Simply Veneers has an amazing staff! While visiting Newport Beach my front tooth veneer broke off. This was on a Friday evening. Looking on Google we found Simply Veneers. Tram, Dr. Zaks assisitant answered the phone after hours. She said she's always their for her patients. My husband explained the situation. Tram realized the impact of losing a veneer on a front tooth! She suggested meeting her at the Simply Veneers office that evening! She met us at the office and said she would take a look and see what could be done. Tram bonded the veneer that had broken off and explained it was temporary and please come back on monday morning so that Dr. Zak could take a look. She knew I was devastated losing a front tooth veneer on a vacation! Tram was not only lovely she was extremely professional and compassionate. I came back Monday morning and met with Dr. Zak. We all agreed I need an new veneer..but the temporary fix Tram had done was going to stay until I have time to make an appointment for a replacement.
