My last implant went in over 6 months ago so I have had plenty of time to evaluate them and I absolutely love them! I have had ZERO problems and they are incredibly comfortable and strong. I requested to be fully knocked out for the procedure, which I couldn't recommend more with someone who has anxiety going to the dentist. In total for a full exam, x ray, cleaning, wisdom teeth removal, and overlay, I paid $1500. Dr. Lopez is incredibly knowledgeable and truly impressive--he took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel confident and at ease. You can tell he's extremely skilled and genuinely cares about his patients. The procedures went smoothly, and the quality of work exceeded all my expectations. The clinic itself is clean, professional, and very well run. I was honestly blown away by how much better the overall experience was compared to dentists I've been to in California--not just in terms of cost, but especially the level of care and expertise. My first thought was I am going to Dr. Sergio and see what he says, I got in touch with him, but found out that he was working elsewhere and he recommended coming to his clinic and to see Dr. Erick. As stated in my previous review I am a huge dental coward and find it difficult to trust a new dentist. I trusted Dr. Sergio enough to give Dr. Erick a chance and I am so happy I did. Dr. Erick is the absolute best, I didn't tell him that I had, just been seen by another dentist, but instead scheduled a deep cleaning and consultation. When Dr. Erick finished X-rays, cleaning, and examining me, he did identify two crowns that I thought would need to be replaced and that was all the work that needed to be done. Dr. Erick immediately started on the preparation work for the crowns and the permanent crowns were placed one week later. Seriously one of the best dental experiences of my life. Dr. Erick is very knowledgeable and experienced and shows great concern and kindness for his patients. This dental clinic exhibits the highest standards of care and concern and hygiene. But dr Ricardo was amazing and actually managed to fix the issue and save the tooth from root canal. I am truly grateful and loved the staff and all I met there. My friend just accompanied me as it was my first time going to Tijuana and walking in and she lives nearer in San Diego and does trips there more frequently. She ended up getting a cleaning and night guards the same day-- gratefully they could fit her in around my appointment. It was such an excellent experience for both of us! Highly recommended. Dora at the front helped me set up this appointment and she spoke excellent English and Spanish. Most of the staff speak both languages, so if you're nervous about communication, I wouldn't worry about it if you don't speak Spanish. They are very organized and communicate quickly via email and WhatsApp. They offer a shuttle service pick up, which is easy. As soon as you cross the border, the pick up area is right outside the gates and the pharmacy. The driver gives you about a 10-minute grace period for your pick up appointment. However, if you miss it for whatever reason, the uber is under $5 to get to the office. For your appointment, you receive a QR code which you will scan to get through to the elevators. The QR code will only work 15 minutes before your appointment. This is to manage the amount of people in the waiting room. There is still a seating area in the first floor if you're early. Dr. Alexandra performed my cleaning and she was super nice. There is a TV on the ceiling and they even ask about your favorite music to have it on while they work on you. This was the most at ease I've felt at the dentist.

I was in between plans so I was fortunate to be able to travel to TJ and they value it in my tooth and it was so cracked that I couldn't just get it repaired instead they had to pull it and put it in implant. It was taken care of that day with meticulous care. I know the dentist has a very high-level of attention to detail, which I really appreciated. I am going to go back in April to have the crown completed. I was there for several hours as they did a lot of work to evaluate my tooth then pull the cracked tooth and place the implant. Wasted my time, money and gas to make these trips Do I have confident to drive down and make them re-do the broken crown? Do I trust them to do a 3 teeth bridge for me? I guess I'll be staying locally and get the dental bridge done.
