I told them my doctor sent me here to get an MRI on my tendon as I had torn it earlier and with this fall the doctor was looking to see if it had ruptured, after being there for 4 hours the PA told me they don't do MRI's and sent me home. I went to simonized imaging at Queen Creek when it was my turn to go back the tech got me a wheelchair after the imaging the tech wheeled me out to my car. This was my second visit in 4 months.

Maybe hire people that acknowledge each guest that comes in through the door so that they don't feel uninformed or misunderstood.

She came across as passive-aggressive, rude, and on a power trip. She honestly reminded me of the stereotype people have about TSA employees. This is a medical facility where people are dealing with very serious health problems. A little kindness and compassion go a long way. There is a professional way to enforce policies without making patients feel like they're an inconvenience or talking down to them. I've always had good experiences here, which is why this interaction was so disappointing. I hope management addresses it because the front desk is the first impression patients have, and they deserve to be treated with respect. The technician was nice and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The procedure room was extremely clean! Unfortunately, the results were a kind of a draw because the images were not great and I had to go get an MRI. Here's the issue I had the past week: I've had a brain scan appointment scheduled and reschedule 3 separate times due to errors or mistakes on the part of SimonMed. It's been so frustrating that I asked my neurologist to refer me to another company for my brain scan. Even though this may push out the scan further than with SimonMed, I cannot give them my business based on principle now.

Four years ago CICC put a port in for my step father. They always say that they do not put a port…read morein if the white blood count is over 10 because it can cause infection. They knew that my step father had pneumonia the month before which increased his white blood count. They did not check his white blood count before the port placement. We did not realize that CICC did not check his white blood count. Later we learned that his white blood count was 13.4 when the port was put in. He ended up with a massive infection, got septic and four months later he died. We will never forget the suffering he experienced after the port placement. CICC completely disregarded what happened. I would never go near them.

A one week stay in February and a 5-week stay in July/August. Plus, a surgery in June. It's just a combination of weird things. But throughout it all, I have been fortunate to receive excellent care. Now I have been using Sonora Quest in this area for 10 yrs. Assuming that they all open 6am. This facility opens at 7 am. Which I did not know since I've never been there. Cardioligist get paid almost number two in the list of different categories for physicians and there's a reason why it's because these guys are the sharpest tool in the shed.
