restaurant that serves delicious, fresh & authentic Chinese food. Our waitress was super attentive, friendly and definitely took care of us the whole entire time. The "family dinner" (A) was more than enough for 4 people and we're so excited to have left overs for tomorrow. The layout was nice, the lighting was gentle, and the music made for a comforting atmosphere. The food itself? Amazing! We did the gyoza appetizer and my husband loved the sauce! While it was a little too much of a kick for me, the gyoza was still delicious. The miso soup was perfectly balanced; some places I've tried it's to watery or the tofu is rough but this was blended magnificently. My husband got the String Rolls; he got full quickly but refused to stop eating they were so good! He's had damp fried rolls sometimes but he was even trying to offer me some! I'd partake if I could but alas I'm allergic to avocado of all things. I got the sashimi trio. The salmon absolutely melts in your mouth, it's so perfectly tender. The yellowtail was delightful with beautiful color and the tuna was plump but not chewy! Hands down the best sashimi I've ever had! The cuts were absolutely stunning. 10/10 Will be returning to try more from the menu!

I requested a protein substitution for their Japanese curry and was told no. Then weeks later, that exact substitution appeared on their updated menu. Last night was the real problem. My meal arrived without rice because they'd run out and said it would take 30 minutes to cook more. You can't run out of rice at a Japanese restaurant. That's not a minor slip. It's a fundamental operational failure. Bluefin has genuine quality and consistency in the kitchen. But the experience around it keeps deteriorating. The restaurant feels disorganized, stretched thin, and unable to keep up with demand. You can't build loyalty on food alone when service and operations keep breaking the promise you're making to guests. If they fix the operational side, this place would be a solid recommendation. Right now, it's not.
