It got towed when it was parked in the sir parking lot! the thing that made me angry the most is that the valet parking person told us it was ok to park there so it seems that they have an agreement with pete's towing and to prove it the person from pete's towing asked me if the valet guy directed me to park there and when I said yes he told me oh that guy is new however there's nothing he can do about it! Wow that just totally rewind our evening! For sure not a fan of this place. Let us go step by step into why. First of all the prices-- for the food and drink you are getting for these prices you would think it was the lobby of the Four Seasons. I do think the coffee, tea, and other drinks and sandwiches and sweets were not bad. I do think they were overpriced. Number two is the service. There is a serious problem with that. If you press the button 400 times nobody will come but if you jump up and down someone will show up after thirty minutes and then ask why you didn't press the button. Maybe the buttons are broken? But how is that the case when it takes them a while each time. And somehow it takes them forever to make your food and drink which costs and arm and a leg I thought at least since I was paying so much and there is a mandated tip that they would come quickly but I guess it's mandated because if it wasn't there nobody would tip such poor service. I tried this place but unfortunately it was just like so many of these places in the DC area with the same problems I hope that they can improve the quickness and the quality of the service and the prices on the food. read more

This review is for the hookah side only - I did not eat here. When it comes to day time hookah options in the Tysons area, there is not a lot (aka, none). So I decided to give SiR a try versus my normal out in Chantilly. TL;NR: I love this place and will be back. 1st off when you pull in to the parking lot, there is valet. I didn't realize the valet was required (its free) but just a heads up if a guy chases you down and asks for your keys. You enter into the food side counter first and the hookah side is completely separate and sectioned off with glass. I thought this was an excellent touch for those that want food only. The hookah side has many tv screens and 1 big projector and plenty of seating. There are 1on1 tables as well as bigger group round tables. The entire perimeter (around the wall) all have outlets every table which is perfect for us laptop users, there is also free wifi. When I walked in some one greeted me and told me to sit anywhere. Then in a minute or two she came by with a cup of water (covered cup with straw) and asked me what I wanted. I got AF grape-mint. They offer a choice of instant lights or Coconara's (I choose the coca's) at no additional charge. At each table there is a call button so if you need anything, you can call someone to your table. Hookah came out like maybe 3-4 minutes later. Disposal hose (default) and 2 large coco cubes on the bowl, with a 3rd on the tray and a pair of tongs. Standard Egyptian style hookah. The draw was smooth and the pipe hit well. Not harsh, and no ghosting detected. The 1st coal refresh the guy came by before the coals were done, the 2nd refresh I had to push the call button which I was totally fine with. The day time (11a-4p) hookah price is $12 plus tax which is cheaper than my normal place especially since they don't charge for extras (water, disposable hose, natural coals). The music & tv's are low volume which I appreciate greatly. Obviously (at least in the day) this place was set up to converse, (or surf) and smoke and not turn into a rave. Decent HVAC system and really high ceilings. This means I didn't reek of shisha smoke plus I wasn't shivering from constant AC like it happens in other places. read more

I think it was about 22-25 dollars. I did not eat anything while I was there but the food looked pretty good. What I like most about this place is that its a nice location to do business, to chill, or do both. It's never dark in there because its not a club. This place used to be pretty nice, but it's changed over the past couple of years. The servers are inattentive and lazy and there always seems to be something wrong with the hookah. One of the hookah guys is a big creep, he spent the entire duration of my meal staring from across the room but totally ignored me every time I tried to call him to fix my hookah. He would just give me a weird smile and continue to either stare or would leave to the kitchen, presumably to smoke a proper hose for himself. Sir Sandwhich is the best local shesha and Middle Eastern food lounge/hookah bar. The staff is friendly and take care of their customers. My friend catered a few times and their food was the talk of the gatherings. The manager CJ is a great lady with a very tough and draining job. I commend her on her coolness because everyone complaining had to wait but, any good place requires patience. You have to remember this place is "it" the happening place and you are not going to find Simone to hold your hand and daddy you don't come here. If you wait your turn you will be served and to the best standards. I see people saying the manger is rude but, I think they wanted someone to make them feel special and above everyone else that's waiting. Come early reserve your place and your experiences will be better if you cannot be patient. I'm sorry to say this but there is one review where a guy says he was here with his kids in Ramadan for iftar and wanted to stay far away from smokers you came to the wrong place brother. We were relocated to the lounge area with about 12 people and 3 hookahs. The staff moved the hookahs over, placing one of them on the very edge of the table. When one of us tried to pick it up, the stem separated from the base which fell and broke. One of the coals fell on her hand the another burned partway through my shoe. Then to add insult to injury (literally), we're told by the manager they're going to charge us $350 for it. Supposedly it cost them $500. Five Hundred. For a hookah base. I guess they're hand made bohemian crystal. I really wouldn't know, since they refused to show any sort of documentation or receipt that would justify the $350 charge. Of course there was also no "you break it you buy it" signage or disclaimer anywhere. We didn't just look around for it either, we asked. Nope, nothing. Once they realized what they're doing isn't legal, they settled for banning us from the place. Not that I planned on going back anyway. Come at your own risk. Accidents happen, so bring lots of cash. I guess the replacement cost of their hookahs depends on how much they think you'll pay, so that makes two reasons to wear cheap shoes here. read more

Would've given the place 0 stars if I could... I go to hookah lounges often and this one had the worst service by far. We ordered a glass hookah and then decided to move to a larger table once one opened up because we were a big group. The server moved our hookah for us and when I went to grab the hose, it fell and broke. The coal dropped on my arm and burned me but the only thing the manager immediately told me was that I have to pay $350 for the broken hookah. I waited until everything was cleaned up and I got to ice my arm before going to speak with her. I asked if the policy was written anywhere and she said "no but it's your responsibility to pay for what you broke because it was very expensive for us to buy." She was EXTREMELY rude so I asked to speak with the owner instead. After a while she came to me and (realized she couldn't ask me to pay for it when it's not written anywhere) told me I can either pay or I'm not welcomed there anymore. Of course, I didn't have a problem with that as there are far better hookah places in tysons with way better service. My friend then asked her if she had taken a photo of us and she said yes. Without our permission, she took photos of all of us on her phone as if we had just committed a horrible crime. They didn't bring us another hookah while we were there even though we didn't even get to smoke the first hookah that we paid for. This was one of the best hookah bars I've been to. It was behind the sand which shop in the front - which gave it a nice and discreet feeling. The decor and vibe of this place was very industrial looking. The service at this hookah bar was amazing. We were seated and immediately after (within 5 - 10 mins) our hookahs were ready. They periodically had someone come and offer to change the charcoal for you. If you needed anything else, you were able to click a button on your table and a server would be with you. When we ordered food and drinks, they came out within 5 - 10 mins as well. In addition, servers would come around and clean up any trash (such as napkins or straw wrappers) and offer water if they noticed your cups were starting to get low. This warehouse cafe, literally felt like a nicely decorated warehouse. It was completely packed. There was a 40 minute wait. We decided to give it a try. The crowd was a mix of different age groups, college kids, professionals, and 55+. Each table had 2-3 hookahs and people were playing cards. I couldn't tell if they had brought their own. We had 3 hookahs and passed my test. It was almost as good as mine at home. I didn't try any of the hot drinks but noticed it was popular all around. From the outside you may think it's something else, but it's a decent space full of a deli, throughway of tables for food and the like, and a back larger space of tables and TVs. So two of us came here on a weeknight for a simple dinner. We were quickly seated, and the menu and ordering system were explained to us. When you're ready to order, you press a button and your waitress will swing by. There were so many different sandwiches to choose from and drinks/dessert that we had never seen anywhere else. I got Khan - halloumi, mint, and tomato - and a hot drink called sahlab. The sandwich hit the spot! It wasn't overly heavy, and it tasted as described. The sahlab was nice and hot and pretty heavy; the two of us shared it. It wasn't as sweet as I was hoping for, and the consistency was pudding-like. Overall, our experience was just fine. Our waitress was there when we needed her and she was able to answer our questions. On the other hand, the décor was kind of distracting. It was just kind of weird. Nice place with good service. This place would have only gotten one star if it weren't for their customer service. I came with a group of 6 people and ordered 3 hookahs with a couple drinks and sandwiches. The drinks and food came out fairly quick but the hookah took 45 minutes. When asking our server what the hold up was, she mentioned that since we ordered a hookah with a pineapple head, it would take an additional 15 minutes. Later we found out that since they just opened, they were very low on staff which is why the service took so long. She was very apologetic and informed us that our bill would be half off for the long wait. The hookah was good overall. Been coming here since a little after it opened. I have received nothing but amazing service here. Every time I walk in their friendly staff all the up front behind the sandwich station greets me all the way to the host/hostess who seats us. The servers are very attentive and the manager, Ahmad, always walks around to ensure everyone is good. The hookah/charcoal people walk around every 20-30 minutes to replace your coals and make sure that the hookah is functioning properly. A cool thing that they have are these little buttons at each table that allows you to call the server as needed in case they are not around at the time of need. The sandwiches.... they are amazing, better than subway for sure and the bread is always fresh! Kudos to you guys for running such a great place. The experience each time is nothing but amazing.
