Emily walked me through insurance lingo that would otherwise sound like a foreign language to me. She helped me pick which provisions I would likely need while navigating through the dreadful streets of LA, and which ones I probably would never use and was previously paying for. I also learned some interesting things in regard to homeowners insurance and what it actually does, aside from being required by law (ex: I didn't know that homeowners covers personal belongings and some lawsuits). More importantly, on a Saturday evening a few weeks ago, I drove two hours to San Diego to close a deal on a vehicle for which dealers in LA wouldn't budge on.
