These folks are amazing! We've been enjoying their yummy desserts for years now. They're also super-nice people. They made us a special graduation cake at the very last minute with no problems whatsoever and did so with wonderfully positive vibes. More recently we ordered 150 cookies for our wedding, which they had ready for pickup at the appointed day and time; they were a big hit and went quickly at the event! Can't recommend them highly enough.

This place is seriously AMAZING!! Every single sweet I've had from here so far has been so so good. I'm not even gluten free or vegan but somehow those two words make me feel a little less guilty eating these lol. I've lived by this place and driven past it so many times but was visiting the Beaverton farmers market last weekend and they had a booth there. The girl was giving samples of the cookie dough and I was like omg I need this. So I bought a pie bar and the edible cookie dough that day and was obsessed. I've already visited the actual store twice since the. The only thing I will say is the price is a little steep.. I usually get 4 things and end up spending almost $30 but I do understand it's a decadent and caters to GF & vegan people. I'd highly recommend the pumpkin spice bar or the blueberry/strawberry pie bars!! So good and the lady who owns the shop is kind (:

best vegan desserts we've ever had

excuse my language but holy shit, this is the best vegan desserts I've place in my opinion. I'm from east LA visiting and this made my trip. I'm 100% going to be craving this forever.

Full disclosure, I have no aversion to gluten or dairy. I came here because of my wife's dietary needs. I just want food that tastes good. Heads up- the food here tastes amazing! We started off with a cinnamon roll. They were awesome and heated it up for us, and it was amazing. Normally rolls are dry for me but this one was perfect! Gooey deliciousness. We got some of the oatmeal creme pies (we call them whoopy pies). These were flavor explosions! The cookies and the filling were spot on amazing! We will come back just for these cookies! The pumpkin bars were soft and moist, the seasoning was a little intense for me. The lemon bars had a great texture and were nice and sweet, I would have loved a little stronger lemon flavor. What we bought should have been dessert for a week, but it ended up being a very nice dinner instead. Sooooo good, I can't wait to get back! Great service, great baked goods!

Sinful Confections recently opened a shop on Barbur Blvd. in Barbur Plaza. We were stopping to purchase a gyro two doors down and noticed the shop. We have since been in to try their products two times. The owners, husband and wife team, are super friendly and welcoming. We learned that they got a start at many of the PNW farmers markets, where you can often still find them; Beaverton, Tigard, Wilsonville and Portland. It was great talking with the two of them, learning more about their journey to their baking business and new storefront. They have a deep passion for what they are doing and it shows. They specialize in cookies - many are stuffed with a rich cream in between two cookies - what they call loaded cookies. They also have baked bars - such as lemon bars, cupcakes and coffees. Their products are allergy sensitive recipes (gluten free, and soy free). The store is quaint and smells amazing when you walk in ~ the sweet smell of fresh baked goods comes from the back of the shop. We each opted for two different kinds of loaded cookies. My husband got the oatmeal and I got the chocolate. While both were good, I enjoyed my husbands oatmeal with a nice balance of a nutty, sweet and hint of cinnamon with the sweet filling between the two cookies. It's nice to have a bakery in the neighborhood.

We stopped in before leaving on vacation. It was their first weekend in a brick and mortar store. I'm very confident that this place will succeed! The husband wife team is great! Very nice, customer focused and have great treats to eat. I'm late writing this review, it's been a couple of weeks and I'm craving more sweets. Great Job!!

Found them from the Capitol Hill Motel I'm staying at, right across the street. I came here last year in September to check them out. Omg I've never had A Blondie Brownie melt in my mouth. I flew In Wednesday and got bloodies and the cinnamon roll. A very nice selection of all pastries. Much Mahalo

Our little guy turning 3 so we wanted to treat his friends at daycare. However, due to multiple kids having allergies like dairy, eggs, nuts and gluten ....we were very limited with our choices. Thankfully, we found Sinful Confections. Not only did it meet all our criteria but these loaded cookies tasted great as well. They also individually wrapped each cookie, along with a sticker that shows all ingredients. Made it very simple for us. We would definitely come back!

Ask the Community - Sinful Confections Bakery

Is this address just someone's house? The pictures on Yelp & the website made it seem like there was a storefront with cupcakes?

I drove to the address expecting it to be a storefront and I ended up at someone's house....I'm assuming you have to order them unfortunately.

Do they make vegan birthday cakes?

Yes, all of our cakes come gluten free, dairy free and vegan.

As soon as we finished paying, while we were standing and waiting for people to finish with the bathroom, a server came up and said, "not to be rude, but you have to leave." I get it, it is a small restaurant. We were a large group. But, I had to ask to order. I had to ask for our check when we were clearly all finished eating and just chatting. The checks were wrong, despite us telling the server at the start who was on each check. It took at least 10 minutes to get the checks all right. We left a 20% cash tip on the table, even though we were never asked if we wanted more drinks (some of us ordered cocktails), dessert, or really checked up on. Food and cocktails were good. Chips and salsa is $5 and while good, the portions were small if you expect to share with a table of four. Parking was easy.

Often times gluten free items lack a bit of substance when it comes to how it feels, but the nice meaty chicken pieces really helped offset that in the case of the chicken sandwich.
