But what stands out above his skill is his understanding of getting your hair cut. Called at around 3 to get a haircut. Was told one person had an appointment, but that I'd be next in line at 4. So, I arrive and wait for about 40 or so minutes. At 4, I get told the barber accidentally double booked. So now I've driven over and waited around for nothing and I have no haircut. I hate to punish places with bad reviews for errors like this, but I do expect people to keep track of their appointments. I rarely have time enough to go get a haircut, so wasting an hour of my day with nothing to show for it is unacceptable. Word to the wise, this place is in the back of a tattoo parlor. This joint is located in the awesome Downtown Fullerton. It's part of the Tattoo shop. The best thing about this Shop is that it closes at 9 pm. A shout out to Bryan who saved the day. Over the weekend I was trying to locate single barrel via the back alley and I mistakenly entered another barber shop next door. They gave me a haircut and a beard trim to the best of their knowledge which ended up being disastrous. I was not able to live with the hair cut more than two days so I called to schedule an appointment with Bryan. He was available. Even more the shop called and asked me if I would like to push up my appointment which worked great with me. I made sure to use the front door on Harbor. Bryan diagnosed the flaws in the haircut and beard trim, made a corrective plan, got my approval, and kept on checking with me every step of the way. He turned a haircut meant for a frog into a haircut meant for a prince. Very lovely and professional dude. That's my new favorite barbershop in Fullerton. read more

HORRIBLE. For a fancy styled place in the middle of downtown Fullerton, I was surprised to see such terrible service. I was the only client at the time with two other employees. One was cutting my hair and the other was sweeping the floor. They chatted together the entire time in a low clasa manner. First, their voices was so loud that my ears hurt. Second, the content of the conversation was very improper including explicit talk about some females clients and whatnot. As a result, the haircut took double the amount of time it needed cause of the intermittent pauses due to heavy laughter and chuckles of their chat. Not recommended - at least when those two employees are there. I was there on the night of June 22 around 8 pm. read more
