I have never posted a negative review, but I feel like this place deserves it. Horrible customer service from the time we entered, until we left. There was not signs or directions about being seated at a table and we had to go to the bar to order our own food and drinks. Our appetizers arrived an hour after we ordered them, and to top it off they were cold. The manager was very rude and un-apologetic. My friends and I were excited about checking this place out as a possibility to have more of our "get-together's" here. NEVER, EVER will we revisit this sad excuse for a business!!! This is NOT a full service establishment. We hot there and they had no servers just bartenders so I waited at the bar with at least a dozen people for service while the manager was putting holiday decorations up right in front of. Finally, ordered. Ordered 2 plates of chicken wings and only one showed up. Asked for plates. Get this...they only had two clean plates in the entire establishment to give to the 5 of us. I can't make up the next part.....the only time anyone came to our table was to take our menus because they said they were short menus. Went to get a glass of water at the bar and big surprise they have a self help watering station. The wings actually were good and the servers that were actually working were friendly but clearly frustrated. By the time we left, people were just walking out without even getting drinks. read more

This is the definition of a place you only go once and never come back, just because it looks cool. The beer is decent at best, what I've gotten I've enjoyed but it's nothing to write home about. The food is awful and terrible prices. They charge a la cart for fries and everything we ordered was a terrible value. Even the bruschetta type dish. Under no circumstances should you pay money for those "wings". I'll probably come back in 4 or 5 years In hopes it's in new management and they start to make a better value with the food. read more

I love the brown ale from Siren Rock and haven't been able to find it lately at Total Wine or Specs. So I went to Siren Rock and got a four pack to go. While I was there I tried the Hoppy Evangelist IPA and the Imperial Stout, both were outstanding! The new meatball appetizer is very good also. Three large meatballs with two dipping sauces and crunchy thin toast. The sauce and the toast really made it special. I sat at the bar and the bartenders were both very friendly and attentive. First time here. On a Sunday when the original place we wanted to eat was closed. I'm not one for brewery's since I don't drink. It is a nice building, decorated with color, clean looking, lots of windows, and great outside dining. It was way to cold to sit outside. We picked a high top table, loved the chairs, very comfortable and with backs. I'm not fond of having to go up to the bar to order or having to self serve water, no ice or lemons available. One - star for the bathroom I used, single room, did not have soap in the dispenser. We ordered 2 appetizers, they were out of the burrata, bummer, but the pretzels bites were very good, great chew, warm, and served with 2 sauces. I would have those again. The poke cups were spicy and fresh - more like lettuce wraps than cups. I split the fancy pants grilled cheese, nothing special here. Panera makes a better one. The fries were good-order them well done. Rebel with a Chicken and West Coast Ruben were also ordered. The Ruben was good, lots of turkey and served with fries. My husband would order it again. The Chicken sandwich was 100 times better than the grilled cheese. Tender, juicy, good portion of chicken-cooked perfectly. Ample amount of parking. I do wish restaurants would gear the music type and volume to those in house at the time. To loud and inappropriate for the after church with kids crowd. I'm sure we will be back when I have a pretzel craving. read more

Beers are consistent and a nice variety. It leans toward IPA's but has enough for non-hop heads. We had the Elder Monk, the chocolate porter, the red and one of the IPA's. Today was the second time for food. Grilled cheese was solid the first time. The monte cristo was an inedible greasefest today. Even the fries seemed like the bottom of the barrel tonight. Husband had the chicken sandwich which he liked but he didn't like his fries either. Maybe they need a change of oil. I chose the spicy ketchup but didn't notice any difference from a normal one. The chill Sunday night vibe was a good choice. Come for the beer but eat somewhere else. read more

We went this past weekend to celebrate my wife's birthday. We had so much fun - the atmosphere was great (football games were on all over), food was good, beer was great (huge selection) and the service was phenomenal. Susie was our server - she was very attentive, very friendly, and overall a pleasure to have serving us. Got here and could not find a parking spot. got to the end of the parking lot and we couldn't even turn around! there's only one way in and one way out of the parking lot. it's a nightmare. Once we got inside, the place was really nice and looked cool, but it was so packed there was quite literally no where to sit. seems like the business has already outgrown its building and lot already. so if you want a better experience with waiters that will actually wait on you and a place with the infrastructure to handle this style of restaurant just go down the street to standard service! note: I did not actually sit down and eat or have any drinks (because I couldn't) so I don't have any comments on that, but everything looks like it would taste amazing. read more

Every interaction you have at Siren Rock is amazing. The bartenders always make sure you are taken care of. We went outside to go play cornhole and the bartender came out and turned on the fans for us. My cousins came in from Alabama and bought some of their awesome merchandise. My cousin was wanting a shirt that one of the bartenders had on and asked if they had more of the shirts he had on in the back. No joke... this guy took THE SHIRT OFF HIS BACK and gave it to my cousin! 5 stars! We will be coming back every chance we get!!! read more

Beer is decent although a little pricey and the atmosphere is great. Love the building and the location. Very convenient for those of us that live in Rockwall. Service is hit or miss. You can tell some bartenders love what they do and it shows in the level of service they provide and others it is obvious they would much rather be somewhere else and act inconvenienced when asked for anything. The one thing I will say is the food is way overpriced for the quality/quantity of what you receive. $16 for a wing appetizer!? $20 for a steak salad, $17 for a run of the mill burger.. Those are Dallas prices not Rockwall. I will def go back but for beer only. read more

This brewery does not let you sample your choice before you purchase it. I repeat no samples! I am giving this place the benefit of the doubt and four stars because I don't want to hurt the rating but I will say they will never succeed if they don't give out samples. They make their own beer obviously and people have never tried it so naturally you wanna taste it before you decide to buy an entire 16 ounce glass of it it's common sense it's common in the industry and it is ridiculous that they don't do that. My first beer was average and I liked it OK my second one was terrible and I had to drink it because I bought it. I am not saying it was a bad beer it just was something I did not personally like and had I been able to sample it I would have known that and not ordered that flavor! Instead I had to finish up here I didn't like and by that time I just wanted to leave so we did. This policy will change I would think so therefore I don't want to ding it now!!! read more

We had been interested in trying this place and finally went for dinner. The menu was extremely limited, with a dozen appetizers and only three sandwiches. My husband and I ordered margarita and mojito seltzers, which were devoid of any flavor at all. The sandwiches and fries were good, although the slaw on my Rueben was loaded with cilantro--yuk. Stopped at this gem on the way from Fort Worth to Hot Springs, AR. The atmosphere was amazing...food second to none and the IPA's were some of the best we have had. This is a must stop if your in the area. You must try the Burrata appetizer. read more

They have a very limited menu--5 of us our sitting outside and they only hand us one single menu. I ordered the $14 Reuben...they brought it to me without any flatware or napkin. Beware it is a turkey sandwich on rye bread, lacked flavor and not dressed up as a reuben should be-- no sauerkraut, no thousand island dressing . I ordered ranch dressing, it was not available. I ordered ice water... you fetch it yourself, oh wait no ice, the waiter rudely said " this is a brewery, there's no ice" This is pretty silly, as you are a restaurant. I ordered the seltzer margarita it was fine. We had initially sat out front but decided to sit outside in the back for better air flow...the waiter rudely noted that he had already set us up in the front ... what does that mean you set us up? you mean you put that in your computer? We ordered by standing at the bar and you haven't begun our food preparation, so why not respond "Of course, sit anywhere you like!" Will I be back? Yes to try the beers but I will not be ordering food or expecting this place to roll out the red carpet. The staff is not the friendliest and they never did check up on us. This is an elegant, expensive, walk up bar. It is unfortunate that no one here seems to be enjoying their job. Myself and entire group / total of 6 were all underwhelmed. read more
