    After looking into a Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro, i found that Simi Valley Chrysler Dodge Keep Ram, 2350 1st street. i was asked to fill out an aplicación online, I told them my credit was bad due to some financial hardships but now i am recovering. They asked what kind of payment i am looking for, and i told them I'd like in the $500 range. They called me back and said because of my credit they called a few banks and got me approved in the mid $700, does this sound good ? They called several times asking me to drive in and take it for a test drive, and they would have someone bring my other car back, I'm already approved ! I went to the dealership, test drove and they said you Love it don't you? I said of course, I'll take it. Then they told me the price was going to be $1067 I asked what bank is the loan approved with, the finance manager said he did not want to tell me what bank, because he didn't want me to go to another dealer with the loan i got approved with. I left and missed a day of good football and spent a large part of the day wasting my time and dealing with their lies and dishonesty. They are not honorable people to do business with. A few days later, The back office called and told me the bank wanted to know if i was still interested in the loan, and that there is year end clearance deals and they would probably come down in price. I then noticed that the dealer actually raised the price of the truck to $39,480, and said the previous price was $40,980! ( lies ) ??? After a few days i received dozens of letters from banks, credit unions, stating the loan amount was for $43,838 The Toyota Tacoma TRD pro was priced at $38,480 I was giving $2000 down, and said I'd take care of taxes , license and registration. I called and asked The finance manager why were they trying to get a loan for $7400 more then what i am paying? It seems that dealers look for a larger loan in hopes they can sell you extended warranties, rental car coverage, road side assistance etc. Personally... I'd say look at all the complaints about this dealership. I would not trust the finance or manager!

    Where do I start? How about the respect, friendliness, and honesty! Going through a tough time in life and was ready to turn in my trusted Camry (mom car) for something a little more suited for an empty nester er, mid life crisis lol, either way Liam was not only incredibly professional but he knew just about everything about the jeeps I was interested in, amazing! I wasn't sure I'd even qualify, especially after falling in the love with the showroom floor model of a Jeep Beach. I was in a bit of a hurry anyway and didn't want to get my hopes up so I left for home expecting a call saying something like we're sorry but it won't work. NOPE, not 10 minutes after leaving the dealership Asad, the finance manager called to tell me it's mine! All mine! A few tears have fallen but the shock hasn't worn off just yet and I'm sure there will be more. I cannot thank the staff here enough for making feel worthy and deserving. From the sales floor, Liam to the finance department, Asad and the beautifully kind lady that helped me finish the paperwork. Hands down good people and I'm so thankful.

Not a fan of their mandatory add ons but you can typically negotiate the price down to cover that cost. I'd give sales a 3.5-4 star but this is about their service center. Took my Sienna in for its 5K toyota care service. Was informed that there was no oil change, which I figured so that wasn't a big deal. I paid out of pocket, about $130 which is kind of wild since it was $80 in labor for a 30min job. I'm still not even mad at that though since it is a dealer after all. Whats really annoying is that they scratched my cars side skirt during the service. I sent a message to them about it after I had picked my car up and went home...no response. Unfortunately I can't exactly hold them to it since I went home but I know that the scratch wasn't there prior to me bringing the car in. I walk my cars every day in the morning when I bring my kids to school and I would have seen it. No way it could have happened in the 3 miles back home. As a dealership this place is easy enough to work with, but for service, I'll drive over to someone that'll take better care of my car.

    I brought my mom's car to this dealership for a recall service related to the windshield wiper…read moremotor. During the visit, she also had new windshield wiper blades installed. About a week later, my mom noticed a crack roughly a foot long directly underneath the windshield wiper. The wiper had to be lifted to even see the crack in the windshield. I contacted the service manager and brought the car in person for him to inspect the damage. Unfortunately, he dismissed our concerns and stated it was impossible for the dealership to have caused the crack. This response was disappointing and felt dismissive. We are certain the crack was not there before the service because our service advisor, Jessica, inspected the area around the windshield wipers at that time. Given this and the crack's exact location directly underneath the windshield wiper, there is no other way this damage could have happened except during the recent visit. I am sharing this because I believe it's important for customers to be aware of this experience.

I am the second owner of it and the hard top was starting to crack and come apart. It's a well known QC issue item from an outside vendor. Upon my arrival; Steve introduced himself to me. He walked the vehicle with me; listened to my concerns with the hard top. They elected to make a report and they sent it in for possible warranty work. Steve was amazing through this entire process. To this day; he is the ONLY service advisor I have come in contact with at ANY dealership that followed up 100% of the time and he always called and gave me updates when he said he would. Steve was so kind, compassionate, and a pleasure to work with. I will never forget this experience and I was really just humbled by the entire process. Before leaving; we walked the entire vehicle to make sure everything was up to par and the team did a great job with my claim on this vehicle! Thank you Steve for being an amazing service advisor and just a great person in general. Everyone I came in contact with at this dealership was just so nice and it was really just a nice change of pace. I called his dealership about an issue with our new KIA and this upfront person called Brian or Brandon keeps telling me that "well, you didn't buy the car from us"!!!! Really?? And I keep trying to tell him that the car is under manufacturer's warranty, and he keeps repeating the same idiotic response that he'd been thought like a broken record. I made several attempts to reach this supposed GM character to no avail, and will certainly file a complaint against him with KIA MOTOR USA.
