Abel and Lisa from Simple Water softeners Are amazing,During our cold spell in Texas just recently, I woke up a 2:00am and water was leaking threw my kitchen light. They water softener had began recycling and the drain line had frozen days earlier without my knowledge. I called this company at 2:20am and Lisa answered the phone. Who does that? Abel came out first thing in morning and even though it was not their fault because the line froze, they are replacing the entire line. Great product and even better customer service. We just built a new home and were somewhat "lost" with regards to what system we needed for our home. I have never owned a home that had a water softener, so I dont even know what I dont know. I'd been told that the system did not have a bypass valve, so I decided to call around to find out how much it would be. I checked online, saw the reviews and called Simple. Lisa answered the phone and was so helpful and knowledgeable. I sent pics and she knew my system (no labels) and could see not only that I needed a bypass but some drain thingy needed updating. easy peasy. Abel came out the following week and worked his magic, and took a rats nest of tubes and pipes and made it look - simply wonderful. Patiently answered my questions and went above and beyond in helping with adjustments and testing the water mixture. Lisa even called as a follow up to make sure I was happy. And I am - very happy!
