We were not able to correct the uneven plastering job but that's easy to disregard once the pool is full. The big issue is the coping (formed concrete). All was fine for the first few years, and then it started to slowly disintegrate. I've tried periodically over the last few years to call and email them about it in the hope that they have some sort of solution, but I've never received a response to any kind of communication. My message to anyone considering working with them: strongly consider your alternatives.

Last week we foolishly paid for the chlorine ahead of time (they were out) and accepted their offer to return and pick up at a later time. When I arrived to the store today, they wouldn't honor the receipt. The guy behind the counter told me someone had already picked up the chlorine (same day as purchase) and basically called me a liar. He absolutely refused to listen to me when I explained this was impossible, and just stood there staring at me in a standoff. So now I am out the money paid to them. The best part? They still don't have any chlorine.

What impressed us most was the level of knowledge and attention we received. Jim and his team clearly understand these products extremely well and focused on helping us choose the best spa for our family instead of simply pushing a sale. Their pricing was very reasonable, but the biggest value came from the service and support they provide. Before delivery, Jim personally visited our home twice to review the setup area and ensure everything was prepared properly. He was also involved during delivery and installation, and everything went according to plan. They spent time walking us through the spa features and explaining maintenance as well, which was especially useful since owning a hot tub involves more upkeep than I had remembered. Our spa was only recently installed, so I can't comment on long-term service yet, but based on everything we've experienced so far, I'm confident they'll continue taking great care of their customers. They have vast and detailed knowledge and experience in the field, and are amazingly ethical and honest with their information, happily explaining everything and answering any questions with complete candor. Absolutely no effort to upsell, in fact their emphasis is on saving the customer money while making sure they get the product that's right for them and passing along useful knowledge that would be known only to insiders. Anyone would be crazy to use any other source for spa purchase or service. I just had James replace the original pump and do other supplemental service and repair on a 15 year-old hot tub I bought from someone else long before I learned of this company. I was amazed--the whole experience turned out to be a real pleasure because of the quality of the work, his great attitude and easy-going nature, the speed of both scheduling and performing the work, and the very reasonable cost. He went out of his way to answer all of my many questions in detail, and with a smile. I simply can't recommend this rare company highly enough. It's the way all such companies should be run and so few are.

Tiny LOCAL shop. Recommend. I finally found a pool on…read morecraigslist but I dont know anything about them. I already like to support local but it's even more important with all the bs the last year. So i went to the smallest little hole in the wall pool shop Id remembered seeing when I got the pool. Self teaching about things but this shop was super helpful and had the patch kit I was looking for (BOXER vinyl pool repair kit with tube of adhesive and sheet of clear vinyl you cut to size vs stickers. This is a little more work but works excellentl). I also needed sand for the filter and knew it wasnt play sand but special pool sand and she helped me with that. They carry a nice sand made from recycled beer bottles. She told me about the chemicals amd what would probably work best for my pool. I was going to get a floaty thing the bleach pucks go in that I remember from my Gram & Papa's pool when i was a kid but she said that with such a little pool it would be way too strong for it. She explained to me that a granulated chlorine would be better because I can dose small and also told me to mix it up in some water first before I put it in to make sure I dont chance having any granules make it to the bottom of my pool and hurt the liner (Again because its a small frame pool). My brain has difficulty sometimes understanding things and she was happy to explain it to me a few times. They ARE a little mom & pop shop so they have to do a lot of different aspects of running the shop, this means they might not jump up and come ask you if you need anything as soon as you walk in the door because they are looking at the computer doing inventory or ordering or whatever but if you need help like I did just ask and they are very helpful. The things I got so far have been fairly priced. I am looking at an upgraded skimmer net possibly and its cheaper on amazon but for all you people who don't understand how small business works- local mom & pop pricing is typically going to be at a 50% markup from what you might find online. There are many steps to the distribution process for brick & mortar shops as well as wages, insurance etc which is also why most mom & pops have mom & pop working in the shop! being the managers, sales, customers service, inventory specialist, orderer etc all rolled into one!!! They also dont have the benefit of bulk buying power that gives large billionaire owned corporations bulk pricing. Do you want to help people in your local community pay thier mortgage payment or kids school stuff or do you want to give some billionaire some more pocket change? Something to think about. I got a better price on my sand than amazon and the same for my patch kit. I haven't picked up chemicals yet because I dont have water in the pool yet. But i also got my questions answered and personalized help and some good down home local small talk :)

The prices and number of jets did not compare to Santa Rosa Hot Tubs. I met with the owner and we worked a very fair deal. No sales hype or pressure whatsoever.
