I get there and two guys are sitting at a computer, staring at something and said nothing until I told them why I was there. One guy told me to wait a minute and he'd be right out. 10-15 minutes later, he came out, looked at my windshield and walked back into the office without saying a word. Guy qouted me 300 for repair, if i can bring it in today he can do 285 out the door tax included. I told him ill call him back and i did. I asked for cash deal he said 295... how does that make sense. Then he said he will call me back when i told him he quoted me 285. Never did so i called him and now he says i need to pay a special delivry price for it... how does any of this make sense. Shady business practice. Prices vary constantly. read more

I don't why all these people have had so many problems here, my experience was great. I called to get a price to replace my windshield and while it wasn't the cheapest, they were mobile. I called about 2 weeks later to set up a time and got the same price. They came to my work a couple hours and took care care of it. When they were done they told me not to wash the car and to leave the tape on for about 5 days. It ended up raining 2 days later but I haven't had any issues in the last year since they did it. read more

Stay away from this incompetent nightmare. I came in to have a front windshield replacement. It was quick and they placed a blue masking tape on the border. After two days, I removed the tape and revealed they had used the old plastic trimming and it was poorly executed (wrinkled, wavy, glue sticking out onto the paint). I came back two days later to show the owner Manuel the poor workmanship. At first, he claimed it would "go away" and eventually after much arguing, he reluctantly agreed to repair it. After waiting an hour and half, he told me to come back the following day because he "doesn't have any time today". I went back the following day exactly when they opened. He saw my car waiting outside and tried to ignore me. I had to get his attention to service me and he told me that I had to wait an hour even though I was the FIRST customer there. After an hour,he finally called me in to fix the car and it took another hour and a half. I was there at 8am and left there at 10:30am. His employee "fixed" the windshield's plastic trimming. The owner never bothered to apologize to me about the lack of courtesy, the fact I had to wait hours for a job that could be fixed within 15 minutes, and just a shitty job overall. I thought I had gotten rid of this place for good, until two days later, after I was driving on the freeway when the plastic trimming was coming off! If you want a job well done the first time with excellent service, stay the hell away from this place. Don't waste your time and seek PROFESSIONAL services elsewhere. read more

I've been driving around with a crack in my windshield for months now and I finally decided to stop by my local Toyota dealer to get a price for a replacement. The windshield alone was $1,200 and that didn't include installation. Needless to say, I walked out empty handed. I got on the internet and started my search. Sinaloa was the first to answer my Saturday afternoon call. I arranged for them to come to my work on Monday and install the glass. When the guy arrived, he said it would take 40 minutes. He was in and out in under 30 minutes. Nice guy, great work and best of all, it was only $200. I would give 5 stars, but he was late arriving. Apparently he got lost. It wasn't too much of an inconvenience for me because I was at work but it would have been nice to get a "hey, I'm lost and will be late" call. All in all, it was a good experience and I would hire them again. read more

I got quoted over the phone one price them i get there and it is cash only (what business does that?) so i go to get cash and they call me and rip me off an a new gasket that i didn't need. Called these people and got a quote for two cars,different processes and they gave me prices for the work and I asked If they were busy.They said no,so my wife and I headed over to their place of business 10 min away.When I got there,one car ahead of me,No problem.They came out and Immediately quoted me different prices.I told them I called and got the prices so when they went back in their office,the equipment for the job was amazedly gone.I asked them to go ahead and start on the other car.This guy said it would be an hour before he started on the car as he pulled in another car that just got there ahead of me.That's enough.Too many reputable shops out in this world to be dealing with bozos like these!!!!! read more

Price is great. However, it is cash only. Took two hours to replace my windshield. The staff (Manuel) was not very friendly, but did finally say thank you (for the business) before I left. Drove away noticing my radio had more static than usual, which led me to realize two miles later that they did not replace my antenna. I got a mild apology for the misstep. read more

I have read some of these reviews and I figured why not try because its minor issues. I spoke to Jessica and ask her that I will come in and have the windshield ready for me. When Saturday came the glass was there. I did not have to wait for them to pick up my windshield. for those of you who says they do not take Credit cards well they do you just have to ask and they will ask if you can bring cash but if you really don't have cash and credit card is the only thing you have he will take it. Manuel was willing to take my credit card which was great but he also indicated he prefers cash which is cool. I gave him cash instead. They did a great job nice and clean can complain went in waited for like 45 min and got out. If you do not use them and pay more at other places all I can say is ITS YOUR LOSS. I would recommend this shop to anyone I know that needs glass replacement. Also if you are having issue with your windows rolling down slowly and just needs to be greased he might just do it for free. This company has my business and will recommend to people who wants to save money on a nice windshield. I went this place for backglass window replacement and the glass they installed is not i expected. At it was not align and i called to fix it again because it is not align and they fixed it for free but The glass is shorter than the original and i said this doesn't fit right it is a little bit shorter than it was and they answered if i want it like the original i need to bring the car to the dealer to replace the original one. I was so disappointed if i know that this will happen i should not go there and it was $50 more the price of glass replacement from my other qoute which is closer to my house. I just went there because someone refered me. And i am so disappointed. I wasted my money and my time.I wish i can return it. They told me glass replacement is only up to 2hrs but it took 5 hrs. They said the glass window lock is broken that is why it took time but what i notice they are working with other cars. They did not fix my car until they were done all there customers for the day and they touch my car until they were out of customers. And they did not able to fix the lock. I have to go to other shop to get it done it cost me more money. read more
