The guy behind the counter told me someone had already picked up the chlorine (same day as purchase) and basically called me a liar. He absolutely refused to listen to me when I explained this was impossible, and just stood there staring at me in a standoff. So now I am out the money paid to them. The best part? Once he was here, he diagnosed the problem right away, showed up with the part he suspected we would need, and fixed everything while explaining what he was doing. His rates were clear and reasonable, and the tub has been perfect ever since. Touissant knows his stuff, he is dependable and incredibly responsive, and he is just a genuinely hard-working, good person who cares about his customers. Quality is good and he has to be given a name like "Holy Waters"! He did a three sided infinity edge pool finish and I filled it with a garden hose, and it all started spilling over together. That's near impossible - but he did it the old fashion way and nailed the edge on all three sides. I had a couple of "upgrade" auto features and he came out quickly and integrated them easily.
