First time to try corn in the cup at LA Michoacana inside in Del amo mall. The service so friendly and clean. I'll come back soon!

Mango paleta for $5+ on 7/3/2022

I ordered the mango paleta. The staff who helped me was nice. The paleta was good but it's pricey. $5+ a piece and it tasted okay. This spot is located in the del amo mall.

Wanted dessert after dinner at Din Tai Fung. Why not a paleta?! They had tons of different flavors here, ranging from dairy to non dairy. I asked the worker which one was the favorite and she couldn't even decide! So I went with a mango chimoy and I was not disappointed! Tip: you get a discount if you pay with cash. It came out to exactly $9 for two paletas. They also have ice cream and sorbet. Overall I thought it was delicious!

I ask for a diablito and I got a raspado I told the girl that this was not a diablito she said It was she was in a hurry to get me out of there, cause she was Too busy talking to a boy I got a Tamarino Rasado to pricey and then you don't get what you want so sad 12/08/23

Wow! Where do I start? Amazing, friendly staff. Super clean inside with awesome decor! I love the bright colors! You are always greeted right away and the staff is so patient and explain the yummy treats they have on their menu. I've been a few times and the Esquites never fail to make my belly happy! The ice cream is so creamy and fresh! I've tried a few different snacks and can't wait to try all the other ones especially the popsicles. They are located right on the 2nd floor across of Spencers. I highly recommend this location as it is my favorite place to go for snacks! Thanks ladies!!!

My daughter discovered this spot and she told me all about it. She said the staff was so friendly to her and her friends. I wanted to try something off their menu so took advantage since we were shopping that day. It's clean and bright. I was a bit confused on where to order. First you go and order then get your stuff and pay. So don't line up at the register first. I got a mangoniada right level of spicy with bite size mango and candy. They have so many ice cream selections. My daughter got the hot cheetos with melted cheese and my other the Fresa con Crema shake with real strawberries and condensed milk. You can taste the freshness in both our drinks and the cheese in my daughters hot Cheetos was hot which was perfect. Good taste. The ladies working there are so friendly feels and truly make you feel like you're welcome. I would definitely go back and try more stuff.

The same thing happened on our second visit, and we were honestly heartbroken. However, Sunny (I think that was his name) went above and beyond to make sure we still got to experience their food. He kindly gave us samples of the Spam musubi and fried chicken to take home. That's 100% top-notch customer service right there! Since then, we've returned twice more with friends, and the food has been absolutely amazing. The shrimp is hands-down my favorite, and the karaage chicken with the green sauce is super addictive. I also finally got to try the crispy Spam musubi, which was unique and delicious . We'll definitely keep coming back. In fact, I'm tempted to throw a party just so I have an excuse to cater from them! Even though they're located inside a food hall, you can take your food and enjoy it anywhere in The Enclave's spacious outdoor seating area, which makes it a great spot to hang out and enjoy a meal with friends.

It's a great atmosphere to hang out with friends to watch a game on tv or just hang out to chat. The cheese and garlic house bread was very garlicky and yummy focaccia. I got the 1/2 sandwich + soup lunch special, and it was a good deal for a variety of food. Unfortunately, the chicken tortilla soup was a little bit spicy, so I couldn't share it with my preschooler. The grilled 5 cheese sandwich was chock full cheese, and the French fries were really crispy. My kiddo saw the kid behind us eat a slice of watermelon with the kids meal, so I asked if we could get a slice, too. I didn't realize it would be a huge side of watermelon, so it was a lot more than I expected. But it was sweet and juicy, so that was good.

Our server asked me how I wanted the burger to be cooked. I asked for medium well. The burger, however, came out over cooked. Like beyond well done. It had a nice smoky flavor to it, but that was completely over shadowed by how dry the burger was. My drink wasn't any better. I was expecting it to be sweet since it's a combination of Sprite and strawberry puree. To my surprise, it only had a hint of sweetness. It seemed like they substituted Sprite for club soda or something. Finally, I should mention that my wife was not impressed with her Chicken Tortilla Soup. She pointed out that for the amount of ingredients the soup had, it tasted really bland. As far as the service, it was disappointing too. Like I said before, they did not cook the burger to the preferred doneness. Additionally, I requested that they leave out the lettuce, onions, pickles, and tomatoes from my burger, but guess what? I got them anyway. If the order had come out quicker, I would have looked past some of the miscues. But the speed of service was pretty average. Just about the only thing that exceeded my expectations was the bill at the end of our meal. It was pretty reasonable for the amount of food we got.

The restaurant was pretty busy and there were people waiting outside for a table. It looked promising so we decided to give it a try. The restaurant itself isn't very big, but is cozy and inviting. It's not like your typical chain restaurant. Definitely has that local neighborhood Italian restaurant feel. We probably waited a good 15-20 minutes for a table. Staff were very nice and kept us up to date on the status of our table. While waiting, they offered samples of their bread, then samples of their rigatoni with pink sauce. All delicious! Nirvana was our server and she was great! She was friendly and attentive. She gave us enough time to browse the menu and even made suggestions. My mom ordered the bolognese, I got the chicken Marsala, and my husband got their calzone and added pepperoni. We got the mozzarella balls to share as an appetizer. Everything was delicious, but I liked my chicken Marsala the most. Portions were a good size, as well. They don't have a dessert menu, but they give you fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies after your meal. There are a few more items on their menu that I want to try so we'll definitely be back!

The interior is neat and clean. There are various types of seating (bar; table; booth; high-tops; communal), and plenty of screens to watch sports. On this occasion, I ordered the Tavern Fish & Chips ($22). It is described as "Alaskan cod coated in a tempura beer batter and served with French fries, tartar sauce and yuzu herb coleslaw". The positives of this dish are that it was prepared well. Both the fish and chips tasted good. The presentation was also nice; which leads to the coleslaw: The coleslaw tasted good, too; but I was surprised the serving was so spare. It's almost as if it was served just to optically balance the presentation in the basket. (See photo shared,) And while the price was not unreasonable, feel it's creeping towards expensive (relative to serving size). I'll attribute this to rising input costs. Staffing might be an issue during the lunchtime service. Service was okay, but they seemed to be understaffed. It's possible that most of their business is done after 5pm.
