I first started going to Simply Dentistry earlier this year and all of my experiences were great! It all started with my first appointment which was a consultation with Dr. Chung. I was feeling pain/discomfort and luckily they were able to squeeze me in to check it out on such short notice. It was clear that I needed to come back to get some work done. Then my next few appointments were all done by Dr. K. Both doctors were very nice and thorough when it came to educating me about my teeth and what I needed to do. They always made me feel comfortable and reassured me that everything was going to be okay even when I felt nervous. Lance (hygienist), Natalie & Kassandra (receptionists), Anthony Erico & Kim (dental assistants) also made my visits very pleasant! All of the staff are amazing. AWESOME!! This word sums up my overall experience here, from setting up a quick appt. to working on my teeth. Plenty of parking and very little wait time. The hygienist here is very thorough and even found a small cavity during my last visit. And instead of coming back, they completed a fill-in right away. I HIGHLY recommend them. I called and they were able to book we within a week and boy was it easy running my insurance. The staff here is awesome, Lance handles the scheduling and so far, I've been able to reschedule no problem. Of course, the man of the hour is Dr. Nguyen himself and he was very friendly and informative. I visited Simply Dentistry on Tuesday and it was my first time ever visiting the dentist . And I was super nervous going in. I was more embarrassed at this being my first time visiting a dentist. But my parents just don't have the financial privilege of being able to afford dental care. But I knew I had to go to the dentist already to get a deep clean. Especially because I've been so embarrassed to smile because of the plaque on my teeth. Well, after looking through their reviews I knew this is where i wanted to go for my deep clean. And i don't regret it ! Regardless of how nervous I was the staff was amazing .! Everyone from the front desk staff, to the dentist assistants, dentist and hygienist , everyone made me feel comfortable here. I really appreciate how comfortable I was made here. And they do have affordable prices for those without dental insurance or for those who's dentist want to charge ridiculous amounts of money. Since my dentist doesn't offer Invisalign, I was recommended this place by Dr K. My treatment hasn't even started yet, but every single time I call to schedule or (today reschedule) an appointment, no one answers and I get an automated message "Sorry we missed your call, we are helping a patient right now. What can we help you with?". After my consultation, the front desk lady told me I could call or text the number for any questions/comments/concerns I had. Funny because every time I call or text the number I don't get a response. It is honestly making me rethink starting a treatment here. read more

Hands down the best patient care you'll ever experience in a dental office. The whole team at Simply Dentistry are so polite, professional, and astonishing on what they do together as a unit. Lance is the Dental Hygienist there and in all honesty out of all the dental offices I've visited, he is the best at teeth cleanings and also educating you about oral hygiene. Very gentle and precise. Dr Chung is one of the Dentists there and she's one of the most kind hearted soul you'll ever meet. She will attend your every need and really makes sure you leave the dental office okay. She did my fillings and I couldn't even feel a thing, no sense of pain or discomfort when she was working on my teeth, best dentist in my book. Anthony is the dental assistant there and took my X-rays and got me situated before my cleaning and check up, and he is astonishing on assisting the dentist and very polite. And in the front desk you have Rocio and Julie, they got me and my girlfriend situated with our appointment smoothly and they are really one of the nicest receptionists you'll ever meet. My girlfriend and I are from Carson, and we drive a total of 40 miles just to keep coming back to Simply Dentistry because we just know they're the best on what they do. I first came here because I had a really bad toothache and they were able to see me the same day. I love the ease of making appointments here, I can always get in right away. First off, I was impressed by Natalie and Kassandra in the front office. They are very professional as well as friendly. I hadn't been to a dentist in a long time because of my fears. Dr. Chung made my first visit a very pleasant experience. I had a deep cleaning soon after. Lance was so patient, he even let me come in 4 different times instead of doing it in one or two visits (I am a big baby). More recently, I decided to have cosmetic dentistry. I found out about this place because of their great deep cleaning deal. I felt very comfortable at Simply Dentistry. I did not have to wait long and did not feel rushed for my services. The office is also very clean: the lounge, restroom and equipment. The staff was friendly and happy to answer my questions about my dental problems. They also offered advice to help maintain my great smile :) I will be back in 6months for my routine cleaning and check-up. This is best dentist I have been to. They are very, nice and professional. I have a broken veneer toward the front. I called and got in the next day. They even rushed the new crown for me and was replaced the next week. They had me go match the new crown the next day in Anaheim and it was ready as promised the next week. The new replacement is perfect. Even better is their price. It's more reasonable then through the dentist that I was going to and that dentist billed my insurance. I'm glad to say I'm happy I chose this place. The front desk was extremely sweet and went over everything in detail and told me everything I needed to know before going in. My hygienist was Lance and he was exceptional. He talked me through each step and asked me if I had any questions each time he went over something.
